Excelente departamento muy amplio moderno cómodo y bien decorado un agrado

No logramos hacer funcionar el AC y con los 39 grados de Calor se hizo difícil dormir

Tutto è andato perfettamente, Dal check in al check out. Non ho avuto l'occasione di conoscere di persona l'host ma devo dire che ha fatto di tutto e di più per rendere il nostro soggiorno veramente piacevole. Ho avuto molte informazioni su dove andere , mangiare etc. Molto disponibile nella richiesta di poter stare un po più a lungo, vista la partenza serale del nostro volo di rientro. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario, pulito , curato nei dettagli e tutto e nuovo. La posizione è decisamente buona, per chi ama camminare e possibile con una passeggiata di mezz'ora da lì arrivare alla bellissima zona di Ortigia, senza il problema di dover cercare parcheggio... Insomma, tutto perfetto! Prossima volta, ritornerò con piacere in questo appartamento.

Ottima posizione, a due passi dalla bellissima Piazza Santa Lucia e di fronte al mare. Host gentile, disponibile e attento ai bisogni del cliente. Appartamento molto bello, curato nei dettagli, comodo e accogliente!

It is a lovely, clean, modern and spacious apartment with all the comforts of home. Dionisea is located about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Siracusa and the beginning of the island of Ortigia. On street parking was not a problem as we always found a parking spot within a few metres of the apartment. The welcoming gift from Davide was very appreciated as was the lovely coffee. The host Davide was very contactable and always available for advice. Although the apartment is on a very busy street the windows did a great job of noise reduction. All in all a great stay and I certainly recommend this lovely apartment.

I found it a bit inconvenient to enter the apartment directly through the bedroom. Also the bed was a little uncomfortable as it dipped in the middle. The outside area/ terrace was a little disappointing. None of this was enough to interfere with our stay, we still had a fantastic time here.

Communication with the host was good, they gave clear instructions on how to enter the property. The apartment was clean and had all that we needed.

If you have trouble sleeping with noise this place might not be for you. The apartment is on the ground floor of a building that is stuck right between to relatively busy streets.

Place looks absolutely stunning and so comfortable. Lovely room and lounge, very good windows that kept the place really quiet at night. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

the plug for the iron didn't fit in any socket but apart from that, genuinely, I have nothing negative to say about this place.

Comfortable apartment, very spacious and clean. Alessio was extremely helpful and gave us some recommendations where to go. Sea next to the door so we enjoyed beautiful waves every morning and evening:) It was a little bit noisy but I wouldn't count it as a minus, it's not a big deal
