Beautiful 3 Bedroom Townhouse Facing The Lake Walk To Town!
Una bella residenza con 3 camere da letto che si affaccia sul lago Memphremagog. Attraversa la strada tranquilla e sei nel parco sul lago. Porta con te sedie e libri! La parte posteriore dell'unità si affaccia sul fiume. Porta le tue barche a remi! Cammina verso il centro lungo il sentiero di fronte al lago. Questa è la posizione migliore che puoi trovare in Magog! 3 camere da letto, una con letto king size, una con 2 letti singoli e 1 letto matrimoniale. Cucina completamente attrezzata con piatti di alta gamma, pentole e padelle ed elettrodomestici. Simpatico portico sul retro per consumare la colazione mentre si guarda il fiume con Mont Orford sullo sfondo. Ci sono 3 unità in questo edificio, quello che stai affittando si trova sul lato sinistro dell'edificio! C'è un limite di 6 persone in questa unità. 2 per camera da letto.

We were five women on a cycling trip to the Eastern Townships and this townhome was perfect...close to the cycling trail, close to kayaking, within walking distance to the beach and downtown Magog. We used it as a base to cycle the Route Verte to Mount Orford, North Hatley and Sherbrooke. The accommodations were very clean and we took turns cooking dinner every night...it worked perfectly!

We had a great four days in Magog and were able to walk to wherever we wanted - even with the grandkids to the beaches. It was a ten minute walk to the downtown where there are lots of restaurants and bars.
The condo listing is accurate and the space is larger than expected. It was really hot however the fans provided made it comfortable for all of us. It was very clean and nice when we arrived (and left). We would rent this property again on another visit to the area for a family group.
The only thing I would suggest as an improvement would be to have a bbq available.

We were 2 married couples + 2 single females. There were 3 bedrooms; 1w/ensuite, the other 2 rooms shared a bathroom - and there was also 2 piece washroom on the main floor. This arrangement worked very well for the 6 of us.
The other feature that was very much appreciated, was the large well equipped kitchen which allowed us to make our own breakfasts, and 1 or 2 other lighter meals. The large dining room table was also ideal for card games as a group.
It was a beautiful quiet setting overlooking the lake, with a very nice walkway into town or to the large boat that was offering dinner cruises on Lake Memphremagog - which we enjoyed immensely as well.
Our group goes on a sibling retreat once each year for 3 - 5 days, and recommend this location & this accomodation as one of the best we have experienced.
