Friendly front of house and bar team. Gym was a nice size and equipment was good with a semi decent treadmill view. They also accepted my request for a room near the gym which I really appreciated

I got the wrong times for breakfast but the lady at breakfast wasnt so friendly Steak frites from the Marco menu wasnt great. I did enjoy my bar menu dinner the next night. There was a funny mold/damp smell from my room 416 by the bed. I also got an infected eye on my last day which im not sure what was from but I hope it wasnt anything with the hotel

Given a disabled room on arrival. I am not disabled and at 6ft 6ins tall total unacceptable. Prestige room no kettle in room as described for a Prestige room. Two of the toiletries in the bathroom were empty. There was no additional chair in the room as described for a prestigious room. I was not asked for a credit card on arrival so my meal could not be booked to the room. I had to pay after finishing my meal. If you wanted to order room service there was no information or number you could call at reception to order food. No point in having room service if you have to go down to reception and find someone to take your order!
