A Hidden Sanctuary In Athens Riviera-Saronida
Saronida è un sobborgo meridionale di Atene. Si trova su Atene Esplanade con impressionanti spiagge funky popolari, centri commerciali alla moda e una tranquilla zona residenziale. In questo quartiere abbiamo creato classe capolavoro architettonico.
Una superficie totale di Villa 250 m2, di costruzione 2013, vista mozzafiato sul mare, a 750 m dalla spiaggia, nel bosco. Tre livelli con ascensore interno. Al piano terra 2 camere con 2 bagni interni, sala giochi, 1 WC per la piscina, lo stoccaggio camere lavanderia e 1 camera di servizio con bagno e 50 m2 di giardino. Piano superiore spaziosa sala da pranzo con cucina aperta e soggiorno, camino, 150 m2 di giardino con tende elettriche, piscina 4 * 9 m, barbecue con pergolato, 4 posti auto e 2 ripostigli. In primo piano 2 camere con 1 bagno e una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno in camera e 40 m2 di balcone con vista mozzafiato sul mare. Design minimal e completamente arredato.
Nel giardino, c'è una bella piscina grande piscina con lettini, ombrelloni, un tavolo da pranzo e un barbecue. Sia terra e primo piano hanno ampi balconi con tavoli da pranzo che si affacciano sul giardino del mare e piscina.
Tutti e tre i piani sono dotati superiore della linea tecnologia. Ci sono i router WiFi su ogni piano e internet. Tutti i soggiorni hanno grandi televisori. Gli asciugamani e le lenzuola vengono cambiate ogni quattro giorni. C'è l'aria condizionata su tutti i piani, un ascensore, un sistema di allarme e telecamere di sicurezza. Un parcheggio coperto per due auto è fornito gratuitamente.
Il nostro obiettivo è quello di creare un'atmosfera di lusso ideale per voi, in modo che si può avere una vacanza rilassante e indimenticabile ad Atene. Ci sarà un agente a vostra disposizione visualizzare strutture della villa e per fornire tutte le informazioni.

Beautiful Views, we'll equipped. Loved spending time on large balcony/deck. There is the resident cat. We named her, ILYSE, due to her missing part of her eye. She is the friendliness cat I've ever come across. She will welcome you. We had 8 adults, 3 couples and 2 singles. Bedrooms were perfect all around.Host is available, if needed.Note: the picture that Maps shows is not where you want to be. Drive up all the way. Sign with address is on corner wall. Walk to door next to garage and buzz the host.Walk down for dinner, beach and market but take Cab UP, unless you really, really want a leg workout. Enjoy...we sure did!

The entire place was amazing & perfect. The owners were so friendly & amazing to communicate with if we had any questions or concerns they were very helpful & quick to respond. Would definitely stay again if in Greece without any doubt the views from entire home are amazing the house keepers are prompt & efficient.

This is a beautiful modern villa with plenty of space for 8 guests. The top floor has a double room with four poster bed and en suite, plus 2 single bedrooms. All have great air conditioning and share a lovely big balcony with views across the sea. The en-suite had the best shower as it was a bit bigger, so we all used it. The sink and toilet were just used in the other.The middle floor is the kitchen, living room and garden.The lower floor had a double room, 2 showers and a lovely big room with 2 single beds and en suite. All of the beds and pillows were very comfy and there was lots of wardrobe space.We couldn’t work out how to get the shade back over the pool, but the owner got back to us very quickly to let us know which control we needed to do it. They were also easy to contact with any other queries throughout our stay.We arrived to a big bowl of fruit and a supply of food and drinks to see us through until we went shopping.The fridge has filtered water to drink and ice which was so good to have.There were also plenty of coffee pods for us to make espresso’s for iced coffees!By far our favourite thing was the little cat being our fill in pet for a week and a half though. She was outside with us most days and evenings.The villa is up a pretty steep hill, it’s nice to walk down but a slight challenge to walk back up!At the bottom of the hill there are lots of nice restaurants coffee and ice cream shops, a little supermarket and a nice beach.

For our party of 10 adults and teens the accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The winter weather did not diminish the views or the comfort of our stay in this well-situated and cosy home. It is well-equipped if you wish to cook or relax at home; however, even in winter, the local town offered a very warm welcome to its bakery, coffee shops, tavernas and grocers. The radio, tv and WiFi kept the teens happy along with the ample range of food:cakes, bread, cheese, yogurt and meats left for us on our arrival. Efterpi was such a kind host who greeted us on arrival and was happy to answer our questions about how to get around the area. A car is essential for accessing the property as it is at the top of a very steep hill; however, there is ample parking in the towns all around and the public transport to Athens is very cheap, frequent and reliable. There is plenty of outside space with garden, hammock, ample seating, pool and impressive barbecue area - we just didn't make use of it. We wanted a relaxing mid-winter break for 3 generations of the family and we were not disappointed with the quality or the range of the facilities available to us either at the property or within the town of Saronida and the surrounding area.
