Everything! The manager Sanjog and the hotel staff are the sweetest team I have met during my travels. They would check in daily to ensure I am having a comfortable stay and if I needed anything. Sanjog also arranged activities and transport so that I don’t have to worry about logistics. Super super helpful!
They truly go above and beyond for their guests.
On the last day, he dropped me to the airport too, which was really nice.
The rooms are clean, the view from the room is amazing, and the breakfast is 15/10.
The location is so convenient; barely a 10 minute walk from Phewa lake with plenty of cafés and restaurants around.
I stayed at this property for about 15 days, and I felt safe and taken care of the entire time. Will stay here whenever I visit Pokhara again.

The room balcony provides a good view of the phewa lake and the mountains. The location was free from chaos and at walking distance from all the restaurants and shops.
The manager (Mr. Sanjog) was very helpful, booking bus tickets for us and making sure our stay was comfortable, even upgrading our room to deluxe king. All the other staffs were also very amiable.
The washroom became a bit smelly at times.
No lift service available.

From the moment I landed in Pokhara, Hotel Lake Shore went above and beyond. Sanjog, the hotel manager, picked me up from the airport, gave me a tour of the city on the way.
The room was beautiful — I was upgraded to a lake-view room on a higher floor, which made every morning and evening feel like a treat. The location is ideal: quiet enough to rest properly, but within easy walking distance of the lake shore and restaurants.
What makes this hotel stand out isn't just the facilities — it's the people. The staff here genuinely enjoy looking after guests. Sanjog in particular has a warmth and attentiveness that's rare. He was proactive throughout my stay, checking in at the right moments without being intrusive.
Pokhara is a city I want to come back to, and when I do, I won't be looking anywhere else to stay.
