Godetevi questa spaziosa casa per tutta la famiglia come questa casa può ospitare fino a 18. L'ampia veranda coperta fronte mare è perfetto per questo bevanda speciale, mentre la brezza dell'oceano frusta tra i capelli come i pellicani scivolano dai nelle loro formazioni. C'è anche un ampio prendisole per quei bagnanti sole così l'olio e godere prendere il sole nella privacy della propria terrazza solarium. Quando si arriva al largo della spiaggia, usufruire di uno dei due docce esterne (1 è chiusa con caldo / freddo) e lasciare la sabbia all'esterno. Questa casa è di gusto e molto accogliente e pronto per la vostra famiglia. Con una posizione appena giù dal molo, questa casa ti dà l'elemento aggiunto di cose per i bambini e la famiglia da fare. A pochi passi dal Way Restaurant Island e bar, si vuole fare in modo di provarli. Oak Island è sede di un ambiente familiare con il golf, negozi, ristoranti, canottaggio, kayak, basket, tennis, skateboard, surf, e, naturalmente, la spiaggia. Very nice property. Since this is a complete rennovation there are a couple of minor things they could fix - on outside lower porch several nail heads are raised. Also the with the new deck boards facing ocean, the exit gate rubs the deck. You may want to adjust hinge or plane bottom to keep from scratching deck a bit. These did not interfere with stay, just helping the owner on maintenance. Interior work was very good.

Charlie's Place was such a perfect house for our annual beach trip. We had a group of 15 and there was plenty of room and beds. Wonderful deck and awesome boardwalk out to the beach with a sitting area halfway out as well. Just remember to always walk through the designated area to the beach and not through the dunes please! We missed a turtle nest hatching almost directly in front of the house by one night....ugghh. Anyways like I said Charlie's Place was perfect for us and it was a trip to be remembered by all. Couldn't say a bad thing about it. We hope to be back here next summer!

Very bright and well maintained house. After the hurricane in 2020, the owners upgraded the house to make it more beach friendly, replacing old carpeting with vinyl floors, although a full season of rentals has left several chips taken out of the flooring in the kitchen area. Previous reviews mentioned stains and mold, which we found no evidence of. The only issue was bugs, both ants and quite a few large water bugs/palmetto bugs/giant roaches (whatever you want to call them). we have rented other houses on the beach MANY times and understand bugs are not uncommon, but this was excessive and needs attention.
Overall it is a comfortable house.
