Cottage di unità di Selkie Village # 166 a Beach Dreams è molto ben arredato ed è in una delle migliori posizioni sulla proprietà! Ha pavimenti in legno in tutto con un portico di 3 stagioni molto privato che confina con i boschi. C'è una grande TV a schermo piatto nel soggiorno e una TV in ogni camera da letto che include cavo, HBO, Showtime e WiFi! L'unità è dotata di aria condizionata, ma in quelle notti più fresche, è possibile coccole fino al calore del camino a gas. Mentre ci sono molti ottimi ristoranti nella zona, si può facilmente cucinare un ottimo pasto nella cucina completamente attrezzata o all'aperto con la griglia a gas Weber sul patio privato in mattoni. Un bel modo per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata piena di sole in spiaggia. Il portico di 3 stagioni è il luogo ideale per gustare il caffè del mattino o le bevande per adulti a fine giornata. Beach Dreams ha molti servizi sulla proprietà e si trova a circa un miglio da Moody Beach. Il carrello si ferma proprio di fronte alla proprietà per portarvi alle spiagge della zona (compresa la spiaggia principale di Ogunqit), ai negozi e ai ristoranti. C'è così tanto da fare in questa zona! C'è pesca eccellente (spogliarelliste e pesce azzurro), ciclismo, canottaggio e kayak, golf, spiagge bellissime, molti, ottimi ristoranti e negozi caratteristici.

This rental was perfect for our anniversary get away. Paul was great to work with - the 3 season room was a wonderful bonus as Mother Nature continued to rain down on us one day. The unit was very convenient to restaurants of all types in both Ogunquit and Wells yet we were able to cook a great meal in the kitchen of the unit. Everything worked and was in great shape! The neighbors were all very nice in passing but gave us our privacy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Host was friendly, available , and very helpful. Cottage was welcoming and met all of our expectations and more. Very clean, updated, and had everything we needed for a week near the beach. Recommend highly to anyone visiting the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Wel adore Beach Dreams but particularly this cottage. The location was nice and private which made grilling for dinner relaxing and quiet. We love Wells to base out of for very easy day trips south to York or north to Portland. It was also just as easy to stay local and hit Wells beach for some great waves for boogie boarding! The cottage itself upon arrival was extremely clean and inviting. It had every amenity needed for family game time, relaxing with a movie, sitting on the private patio, or cooking a meal. Paul has been a delight to communicate with and eager to make our stay pleasant and memorable! We can’t wait to return next year!

My husband, five-year-old son, and I had spent the last week in Paul's cottage. Upon arrival, we were immediately pleased with the cleanliness of the cottage. It was obvious that it is well maintained and cared for. Paul was a gracious host, prepared us for check-in, was very responsive to any questions that we had, and we were even greeted with roses, a bottle of wine, ice, and ice-cold mugs! These touches were very much appreciated and not done by many hosts. I couldn't recommend this cottage enough and we will sure be back in the future! Assuming Paul welcomes us :)

Excellent stay, house was very clean. Paul was an exceptional host. Will have wonderful memories of having dinner together in his enclosed porch. His property shows how important it is to him, as everything seems to be new and well taken care of. I'd give his home a 6 if it were available. We had a happy and comfortable stay at Pau's cottage. We were greeted with roses and a bottle of wine when we arrived which set the tone for a special visit. The cottage is very clean, with comfortable beds and is well equipped with everything in excellent working order. We enjoyed sitting on the porch for breakfast and had dinner at the cottage one of the nights that we stayed. Paul provides lots of information prior to the visit and is prompt in responding to texts and emails. Thank you Paul for a great visit!

Paul was amazing. The wine and roses on arrival was so thoughtful. Very clean and so well equipped. Nice patios and a short drive to so many great spots. Didn’t want to leave. Just know if you go out of season (end of September) there is no pool and hot tub. We found one down the street. 🤭 Would love to come back.

Perfect spot to relax, enjoy the beach, the sun, walk, and then make a meal and read or tv in the evening. We could sit out front in the morning shade with our coffee or enjoy the sun later in the day after visiting the pool. We enjoyed every day.

Wonderful Vacation Stay
The cottage we stayed at was one of the best we have had on vacation. it was wonderfully clean and decorated. It had everything we needed and Paul made sure any questions were answered quickly. Paul is a great host. He made us feel welcome and comfortable staying at his.place. He checked on on us and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. He was the best. We hope to make it a yearly visit. It made.our vacation perfect.

Affordable Cozy Cottage
We had a great stay at this Beach Dreams cottage. There were 6 of us, and there was enough space to accommodate us all. The outside patio space was a nice bonus. The resort itself was nice as well. We were within a short walking distance to the pool, and right across from the tennis courts ( which also has nets set up for pickle ball.) You are within driving distance (5 minutes) of several of the beautiful beaches Wells/Ogunquit has to offer. Paul, the owner, was great and even left some refreshments for us for when we arrived. Overall, we had a great trip, and would recommend this cottage/resort to anyone looking for a Southern Maine vacation.

We stayed in this magnificent cottage, very well decorated, clean and stocked with everything we need to make our lives easier. Paul was a perfect host, very attentive. We appreciated the beach accessories made available to us, the BBQ, the nearby tennis court and the swimming pool, all in a safe environment for our two daughters. We highly recommend this rental.

This cottage was perfect for us! We arrived to soft breezes on the porch, flowers and wine waiting to greet us, and a spotless cottage with everything we needed for a relaxing fall stay! There were beaches close by; excellent restaurants and shops and when we returned from our travels, we relaxed in the pool and hot tub at the clubhouse. Paul was the perfect host! He thought of everything we might need and made sure that our stay was truly enjoyable! We were very impressed and happy with our vacation in this cozy cottage!

Paul's cottage was perfect for my family of four. Yes, the cottages are very close to each other, but it was surprisingly quiet! Location is great at the back of the property, and it has everything you'll need for your stay.

Summer Vacation
We had a wonderful stay at Paul’s cottage. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was most enjoyable.The welcome flowers and wine a thoughtful touch. He supplied everything we needed. We loved Footbriidge Beach which we spent most of our day. A great time was had by all!

The hostess was beyond helpful with always responding promptly. Check in was a breeze, complimentary beverages and flowers really made settling in just like home. The neighbor is wonderful and the people are so friendly! I can only hope to go back next summer with my young kids and husband

Everything we needed was available in the cottage, beach chairs, umbrellas, laundry pods, paper towels etc. The cottages are close together but we never felt like we didn’t have any privacy and Paul has done a nice job with the landscaping to make the outside area feel more private. Whenever we come to this area in Maine we will definitely try to book this cottage again.
