This was a great location on the beach. A short walk to many restaurants and shops. We also walked to the grocery store. The unit was very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here in the future.

This is the nicest and most equipped condo we have ever stayed in. Missy responded to all questions promptly and we will stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a short walk to the beach. The pool area was also very close and a great spot for our kids to swim. The condo itself was nice, clean, and had all the amenities that we needed. It was a short ride into Savannah so we were able to get the best of both the city and the beach!

We loved the location mid beach. Easy bike rides to the north and south ends of the island. Tybee is beautiful, but definitely check closely for events going on. We were there during the Orange Crush weekend and would not do that again. It was gridlock.. but Missy’s communication was stellar and their condo is beautiful. And a super short walk to the beach and restaurants. We’d definitely stay there again.

Myself along with 2 girlfriends stayed at this property. The kitchen is well equipped and ready to be used, the beds are comfortable, very clean. Beach is steps away with best beach bar restaurant also within steps from condo. Communication with owner was seamless. Would stay again.

We had the perfect girls weekend getaway over St. Patrick’s Day weekend. The condo was clean, organized, and comfortable. The host was quick to respond and meet any need we had. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was comfortable and the location was perfect! Beautiful beach and great pools. We ate at the restaurant nextdoor twice during our three-day stay because it was just too convenient!

The property was centrally located and close to everything. It had everything we needed and access to the beach was great. Also close to Savannah where we spent the day and had a great time. We would definitely rent this property again. In my view, it was the best part of the island for us. Quiet, uncrowded beach, easy access to restaurants and shopping.

What a cute and spacious condo that is steps away from the beach! Love that we were close to restaurants and shops as well as had access to the community pool! The property felt safe with gated car entry. Would highly recommend this adorable beach themed place for your stay on Tybee!

We enjoyed our time here. The condo was clean and the location was great. Pool and beach access could not be better you can rent umbrellas and chairs right on the beach. I’m local and this will definitely be a place I will use again.

This condo is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. It is everything the pictures show it to be. Even though it sits right off the main road on Tybee Island it is very quiet and you do not hear the traffic. It is close to many restaurants and shopping.

My 17 and 18-year-old daughters and I take a girls trip to a different island every year. This is my farther nicest place we’ve stayed in over the past seven years. Konda was an excellent shape. We really appreciate the recommendation to Sundae Cafe and the deck restaurant. If we ever went back to Tybee Island we would rent the same unit again -thank you so much!

We had a wonderful relaxing week! The condo is clean, beautiful, and perfectly located. The beds were SO comfy! There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything you would need, and I particularly appreciated the good set of knives! Beach access is just steps away, as are 2 pools-my son loved that you could order food from The Deck restaurant at their bar right at the pool! Missy is very kind and extremely easy to communicate with! We can’t wait for our next trip to Tybee-we will definitely be renting this unit again!

Nice updated condo. Kind of tight spacing during meals...but there were 5 of us. Kitchen lacking a few basics - measuring cups, 9X13 pans. Kitchen sink did a lot of gurgling which was only an issue because we had a teen sleeping in the fold out couch, so a bit noisy between that and a rattling A/C vent. Little awkward getting to beach and pools due to property gates, but not terrible. Had an issue with a smoke detector but Missy was helpful in compensating for that. Can hear a bit of traffic noise in bedroom near street. I will say the new king bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. Dinner at The Deck is amazing and super convenient. Beach was nice. New pools are open and wonderful. Parking spot is given under building, which helps keep blistering sun out of it. Overall nice. Would stay here again.
