Questa proprietà ha due cottage, il cottage INFERIORE e il riquadro superiore, ottima proprietà per riunioni di famiglia. La proprietà è direttamente sulla spiaggia di accesso a pochi passi dal Golfo del Messico. Ha una vista sul golfo e ogni cottage dispone di 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni con un piano piano aperto, un balcone lungo 40 piedi e un parcheggio in costruzione. Ogni cottage può ospitare 6 persone e ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità, riscaldamento e aria centrale, WiFi e TV a schermo piatto HD nella zona giorno e camera da letto principale. Ogni cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici di dimensioni normali, pentole e padelle, piatti e posate. Vengono forniti anche asciugamani e lenzuola. Vi è un ampio patio con barbecue, area salotto e un pozzo del fuoco.
C'è molto spazio all'aperto per sedersi e rilassarsi con un bicchiere di vino, leggere un libro o semplicemente godersi il bel tempo. I cottage sono raggiungibili a piedi da numerosi ristoranti, un negozio di ciambelle, una gelateria e una farmacia.
La fermata del tram, nelle vicinanze, consente di esplorare molte miglia lungo le spiagge del golfo. La spiaggia di rocce indiane si trova su una bellissima isola barriera sul golfo del Messico. L'ampio balcone, il patio e l'aria salata contribuiscono a creare una sensazione di "vecchia Florida" molto rilassante.
Nelle vicinanze è presente un porto turistico comunale dove è possibile prenotare una battuta di pesca d'altura e crociere al tramonto. La spiaggia di rocce indiane è un bel posto di spiagge incontaminate di sabbia bianca e acqua frizzante perfetta per nuotare. Si trova sulla stringa di 12 miglia di isole barriera tropicali tra acque limpide e st. Petersburg Florida.

The place was so convenient to everything. Restaurants and stores. CVS is across the street. Beach is a very short walk. Had everything available for us, There were 6 girls and had enough room for all of us. Would stay there again. Had a wonderful time. All loved it!!

This condo is in the perfect location, just steps from the beach which was very convenient. Overall, the property was clean and in good shape. The living room, eating area and kitchen are all open to each other which makes for easy entertaining. The bathrooms are nicely updated.
Some things that could be addressed to make for a perfect stay would be new mattresses. The bedding was very nice but the actual beds were not. Both my adult kids, of average height had their feet hanging off the end of the beds as they slept. The king in primary bedroom is large but uncomfortable and fairly soft and saggy. There was no operational beach umbrella, they were all broken and the beach chairs have lived a good life and should be replaced. I also really think they should be kept inside unit or on respective porch as they are just laying under property in carport and anyone could take them.
The largest issue was serious construction going on in the unit above us. As a realtor, I know this was likely not last minute as that is what was communicated to us when I texted owner. ANY kind of heads up and/or discount would have been appreciated. We were awoken very early, had high levels of noise and then dirt/dust/sand dropping on us on the outside deck from above. They did stop on second day once I inquired about what was going on but started up again early on our day of departure.
This unit has the capability of being almost perfect but for some of these unfortunate snafus.

We had a rough start to our stay because we couldn't get a hold of the owners for entrance requirements. As soon as they answered the phone they took care of everything in a very timely manner. We enjoyed the property and even the little extras, like beach chairs. Thanks for the great Thanksgiving Holiday memories!

We have stayed here before and feel it is a hidden gem. The home is clean and convenient to everything. Steps from the beach. We only use the car when we go to the grocery store. Only concern is the mosquitoes on the porch. We left a citronella candle and used bug spray. We are already planning next summer’s visit before all the weeks sell out!!

This was my second stay at the cottage on the beach. Did not disappoint for myself or my dog. I will be back for sure!!!

I almost jokingly put “don’t stay here” in the title because I don’t want to fight with the rest of y’all for booking dates when we return. Couldn’t bring myself to do that though as this was such a great news place and location.
Beach is so close! Quick walk across tiny parking lot over a short bridge and boom you are there! The locker eith beach supplies was great! Like take a penny leave a penny we borrowed some things for the beach and left a few things for the next people. Umbrella in the locked was great! CV down the road has more of you need shade. I recommend getting some shade!
Beds are comfy. Despite have 2 different families above us over the course of the trip there was not very much noise from them walking around.
The location food was great! We walked to dinner most nights. JD and ice cream shop are must stops. PJs was meh IMO

Extremely clean on check in. Linens, towels etc were very nice, not old. Special touches such as sponge/dishwasher pods set out, new soap containers, etc were great. Extremely comfy KING bed.. Had everything we could need- everything worked perfectly. great location with walk to places for fun and food. Got good recommendations and area information the Guest book. Lots of chairs and beach "toys". It was the best beach place we have stayed at yet.

My siblings and our significant others stayed at this property for 4 days. It was a fabulous time, just steps away from the beach, Crabby Bills, CVS and a cute coffee shop called Pipo & Betty’s. We had such a nice time with the direct beach access and the outdoor balcony at the property. The owner was so easy to work with and was a wonderful communicator. We would definitely stay here again!! I highly recommend.

The location for this cottage was wonderful! We loved having such a close proximity to beach access.
I will say that the shower heads in both bathrooms were awful. Also the shower curtain in the main bathroom was moldy.
Communication was great. Access to parking was easy. Proximity to beach was perfect.

Everything about this property is as was expected from the listing. There were no surprises. And that's what was so great. The location, the apartment layout, amenities, it was our escape. We rented out the lower level of a 2 story condo, and it was enough stairs, if you needed to climb stairs. Just a minute stroll to a quiet powdery sanded gentle beach. Quiet though adjacent to the local main drag, while enjoying life on the deck. Under the elevated condo plentiful beach supplies available for use if you need them. A bbq and relaxing chairs available if you desire. A shower outside below the apartment to wash off beach sand. A quiet little beachfront town. More shopping and restaurant choices just a 5-10 minute drive. The apartment amenities, again, home away from home. And if you want to go north or south to other landmarks, nothing is far. Any questions, and owners Udalmis and her husband are nearby and quick to respond. If you need a tropical escape to clear out the mental cobwebs of life, this is it.

My kids and I stayed here for a short 3 night stay. Everything we needed was here and the owner was very easy to communicate with. It's a nice little area with great beach access. It's within Walking distance to local restaurants.

Just as described on listing. Want to sit at the beach, only about 100 yard walk from the property and don't even need to cross a street. White sandy beach as apposed to some beaches that are all sea shells. We enjoyed our stay and will consider returning next year.

Super place to stay, all the necessities and more. Check in was easy and Idalmis was prompt to reply to any questions we had. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and a child and the beach was only a couple minute walk away if you walk slow. The only complaint I have is I wish we could have stayed longer but we are already planning for next time. We had a great time and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks Idalmis for having us.

Loved the beach house vibe and location, it was just what we were looking for! We rented both top and bottom units for my family, my mom flew out from California to stay she was in love with the house and the vicinity to the beach as well! Loved the firepit and the fact that the kitchens had everything you could think of, utensils, coffee maker, blender etc. We will definitely be adding this as one of our yearly family vacations!

Hadn't seen my grandsons in over a year as they were held hostage in NY due to Covid - the house is walkable to the beach, food and shops so it was less time loading up and driving around and more quality time together. We hope to get back together at this place again soon. It was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay on the lower unit! It was so convenient to the beach. It’s not beach front but the deck has a view of the water and it’s a very short walk to the sand. The condo had great amenities like a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The space below the condo was nice for storing our beach chairs and sand toys and for hanging beach towels to dry! There’s even an outdoor shower and hose.There’s easy parking spots too. The owner was quick to respond if I had a question. The beds were comfy and the condo was extremely clean. I would stay here again for sure and highly recommend this place to all!

We stayed in the lower unit for 3 glorious weeks in March . Unit had everything we needed for our stay. The location of the beach was perfect, along with the restaurants and CVS. Only a short drive into Clearwater or St Petes for any other adventures we went on. We will definitely visit IRB again and hope to be able to book the lower unit at this location when we do.

This is our third trip to this house. We just left after a 2 week stay. What a house! Features include huge porches on each level (we've stayed upper and lower), fully stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and literally steps from the Gulf! Idalmis and Ken are terrific, the house is so clean! There are many restaurants within walking distance. Can't wait to come back!!

We stayed in the lower unit for the month of April with our adult children. The location just steps from the beach and with plenty of restaurants nearby can’t be beat. The unit is decorated wonderfully and furnished to take care of every need. Warm air, sunshine, the beach, good food, and a great place to stay. It doesn’t get better than that. The large front porch was great for relaxing and enjoying the sights and sounds of the area. Indian Rocks Beach although busy is not as congested as some of the Gulf shore beaches. Thank you Ken and Idalmis, we really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I were in limbo for several months and stayed at many places for several months. This was by far the best. The upper unit was lovely, the owners were avaliable and not intrusive. Walking distance to every necessity, restaurants, live music, and food delivery options.excellent beach location and 3 blocks from the main artery to Tampa, Orlando, etc. I didn't love taking the stairs but the exercise sure didn't hurt... ? overall the easiest, most pleasant thing that was happening for us for a long time. We're looking forward to returning next year for our real vaca.

The property was closer to the beach than I expected. It's just a few steps from the garage. The house is beautiful and is just the right size for a long stay (huge closets and room enough to separate for a little while). We loved every minute of our month at the house and would love to stay again.

We stayed in the upper cottage and had an excellent vacation. The unit was exactly as described. Nice, clean and up to date. The location is perfect, few steps from beach, bars, restaurants and a CVS store. Underneath parking is nice also. We have already reserved the cottage for another week this spring.

We stayed at this facility in Indian Rocks Beach for the month of January. The unit is delightful with many small items of decor added to create a very attractive interior. The kitchen is well equipped (though additional tea towels are appreciated). There is a front porch that runs the length of the unit. A locked gate at one end makes this area very secure. Fans on the porch mean a cooling breeze even if the nearby Gulf breeze is lacking. Windows, sliding glass doors, and fans mean the outdoors can be brought in as the weather allows. The bathrooms have recently been redone and the shower is wonderful.
The beds are comfortable. The washer/dryer a boon for vacationers. The kitchen appliances are quite new with a wonderful bottom drawer freezer in the refrigerator.
The unit is steps from the beach and does not require crossing the busy Gulf Boulevard. The outside area includes options for outdoor dining and relaxing with a firepit and two charcoal grills. Idalmis and Ken are very attentive to any needs and are very personable.
