La nostra casa accogliente e rustico (completo di travi di registro) è il vostro ideale Sierra fuga! La casa di città su due livelli dispone di tutti i comfort di casa.
Il livello principale aveva un rilassante soggiorno con TV a schermo piatto e via cavo. La TV ha anche un ingresso HDMI.
Questo livello ha anche una grande cucina attrezzata con pentole e stoviglie essenziali, perfetti per cucinare un pasto cucinato a casa o fare un po 'di cioccolata calda! Fuori la cucina è la zona pranzo.
Nel livello inferiore della casa è di due spaziosa camera da letto. La prima camera da letto ha un comodo letto matrimoniale e la seconda camera ha una regina e letto pieno di ospitare fino a 4 persone.
Sopra il soggiorno è la camera da letto soppalco. La breve rampa di scale si accede al soppalco dove si trovano due comodi letti singoli.
Per quanto riguarda il Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi gratuito a disposizione, ma è necessario chiamare la reception per il codice wifi come cambiano mensilmente.
L'accesso alla piscina, vasca idromassaggio, palestra, parco giochi e spiaggia privata.
Parcheggi disponibili per due auto.
Lakeland Village ha la migliore da offrire! Hai accesso privato a due piscine, due vasche idromassaggio, spiaggia privata, kayak e noleggio paddle standup, campi da tennis sul lago, griglie e pozzi del fuoco (ottimo per s'mores!).
Siamo inoltre situati a meno di 5 minuti dalla stazione sciistica celeste e Stateline, dove i casinò si trovano come Harris Lake Tahoe.
La nostra residenza è anche a pochi passi da ristoranti, negozi di alimentari e drogherie.

Great property and even better location. We had a great vacation and really enjoyed having access to a private beach equipped with chairs and paddleboards, etc.

Stay at townhouse
Great location, but only one full bathroom for 8 people, all downstairs, no AC and inside temp was 82 degrees, dated interior, pricy for what you got for your money….

Property needs updating
For our family, the location was perfect as we hiked at Emerald Bay and Echo Lake. We also like to BBQ and info didn't indicate BBQ at the lake on a 1st. come/1st serve basis and there was a line each nite. We would have brought a small BBQ had we known. There are a couple of things we would like to share regarding our stay. The property was not available until 3:45: the
front left burner on the stove (the main & largest) was not working, never heated beyond low warm and was not repaired while we were there; there were no kitchen towels or bath soap (only shampoo & rinse) and the first night when we used the dishwasher, the air vent poured water all over the kitchen counter. The air vent line was replaced our second day by the management co. And, last, we think this unit needs some updating if you continue to rent at the current rates.
Will you let us know when we may expect the security deposit we had on the rental.
Thank you for checking back regarding our stay at Lakeland VRBO. It might also be important to mention this property is two stories for individuals not able to do stairs.

Property needs updating - kitchen stove needs work or burners, there were no dish towels, we were unable to get into property until an hour after we arrived, BBQ is on the beach on a first come, first serve basis, etc.

Convenient, clean property. Comfortable beds, pillows. Downside was only one full bath (plus one half bath). Could be a problem with a larger group. I didn’t care for main floor on second floor with going down stairs to use bathroom. Had a guest that stairs are a little difficult so that was a hard. I should have looked closer and maybe figured that out in advance. Bathrooms were updated and clean. Rest of house a bit dated but it was very clean, comfortable and it all worked out fine!

The condo is nice and big. The kitchen is rocked with everything you need. The private beach access is AMAZING. Great location to all restaurants and entertainment.

We travel for the weekend to heavenly ski and this location was perfect The house was clean, cozy and well equipped with everything you can think of. My 3yo loved playing with the kids wood kitchen which kept her busy. The managers were amazing and communicate with us for anything we needed. I recommend.

Very cozy with perfect location
We travel for the weekend to heavenly ski and this location was perfect The house was clean, cozy and well equipped with everything you can think of. My 3yo loved playing with the kids wood kitchen which kept her busy. The managers were amazing and communicate with us for anything we needed. I recommend.

I was notified 2 days before arrival that the microwave was not working and could not be replaced for 2 weeks. In my mind, purchasing a $40 countertop microwave for your guests until the replacement arrives would be a simple solution. I was told by the property manager that the owner was out of the country, but they would reach out and let me know. I did not hear back after multiple follow up emails so I asked if they were willing to compensate us for not having a full kitchen as described when we rented the condo. I received the same excuse that the owner was out of the country. Almost 3 weeks later and 3 follow up emails, I have heard nothing. Upon arrival to the property at 4:15pm, I had not received check in information and had to make 2 phone calls to get it. The condo was fine. The kitchen wasn’t the cleanest and very old appliances. The heating unit in a closet off of the kitchen, next to the dinning room table was very noisy. Positive feedback -Washer and drier with laundry soap provided.Bedrooms were clean and cozyBathroom was clean with shampoo, conditioner, soap and plenty of towels. I won’t stay here again.

Excellent vacation place
We really enjoyed our 3-day stay at this property. Location is great - just a minute walk to the beach. The house was spotless, the kitchen is well-equipped and communication with the property manager was generally easy and quick (aside from a couple minor issues). Highly recommend.

Convenient Location
Pretty short walk to the beach. Close to shopping and all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Good shower and towels. Kitchen was sufficiently supplied to make meals at home.

Beautiful, great location
Great Property close to everything, clean, and plenty of sleeping places, The parking passes were missing- we had to get them from the front desk but other than that everything went smoothly and was exactly as described.

The facility was beautifully located as described. Check in and Parking instructions were confusing, HomeAway app and email did not provide the same instructions or access codes. Parking pass was not mentioned or available, was instructed to leave a note in our vehicle but that did not stop us from getting a towing warning. Beds are a little tough but not horrible. Overall would still recommend.

Weekend Get Away
The property was nice and clean and beautifully located. Parking was confusing there was no parking passes available after some calling a around we received an e-mail that said if there is no parking passes please put a note on your dash board, which we did however we still received a notice as a warning that our vehicle would be towed. Our app gave us a different entry access code than our email confirmation. The email confirmation we received said there was no coded needed for pool access, that was inaccurate. With that said, we had a great time and would recommend this location to friends and family.

Nice Getaway
The house was clean as was the surrounding property. The pictures online are a bit deceiving as it looks like the room with the king size bed has an attached bathroom which it does not. The 1-1/2 bathrooms are on the bottom floor while the kitchen and living areas are upstairs. Kind of a pain to have to go downstairs every time you have to use the bathroom. Also the pool near the front is much more private and a better option than the pool near the lake.

Birthday weekend
This property is everything it says it is! This place is beautiful, I will definitely be coming back for a longer vacation! I booked this place to have a getaway for my 30th birthday. It was me and a few friends, very relaxing. It was really cool that the pool was semi heated as it was super windy while I was there. I didnt venture around the area as I just wanted a quiet on the beach, as I drove in I did see a lot of things to do for those of you who want to go and venture outside of where you're staying. If you're coming to Tahoe this place is definitely a good place to stay!!
