On a main rd so very noisy,if your on the front. beds not amazingly comfortable but bedroom was lovely. Breakfast was a great start to the day owner was lovely on the whole we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Mattress was uncomfortable and could feel the springs.very noisy in our room especially if you have the window open.

8 / 10Eccellente·set 2026

Excellent location. The rooms were clean and it was like a home from home. Would recommend.

It was quite noisy, being on a main road, although the rooms at the back of the house were apparently quiet. Earplugs were a must! The doors and floorboards were also noisy, and there was very little soundproofing between the rooms. Saying that, it was fine for a short 2 night stay

7 / 10Buono·set 2026

Easy walk to Aylesbury Waterfront Theatre.

Shared bathroom.

Inside comfortable and clean and tidy

WiFi signal really poor with constant buffering issues. Not close to Aylesbury centre at all.
