Cruz Views è nascosto in una collina tropicale a 160 piedi sopra la città di Cruz Bay. Tutte le unità si affacciano a sud-ovest per catturare molto sole e viste pittoresche sui mari turchesi di giorno, tramonti memorabili alla fine dei giorni e le luci scintillanti di isole lontane di notte. È facile raggiungere Cruz Bay (in discesa) ma tornare a Cruz Views è un po 'più impegnativo, soprattutto se ti sono piaciuti alcuni dei famigerati punch al rum dell'isola.

L'happy hour è stato completamente rinnovato nel 2005 e nel 2018 questo condominio ha subito ulteriori miglioramenti. Quando varcherai la soglia per la prima volta, ti sentirai accolto dalla sua atmosfera invitante e confortevole. Ci sono molti posti in cui rilassarsi per godersi le incredibili viste sul porto e i tramonti infuocati. Dal soggiorno ci sono cursori sceened che si aprono sul ponte esterno, che comprende sedie imbottite, un divano a due posti e per coloro che vogliono prendere il sole in privato, è possibile "prendere qualche raggio" sulle sedie a sdraio, il tutto guardando il viste spettacolari sulla baia di Cruz.
La grande sala comprende il tuo soggiorno, cucina e sala da pranzo. Il soggiorno ha un divano letto con un materasso in memory foam, che può ospitare comodamente 1-2 ospiti in più. La TV via cavo a schermo piatto è a tua disposizione per guardare la tua squadra sportiva preferita o il tuo dramma TV preferito, e per chi volesse rimanere in contatto è disponibile la connessione Wifi.
La cucina ben attrezzata si trova dietro il soggiorno e comprende nuovi mobili, nuovi piani di lavoro, un piano cottura elettrico a 4 fuochi in vetro, un forno tostapane, un forno a microonde, un frullatore e una macchinetta del caffè, oltre a tutti gli utensili, stoviglie, pentole e padelle. La comoda sala da pranzo può ospitare 4 persone.
La camera da letto si trova su alcune scale dal soggiorno e comprende un letto matrimoniale. Proprio in fondo al corridoio è il tuo bagno privato con pietra e doccia piastrellata.

This was our first trip to the Virgin Islands and were blown away by the views from the apartment overlooking Cruz Bay. The sunsets were spectacular.
The apartment was well equipped with all our needs addressed.
We would advise a rental car if not for the short walk into town but to give easier access to all the incredible beaches.

The location was very convenient for us, especially since we had a car, near all of the major roads. The view is fantastic, and the pool area is very nice. The condo is well equipped (dishes, utensils, beach chairs, ice chest, tv & wi-fi). The management staff was responsive. Be aware that the sun (in winter) is very strong on the patio area; we used the patio in the early morning and evening, but it was too hot for the afternoon (when we used the pool area). Also, the A/C unit was broken. Staff brought a bedroom unit and fan, but the situation was less than desirable, especially with the hot sun shining into the living/dining area.

Last minute vacation
We had to change our vacation plans to St.John last minute. The property was perfect and the management was responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed every day. We did have an issue with the AC which was fixed within hours even later in the evening.

Gorgeous views of bay and St. Thomas, clean and safe villa near Cruz Bay
The property itself was absolutely perfect - comfortable dining, sleeping and sitting areas, outside deck and super clean and safe. A little hairy to park but that's just the island. Property management company - mixed reviews. One person was very rude to us but everyone else was great when the air conditioner broke and shower got very moldy and not enough bedding linens. Otherwise, great!

The pool was a huge plus! The view is cool and it’s very close to town but it is VERY HILLY! The kitchen is well equipped but the “oven” is a toaster oven and is a little hard to use. The bathroom is nice and the bed is comfortable.

Cruz Views "Happy Hour" was a delight from the minute we unlocked the door. It was clean, well equipped/stocked, comfortable, and lovely. The view is spectacular from the spacious deck. We even made a lil' feline friend! We would definitely stay there again!

St. John Delight
Cruz Views "Happy Hour" was a delight from the minute we unlocked the door. It was clean, well equipped/stocked, comfortable, and lovely. The view is spectacular from the spacious deck. We even made a lil' feline friend! We would definitely stay there again!

Well, this was our fourth stay in the last 8 years at this studio condo. We happened on it just after it had been remodeled at the time. It has a great location overlooking Cruz Bay and the car ferry docks. The condo is very comfortable and cozy for two. There are 2 air conditioning units, one for living/dining and one for the bedroom. Either unit could hold temps for the whole house. We tend to use the A/C every trip to hold down the tropical humidity after a day on the beach. The unit has a nice kitchen with all of the various utensils we need. All in all, This is a great value for the island.

We really enjoyed our stay at Happy Hour at Cruz Views. The space was very much as described and completely delivered on the views. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable and we enjoyed the amount of outdoor space. Because this is a corner unit, it seemed to have extra space inside and out. The bathroom was nice, can tell it had been updated and the kitchen was functional with plenty of necessary utensils. Just know there is no proper oven, just a toaster oven. Additionaly, it appears some of the other units may have laundry but this one does not. The proximity to the pool was great and the pool area was well kept with plenty of seating. Much of our experience is also based on pretty much having the entire property to ourselves. We only ran into other people twice in 9 days.
The only downfall to this property was the hill that you have to climb from town if you don't get a cab. Going down was fine, just take it slow and walk against traffic. Also, verify how late the cabs are running, during slow season the cabs stop early.
We also rented a jeep which made getting around really easy especially to the grocery store for drinking water, etc.
Restaurant recommendations: De Coal Pot for good Caribbean fare, Longboard for fresh, well made tropical food and Rhumb Lines for great tapas or small bites.
