This property was as fantastic as it looks online! It was clean and had all the necessities to make it quite comfortable. It's within walking distance of restaurants and the beach is right there! Rebecca, the property owner, was super attentive prior to us arriving and then Ed took over. He was a great resource whenever we had questions. Book your stay, I can't imagine you'll be disappointed.

My husband and I returned here for a winter escape. Perfect location with the beach at our doorstep, El Yunque Rainforest nearby, and San Juan only 30-60 min drive away. Rebecca and Ed are very accommodating and communicative. The condo is very clean with all the right facilities we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again.

The detailed amenities of this lovely condo really won us - like the owners were friends who really cared that your whole trip was enjoyable in PR, not just clean and safe. Loved having the beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel to supplement our supplies! Despite our rocky arrival with a cancelled rental car and no cell service Ed was gracious and connected with us, had good advice and checked in regularly.

Very comfy and cozy in a very quiet neighborhood. Condo was super clean and Rebecca and Ed are amazing to work with.

Everything was perfect. Communication was excellent. Property was perfect, completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend.

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely love everything about this property. The owner and caretaker’s communication is top notch. It’s super clean. They provide just about everything you need. The location is A+. Parking is secure. We love it!

As a first time Verbo user, from the check in to the check out this has been an outstanding experience. Rebecca and Nancy were always in contact with us and keeping us informed about the conditions after the hurricane. We had power and water all time. The apartment was cooled to perfection, SO CLEAN AND FRESH! Linens, towels, toiletries, condiments, everything you can need and then some! Easy access to VERY good food local places, close to VSJ/metro area. Definitely we will stay here again and will use this app again.

The only thing missing was a full body mirror, but other than that. The property had everything and I mean everything from, sunscreen,aloe for sun burn towels,detergent for washing, shampoo everything!

Location location location(as they say in real estate). I really enjoyed the location of this property it was so close to the kiokos in luquillo and the property is kept extremely clean. I went for a weekend and hope to spend many more. Nancy was so kind and informative from the beginning to the end of my trip. We enjoyed our stay.

This was above and beyond what we expected. Apartment was beautiful, clean, had EVERYTHING we needed plus more. Nancy was always helpful and there if needed. This was definitely a home away from home. Loved it and will be in my plans to stay again when I visit the beautiful island again!

This apartment turned out to be the worst place to be on account of the filth, the incredible amount of dust contained on the fan located in the kitchen and accumulated all over the top of the cabinets. My sinus went pinto high gear each and every time I walked into that contaminantes place. Plans to sue this property owner for a full refund will be discussed with my attorney. Enough evidencie exists to fully warrant a rightful claim. An unforgetable, sad experience.

Loved the apartment. It was the best equipped VRBO we have stayed at. Ponchos, cooler and chairs for the beach, spices in the kitchen, many sunscreen choices in the bathroom. The proximity to Luquillo beach was awesome. Great location for exploring the rainforest and Old San Juan.

Nancy was a great host. She provided clear check in and check out instructions. The property was cleaned and fully stocked with towels and clean linens. The kitchen was fully stocked with paper towels, dish detergent and garbage bags. The bed was AMAZING! Will be back soon. Thank you Nancy for making our vacation a memorable one.

The property was as advertised - clean, well outfitted, nicely decorated, just up the street from the beach, a short walk to a couple restaurants and a longer walk / short drive to more restaurants, grocery, other conveniences. Good central location to venture out to other places of interest, but a car is highly recommended! Comfortable furnishings except the bed was a bit too soft for our middle-aged backs. The property manager, Nancy is lovely and she made sure our arrival and checkin was smooth. Unfortunately, a few days in to our week-long trip there was an island-wide power outage. We went two days and two nights without power, most of that without running water. While certainly no fault of the property owners/ management, and this was more extreme than usual, it seems power outages are a relatively common occurrence in PR. I suggest better solutions could be offered to navigate in such an situation. Nancy did check in with us, but as she said, there wasn’t much she could do. However, others we spoke with staying at large resort properties said they had complete power the whole time, including on-property lighting, water and even dining and entertainment, run by generators. Many local businesses had them as well (grocery, gas stations, ATMs, some restaurants). If purchasing a generator is not currently an option for this property, at minimum the owners / manager might offer a plan or suggestions on what to do in such cases. For example, advise where flashlights and candles are (we eventually found them), if you have a car fill up on gasoline so you have a place to get cool and charge your phone, have some sort of backup battery in the condo to charge phones, let us know that typically many businesses are still functioning (with generators) so necessities are available, get cash as most businesses were not accepting cards without power and internet, recommend where to get news updates (we found some on social media), and ideally some solution for using the toilet without running water. We understand this was more of an extreme outage, but the owners may consider creating some sort of communication for renters in such cases. Otherwise, the island is a lovely place and we hope to be back some day!

Rebecca was a courteous and responsive host, while Nancy was a great help getting us easily checked in and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. The unit has nice amenities, including excellent natural airflow, or A/C, depending on what is preferred at the time. The shower was really pleasant, as well. There is a nice balcony right off of the living area, and the unit is stocked with plenty of helpful things you'll probably need while you're visiting, whether you planned well or not.

Everything was perfect!

Location was as described. Beautiful area. Beautiful apartment. Felt very safe. Communication from the owner & property manager were excellent. Provided a lot of extras which was great because of travel restrictions. We will definitely be renting again in the future if they will have us!

We had a wonderful stay at this home away from home. It had all the amenities we could ask for and even more. The bed was scruptiously soft and cozy! We got the best night sleeps ever to the natural sounds of the coqui—wonderful. Easy walk to the beach. Easy drive to the delicious kioskos, El Yunque rainforest, and Fajardo. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
