Just fantastic service from Jackie - both on the phone and in person. I also saw her attend to other guests' while waiting my turn, and she was really amazing to everyone. My room had great views overlooking the streets - but was still very quiet. Really felt like a New York style apartment. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Loved the fact we could enjoy our friends company all together, but have our own bedroom and bathroom. The lovely cosmetics were a pleasant surprise,, e.g shampoo, hand lotion etc...
I didn't want to write this but Hubby said how will
You know if no one tells you...there are cobwebs and dust on the light fittings and ceiling

All new appliances.
Recently refurbished in a neat practical
manner.
Immaculately clean.
An extremely helpful receptionist. Helped with parking, suitcases, departure loading….
A little difficult to locate initially as only an entrance at street level.
A little dark in the bathroom for older eyes.
Nice view to the old historic railway station.
