My girlfriend's from high school and I go on an annual trip to Myrtle Beach. We had a wonderful, fun and relaxing trip and we loved our condo!

The floors had not been swept or mopped before we arrived. There was urine on the base of the toilet in the master bath. And dishes were left in the dishwasher. They were clean, but I feel like housekeeping should have dried and put them away. Other than the few housekeeping issues the condo was nice, and plenty big enough for my family of 6.

The condo looked clean until you looked under beds as kids would loose their toys. They’re were dust bunnies all under the furniture. The parking was terrible sometimes close sometimes far parking distance. The elevators always bypassed you for the VIP Rooms even though there were 4 elevators. Even some of the VIP’s getting on the elevator would press for their room & you would totally bypass your floor making you wait with all of your stuff unbearable. Also booking with a third party, staff will not help you as you did not pay for any of the hotel fees & another part of their water park ehich needed a different bracelet you can’t buy. Made it hard with the kids that made friends & couldn’t go with them. Never booking third party to save a little money, which we could have had more fun & amenities.

Due to us driving in from Pennsylvania it would have been nice to be able to use the pool prior to getting in at 4:00 but because we didn't have wristbands we weren't allowed. That's a little rough with children. Had trouble with the washing machine not rinsing out. Okay

Didn’t know there was two different towers, went to the wrong tower. Only two parking passes for 3 bedroom condo, friend had to pay $15 a day for metered parking. Floors in condo were not very clean. Washer doesn’t want to spin water out. Will not stay again

Condo was as pictured in listing. No complaints until we discovered how filthy dirty the floors and baseboards were. We had to swifter and clean the floors 3 times to get the floors to where we could walk around barefoot so our feet wouldn’t turn black. Exhaust fans needed cleaned, lots of dust clods. We pulled out the couch cushions and again, swept a decent amount of sand/food crumbs out of both. Seemed like we almost cleaned as much as relaxed. The condo is not “beach front.” It is behind a building that is beach front so you only have a angle view toward the ocean. I thought I read that 2 out of the 3 bedrooms had balcony access, but I was wrong, only one bedroom did. Another thing, I was very surprised that we had to return our paper pool bands. Step your game up and get the rubber pool bands. One of my last complaints was that I couldn’t get an answer on the parking garage clearance heights. All the people at the front desk literally had to do was walk out and see what it says at the entrances. All clearance heights are posted. Our parking garage was 6’8”. Overall it is a nice place, but I didn’t feel like I was cared about. Our previous condo we stayed at last year, I had direct contact with the owner via phone/text and was told if we needed anything to not hesitate to reach out. I was not checked on by anyone here. We had a good time, but it could had been better.

Nice views of the beach and ocean from the 7th floor balcony. Access to the pool and beach was easy and convenient, we loved having the ice cream parlor right on
site, along with the bar (for an adult nightcap). My only issue, the floors were vacuumed but needed to be mopped/swiffered. Also, the couch and love seat need to be professionally cleaned, the arms and cussions were very dirty.

Overall we had such an amazing time at the property! Few minor inconveniences but they were quickly resolved by owners of the property. A few suggestions I would make is allowing for more than 2 parking passes especially for such a large property. The parking garage was a nightmare but most parking garages are. Our toilets did had some issues and overflowed out of nowhere and soaked my friend’s belongings but the maintenance staff was there within 1 hour and was very friendly and answered our questions and the problem was resolved with no more issues. The view was amazing! The only other issues really weren’t the host’s fault but the resort outdoor pool was temporarily shut down for a few hours and management kept letting us go in and then almost immediately said we’d have to leave for maintenance. I do wish we had the option to buy passes to the water play area connected to the resort but I understand why they have it like that. Be mindful it is a family resort so there were a lot of kids but not to the point where they overtook the hotel just the pool area. Overall we had so much fun and would definitely rebook with this host!

The lazy river is a joke, there is a big pool area and lazy river on the property but was told the bands we got are not for it and we would have to pay to get in. All we smelled on our balcony is Marijuana from numerous balconies around us.

Arrived the day after Hurricane Ian, but the few inconveniences we encountered didn’t spoil our trip in the least. Nice accommodations in a great area…close to many attractions, but far enough away from the main hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach to make it a relaxing getaway when we wanted.

The location was nice, the hot tube was broken that was disappointing. The property was clean but the sofa's needed cleaning they were pretty dirty. There were a lot of scrapes and scuff marks on the walls and the toilet top had a crack. The day before we left we wanted to make smoothies and the machine would not work. I took pictures of everything as instructed by the information sheet left to us and emailed them to the property manager. I think you should know what is wrong with the property instead of having me do a walk through for you. I did not want to get blamed for the issues the property had and in the sheet it was made clear to take pictures and report it so as not to get charged for what someone else did.

The rental process was very easy and our vacation place was just as pictured. We had a corner unit with a great ocean view and it was clean and spacious enough. The only complaint is that we did not have access to the water park area at our resort.

We had a great time! The beach was amazing! The place was VERY clean for a VRBO. Checking in with a code and not needing to go to the desk was so amazing!
I wish I could give this place 5 stars but there must be a feud with the other Sand Dunes villas because the amenities that are pictured on the Sand Dunes website are not available at the condos. When this listing says the water park next door is not accessible, they mean the one ON THE PROPERTY. I felt very misled by this as the Sand Dunes website has pictures of the water park. Maybe this is just an amenity that this particular owner doesn’t pay for. This was a bummer since we have 5 kids ages 10 and under. We even asked the front desk if we could pay to play there for a day and they said no. We had a similar experience at the indoor glow in the dark miniature golf (also pictured on the Sand Dunes website). Someone had told us about $5 mini golf there so my husband went over to ask and was yelled at for being on the property. Those were disappointing experiences but we had a great time anyway. If we go back to Myrtle Beach, we would probably stay closer to the action. This hotel is about 5 miles from the Ferris wheel and pier. We chose it for the amenities which weren’t as great as expected.

Over all the rooms were nice and the hotel was nice! But next time we will book direct so we can get the extras like waterpark, mini golf ect.
Oh and be ready for your vehicle to get hit in the parking deck both our vehicles were damaged but the camaras in parking deck do not work!

This is the best unit in the place with the wrap around balcony snd 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Everything was great from the booking through the checkout process. I have stayed in this unit five times and it is my favorite unit. The booking stuff is great with my needs and always gives me exactly what I ask for. The market downstairs has all of your basics. The restaurant and pool bar has good food at good prices. You are not far from Broadway at the beach or the boardwalk.

Clean enough
The unit was just cleaned enough to say they did it. Linens were old and rough. Sewage smell throughout the unit. Our second day the sewage actually back up in the kitchen sink. If that wasn’t enough we had someone in a unit while we was out for the day. Contacted Ocean Breeze who rents out the property denied anyone had been in there far as maintenance or housekeeping. I’m not sure if they actually change the code every time someone departs.

Disappointment - Bottom sheet for one bed was stained and unusable, no toilet paper in 2 of the 3 bathrooms, outdoor pool was ice cold which made it unusable, hot tubs inside were warm but not hot and the jets could not be turned on.

Family vacation
Property was as described in listing. We were very pleased that there was plenty of kitchen gadgets utensils etc. Thee only disappoint was that the pools was closed. My kids was so disappointed 😞

The unit was ok except for the door being open prior to check in our air conditioner didn’t work for the first half of our trip the oven was so dirty it was smoking dishes were to be washed but no detergent was provided we came for the lazy river and pool and unfortunately both were closed our entire stay without notice the front desk were rude and hateful to any questions asked the elevators smelled like urine at all times the bedrooms had a odor as well the policy online doesn’t match the policy at the property our dish was was completely full when arriving and didn’t work properly I won’t be booking another stay
