Completamente rinnovato e audacemente diverso da qualsiasi altro noleggio nella zona, stare in questa casa creerà ricordi duraturi!
In effetti avrai due case - ma ora collegate - che si tradurranno in una proprietà bizzarra e caratteristica piena di sorprese divertenti ...
Una casa era la casa del custode, l'altra era l'appartamento e la stalla del Coachdriver. Ciò risale al 1850 circa. Quando rinnovavamo le case, volevamo conservare elementi che ci ricordassero la loro storia.
Oggi, godrete di quattro ampie camere da letto, tre bagni, una cucina ben attrezzata adiacente ad una zona giorno molto luminosa e ampia. C'è anche un altro soggiorno / TV / Game, Play .. room quindi abbastanza spazio per due famiglie. Una delle camere da letto è al piano terra; non c'è bisogno di salire le scale per niente.
Ovviamente c'è tutto quello di cui hai bisogno: dal grande schermo TV (con Netflix e Amazon Prime, Blue Ray con molti DVD) ai barbecue e ai mobili da giardino. Ma anche per i mesi più freddi c'è una stufa a legna e forniamo legna. C'è anche l'AC che riscalda. Ci sono molti giochi e giocattoli.
Tempo permettendo, apriamo la piscina riscaldata verso la metà di aprile e chiudiamo a metà di settembre. La casa si trova in un giardino di 2 ettari con aree giochi come altalene e scivoli, un enorme gioco di scacchi e quando si cammina intorno si può incontrare il nostro pollo molto calmo e amichevole che cammina liberamente.
La casa non è solo vicina a Disneyland (circa 10 minuti al massimo), ma anche più vicina a uno dei più grandi centri commerciali d'Europa: la Val d'Europa, con il suo enorme sbocco.
Parigi è a soli 30 km di distanza e, al di fuori dei tipici orari di pendolarismo, impiegherete non più di 30 minuti per arrivare in città. Ma c'è anche il RER ed è facile parcheggiare nelle vicinanze per salire su questo treno.
Cosa fare ?
Bene, a parte Disneyland Paris e la città stessa, c'è molto da vedere e da fare: ci sono molti castelli nelle vicinanze; Vaux le Vicomte, Fontainebleau, Champs Compiègne ecc. L'area dello champagne è a un'ora di distanza e possiamo consigliare alcuni ottimi piccoli produttori.
Parigi offre infinite opzioni con molti musei, siti storici, tour fluviali, mercati (antichi) e naturalmente le molte scelte culinarie ..
Vicino a noi c'è Lagny-sur-Marne: una vecchia cittadina dove si possono trovare sul mercato prodotti freschi provenienti da agricoltori locali. Questa è la zona di Brie, ma trovi il formaggio che desideri.
All'arrivo i tuoi letti sono fatti. Avrai asciugamani e biancheria da cucina. Anche la pulizia alla fine è inclusa.
La casa è confortevole per 10 ospiti e uno o due bambini.
Due camere hanno letti matrimoniali mentre le altre camere hanno tre letti singoli.
Un bagno ha solo una doccia. Gli altri bagni sono dotati di vasca e doccia (separata).

We rented the property to get outside of Paris and still be close enough to visit. It is in a perfect spot as it is close to shops and restaurants but gives you a feel of being secluded. If you plan on staying I recommend renting a smaller car as the area can be a tight squeeze. We had a van and parking was difficult in certain spots locally. Taking the train to Paris was easy and we had a great meal nearby and Fort Mardi in Montévrain. Highly recommended.
Overall the house was perfect for our large group and Vic was very responsive.

The hosts were so communicative before and during our stay. Property is excellent for socialising with the family and has all of the amenities needed. It’s a really beautiful house and grounds.
Nice touches in the evenings when we returned from Disney, like a lit pumpkin on the doorstep, and candles lit along the drive. They even left some wine in the fridge for when we arrived.
Really easy to commute to Disney - less than 10 mins in an Uber that was 14 euros each way. Supermarket close by too.
I’m nitpicking but my only recommendation if you’re staying here is to take your own pillows as the ones provided are quite uncomfortable. And psyche yourself up for the early checkout after days walking around theme parks etc.
Will 100% stay here again.

The house was absolutely beautiful, really clean plenty of towels too super comfy beds our children loved the little toys that were in the house for them to play with. Lots of shops near by and a big shopping mall - we hired a car as we were visiting Disneyland Paris so was easy for us to drive around to. Owners kept in touch with us on the lead up and during our stay very helpful people. We would definitely book here again.

Lovely property nestled in Woodland, hosts were very welcoming,close enough to all amenities and of course Disneyland. Lovely pool to keep you cool and have family fun.

The house and grounds are lovely. The kitchen is wonderfully appointed, great for people who like to cook or have breakfast at home. The hosts were extremely flexible in setting up the rooms and beds to accommodate our large group’s needs. We were able to get back-and-forth to Paris easily, and the house was also a good location for traveling to other places such as the Loire Valley, Burgundy, and Switzerland. There are also easily accessible food stores, and other shopping. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and charming. We can’t imagine a better place to stay!

Amazing beautiful Villa. Way above expectations and suited us perfectly! It felt as if you was in the middle of nowhere but actually only 10mins from Disneyland Paris. We will be definitely booking again as it was a villa you could stay the week and not go anywhere else. Added bonus of seeing wild boars, piglets and the parakeets. Just a fantastic experience. Little hidden gem! Thank you to you both it was a lovely holiday x

We had a wonderful holiday in this amazing gite. The owners were so helpful and communicated clearly and quickly with us. The gite had everything we needed and was perfectly placed for lots of great places to visit. Highly recommended.

A great time was had by all! With an age range from 4 years to 66 this was prefect choice of a quirky house in a perfect position. Plenty of room for all and the pool was a big hit. Also great for two families. We had three days in Disney and easily filled in the rest of our week's stay with visits to the nearby village; swimming in the lake close by and a visit to a fabulous chateau, just 40 mins away. Just a 10 minute drive to Disney you could not choose a more perfect position. The hosts were very helpful but not at all intrusive. A five star rating

Loved this house and the hosts were amazing. We were especially fond of the neighborhood cat, Aramis who visited us regularly to see if we had left-overs. If you want access to Disney Paris this is for you. If you want quiet, this is for you. If you want a unique experience that is close to everything you might need, this is for you.
We can’t wait to return.

We stayed twelve days in ‘Maison du Jardin’ with the view to experience Disneyland. The house was clean, very well equipped and was the ideal relaxation spot for the quiet days in between our visits to Mickey. The owners, who live in the adjacent property, couldn’t have been more helpful. We had sole use of the swimming pool, and the beautiful grounds were an absolute delight. Perhaps the only down side was the amount of stairs in the house, not ideal for toddlers or those who are infirm, although a downstairs bedroom and bathroom facilities could overcome the latter. A few tears were shed when the children were leaving!

We had a fantastic week at this amazing property. The location is perfect and really secluded. The property has so much character and the grounds are perfection.
The owners of the property were very friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome.
The only downside would be upon checkout we felt a little rushed by the cleaners. They were cleaning around us an hour before our checkout time, this made it a little difficult trying to pack the car with young children.

Lovely property that is large enough that everyone can be together or have own space. The grounds are vast and our children loved playing outside.
We enjoyed our stay and found the owners really welcoming and helpful throughout.
The location is great for Disney, as well as Val d’Europe and is also a quick train ride into Paris. Lagny-sur-Marne town was also nearby and we enjoyed our visit to the market there.
We had a great holiday and would happily revisit again in future.

Communication with the owner was flawless. Nice place as advertised, very close to Disney, bit far from Paris but it was beautiful to wake up with all that nature around. Thanks for having us!

A lovely property located nicely with everything you need around you, but with the feeling of being out of the city.
The property is a lovely stable conversion, the photos don't do it justice. Vic made us feel welcome and was helpful with local advice.
The property is well equipped, but could do with a few extra things to help young families. The addition of plastic plates/cups would be good, the tiled floors are unforgiving. Also the stairs are a concern for younger ones (2.5 & 4.5), the stair Gates we found were broken or missing parts.

We spent two weeks in Montevrain visiting family and this property was the perfect place for us to stay and entertain. We loved everything about it. The house embodies a mix of rusticity and country charm with updated modern appliances and open main floor leading to the garden. Its beautiful grounds surrounded by woods make it a perfect getaway to relax while still being to a close proximity from Paris or Euro Disney. Vic and Henriette, the owners were very friendly and very responsive when we had questions or needed something. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We will definitely stay there again!

This is a truly spectacular property, the photos don't do it justice. It is nestled in the French countryside, near town with easy access to Paris. The grounds and gardens are beautiful and tranquil. The owners welcomed us and went out of their way to make us feel at home during our stay. With a family of 7 the layout was fantastic and the kids loved having a private pool for swimming. We enjoyed every moment and would love to go back.

A beautiful house in beautiful surroundings. Great hosts who seem to have thought of everything you may need and always available to help or answer questions both before arrival as well as whilst you are there. A great location for exploring the area and close to Disneyland for families. A very relaxing family break which was just perfect. Can't wait to return.

Have just enjoyed a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. Set in woodland but within 10 minutes drive of everything you need. Plenty of space for our party of 6 adults and 2 young children but could easily accommodate 10+. Hosts are open and friendly and are available immediately if you should have any issues which we didn't. Will becoming back again soon.

This house is absolutely brilliant for a couple of families as it is really spacious and there is plenty of space for everyone. Our hosts met us on arrival and were so helpful throughout our stay without being intrusive. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped with all you would require for a great holiday. The weather was unseasonably cold for our arrival so the pool was not open but as the weather improved the pool was opened up and the kids braved the pool and the adults sat around and enjoyed the sun by the pool. We did not hire a car which I think would be a good idea but we managed well enough by hiring taxis to get to and from Disney which is close by and then the days we visited Paris we could catch a bus a short walk from the house to Val de Europe station and then the train to central Paris. I would highly recommend this house for a large group as there is lots of space inside and outside.We would love to come back and stay here again as I don't think you could ever tire of Paris and there seems to be alot more things to see and do even within the area that the house is in.
