Pranzo all'aperto con posti a sedere supplementari sul ponte proprio fuori dalla porta della camera da letto e una bella area piattaforma panoramica da frequentare. Grill a gas Dock.
Questo lato est della città ti offre un facile accesso a così tante attività in questa zona. Vai ad est per i Horse Shows on the Bay e il Turtle Creek Casino. (navetta gratuita dalla vostra posizione anche al casinò). Entrambi sono meno di 15 minuti. Traverse City Film Festival, Cherry Festival, Brew and Wine Fests e tanto altro nella parte ovest della città. Nice,clean place; good location. A few minor problems, like the gas fireplace not working, and no dishwasher detergent. One major thing: Furnace broke down, but emergency repair was done after-hours on a Saturday night.

I have rented this property several times over the past five years. I rented it the first year that it was available and it needed ALOT of work, we gave it a chance the next year and there was some improvement. We rented a different property last year and came back to this one this year. It has remained the same with no improvements. I realize this is a beach cottage type rental. It is on the water there will be spiders, bugs, sand is to be expected. The main issue is the property itself. There has been a dock that has been dismantled on top of a sand hill for the past 4 years, that completely blacks, the view of the bay when sitting by the fire. Overgrown trees, cobwebs, if there was just a minimal amount of upkeep, and a small investment back into the landscaping, basically a day of cleaning and this property would look much more appealing. (My family pitched in when we checked in and cleaned up the beach and some of the old dead bushes, which is not something we should do on vacation paying a substantial amount of money to stay there.) The pull out beds are extremely old and the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable. No one could sleep there so that was two beds that we could not utilize. The sunroom gets very warm because of the skylight so didn’t use that bedroom the way we had planned.

We found that the internet and tv were not working when we first arrived and we contacted the company. One lady was very nice/professional and said she was going to help get to the bottom of it, but never followed up any more the rest of the weekend, so we did not have TV or internet access at all the entire time. Since we spent most of our time outdoors/exploring it wasn't the end of the world, but we feel like we paid for services we didn't have and that was pretty frustrating at times when relaxing around the house. Additionally we had people who needed to finish up work items that struggled to connect to internet, which made the first day/night stressful

Our group had a great weekend in Traverse City with the Beach House as our home base. Great view, comfortable beds, and we enjoyed relaxing in the living room in front of the fireplace. It was November, so we opted against trying the beach itself.

The house worked perfect for a quick trip to traverse city. Lots of bedroom and space to stretch out. The only feedback would be more chairs or another sofa for relaxing.

The property location is nice -right off of main road and view of and access to the water. But the house could use a deep cleaning, including organizing and cleaning the kitchen drawers and cabinets. The all weather carpet on the front porch needs to be replaced as well. The property was not worth the price, especially after having to pay booking fees to both VRBO and Up North rentals.

an inhabitable rental property that has mastered the art of deceiving visitors out of thousands of dollars. not well cared for in the least - didnt look like anyone had been there in months. trash and dirty laundry littered the overgrown yard. the bugs inside the house outnumbered the women 100:1, and that’s not including the ones you had to battle to get inside. when concerns were brought, minimal effort was put in to improving the stay. after the stay, when the concerns were brought again, no one cared to even respond. the type of house you get lice or bed bugs in.

The view is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. I don't think that the windows have been washed in over a year. The house sleeps 11 but there are only six places to sit in the living room. We found at least 7 spiders/bugs in the house. The shower in the bathroom in the laundry room is tiny and outdated. I called a week before we arrived and asked that they make sure that the grates on the grill were clean. Not only were they dirty but the grill was laden with spider webs. I called the day we arrived, Friday to report the dirty grill grates. The following Wednesday, since no one called me back I called them. I received an apology and was told that someone would be sent to clean it. I said not to bother as we cleaned it before and after we used it. We paid A LOT of money for this rental. I've stayed in less expensive rentals that were nicer and had no problems with the management company.

Loved the location; being so close to anything in TC and right on the water?! Awesome. Price was also really good too. Not too many 'comfy' spots to sit with a larger group in the living room but we made due. the house itself was adorable and the rest of the group loved it as well (8 slept over, 11 were there to hang out).

There was 8 of us who comfortably stayed here for a 40th birthday celebration. It was very clean, large, and an amazing view. The location is great! The only complaints is that one of the beds was a little too firm, and the large bedroom was cold but it worked perfectly for us! The house had everything we needed including coffee. The owners called the day before just to be sure we didn't have any questions. Everything was super easy to navigate throughout the whole process. I would for sure come back to this house!

The location and views of this property are heard to beat! Being on the water and close to downtown while having so many beds/bedrooms and bathrooms made this a perfect spot for our ladies weekend. It is a great cottage and I can only imagine how great this property would be in the summer. The location and views of this property are heard to beat! Being on the water and close to downtown while having so many beds/bedrooms and bathrooms made this a perfect spot for our ladies weekend. We rented this home for a girls wine weekend. The location was great right on the bay. We liked the layout and the 3 bathrooms. Large kitchen and areas to hang out in. We also had a fire outside one night which was really nice. My only issue was that there’s not an easy to find sign or address posted and the outdoor light closest to the road was out. So we had a hard time finding it and so did our wine tour bus and Shipt delivery person. Overall I’d stay again knowing where it is now.
