Clean, tidy, comfortable.
Check in was easy in the Royal Road Residence I building just around the corner.
Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
The curtains could be better/blinds added, they let a lot of light past.
You can hear a lot of outside noise.
Check out was less convenient. I couldn't figure out how to get into the Royal Road Residence I building as the door was closed. Thankfully someone came out of the building and I caught the door before it closed again.

Location was in the midst of everything so walking or taking trams was very convenient. Apartment was very spacious with large windows that opened. Kitchen was sufficient to make small meals and included a dishwasher. Clothes washing machine was very nice to have.
Be aware that there is no elevator, so you need to carry your suitcases up 2-3 flights of stairs. A couple of extra things in the kitchen, like some paper towel and pot holders, would be a great addition. Shower floor is slippery.

"The best thing was Liza in reception, she waited for us even after the reception hour and with a big smile. That is something that we appreciate a lot.
