LA PROPRIETA 'è stato sollevato il 2005 con INCASSO CI SONO 3 piani più ATICO. L'ingresso e scale è in marmo ordinata. C'è un garage con parcheggio e ascensore fino al ALTO APPARTAMENTO. PRIMA L'ingresso è un parck VISTA PICCOLO AL MARE E IN MONTAGNA. LO stazione degli autobus e RADVERLEIHSTATION è tutto vicino all'oggetto. BIKE e sentieri escursionistici sono dietro l'angolo. NEL CENTRO E STAZIONE FERROVIARIA E SUPERMERCATO ristorante sono a soli 300 metri. Campo da golf e AUTOSTRADA CI SONO 4 KM.

This is not any ordinary holiday apartment,it is a home in every sense of the word and has all the creature comforts that a home provides.Got to be the best we have stayed at.The description of the property is accurate except one is given the impression that the balcony faces the sea when in fact it is at the rear....Franz (the owner) is extremely helpful and likeable.He also owns the Der Osterreicher restaurant on the esplanade which is well worth a visit and staffed by members of the family

Franz, the owner, met us at the apartment, gave us the keys and a quick tour - He is very helpful and always e-mailed back quickly with any questions we had. The apartment is large, everything works and is of good quality, with a well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and was ideal for the two of us. There is a private car park under the block as well if you are driving. Close to the sea front and restaurants, two minutes walk from the bus stop and five minutes walk from the train station and supermarket. Perfect location for us with everything close to hand. One thing to note, the balcony is actually at the back of the apartment block and not overlooking the park at the front as the photos suggest. We travel to Spain regularly to visit family although this is the first time we have stayed in Altea (usually we are in Albir, just down the road). We will be staying in Altea again as it was a very successful holiday and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

This is the first time we have used home away. The apartment was lovely and clean, everything you need was there. We will be using this site again.

this was one of larger apartments we have stayed in the owner was very helpful within easy reach of cafes supermarket and shops we enjoyed our stay
