Property manager was great; property was terrible. It was not cleaned prior to our arrival; food left in freezer; detritus of prior tenets dumped in garage; a hunt for bar soap somewhere. The property needs tlc like crazy. Thumbs down.

We stayed over the weekend and julie was great to work with with great communication. House was very clean, easy to check in and was comfortable for us and our friends.

Great stay, the house has everything we needed and was very close to KHP. Made our stay for the hagyard mid south much more enjoyable over comparably priced hotel rooms.

The property worked out great for our 3 employees who were in for the Keeneland sale, they were delighted with the house which had a well stocked kitchen so we’re able to cook instead of eating out all the time

Driveway is straight uphill and difficult to get in and out of the car. Bed in one room needs a new mattress. No bedside table or lamp which made it a challenge to set small items. Pillows in master were rolled up blankets in pillow cases. Front door could only be opened with the app. This concerned us because it was locked automatically and if there was a fire we would have panicked trying to exit the house. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable so we didn’t get to use it much. No ice marked in refrigerator so we had to buy bagged ice. Pots and pans weren’t very clean. Kitchen drawer fronts were lose and cabinets needed a good cleaning inside.

This was a great property for our trip to Lexington. Great location, clean, great beds, ample room, comfortable, and many extra amenities usually not available in other VRBO properties. Communication was excellent and timely. We really enjoyed our stay in Lexington and having a great place to stay makes the stay better.

We have never stayed at a house in residential area when traveling. Had all the comforts of home. Julie was responsive to all our needs and was very polite and kind. I highly recommend staying at her home.

Simple and clean
We stayed here for the Kentucky Spring horse shows. The house was very clean and simple and a nice change from a hotel. We did have an issue with the AC breaking and also the hot water heater breaking but Julie has them fixed ASAP.

Charming getaway, great location
Perfect size house for 2 people to escape the holiday. Only 2 blocks from a nice greenway for run/walk. Clean. Quiet. Garage available for use. Nicely appointed, even little touches like hand soap in the bathroom. You have to download an app to unlock the front door, and it auto locks after a certain time period, so always make sure you have your phone on you. Bring KCups for coffee.

Feels like home
I loved our stay in this beautifully decorated and well maintained home. Owner has every detail cover. Outside has beautiful fenced in yard with fire pit, grill, and patio. Beds were so comfortable. Home furnished throughout with very nice up to date amenities. Owner Julie is the best! She makes that extra effort to make the home so inviting. She went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful. Will definitely come back!

Great Place!
The place was perfect! It was really nice to have a place on vacation that felt like a home. We went to our daytime activities and came home to have dinner as a family. Julie was responsive and gracious and available if we needed anything. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. I would recommend her properties to anyone!

Great amenities and furnishings.
We had a great stay. House had everything you could want or need. Very clean and having use of a garage during the cold temperatures and a little snow made it easy to come and go. Julie, the homeowner, was readily available if needed.

It was a very nice experience. The owner even had a few snacks and drinks for us upon arrival. Very tidy and super cute decor. We would definitely stay here again.

WOW!
What a great stay we had in this beautiful home and the state of Kentucky! If you have never been to Lexington, KY (as none of our friends had before), this is the place to be in October during the Keeneland horse races, something we quickly learned! The neighborhood is unbelievable with the downtown area just a short drive away! The home is stocked with all you need, aside from groceries, which can be purchased at the 24-hour Kroger, located just 3 miles down the road! The house is well done with all necessary conveniences for your stay including amazing space for entertainment, and Julie is just an amazing host! We were lucky enough to meet her in person, and cue in on all the fabulous things to do in Kentucky. We enjoyed the private driveway and parking, the privacy of the fenced yard, and security of the entrance and neighborhood in general. Overall I would highly recommend this property and definitely would love to come back! You won't be disappointed!!
