5 of us stayed at this Townhouse. There was plenty of space for us and we could have added a couple more people and still all had our own bed. Owner was very communicative and so thoughtful! Plenty of towels and toiletries for everyone. Our only note is that the showers would benefit from updated shower heads.
We walked everywhere from this location. Its proximity to the French Quarter is very convenient, but note that it does mean there is noise. It’s an older - lovely - building with older windows. Not drafty or anything, but road noise and party noise does come through. This was not an issue for us at all, but guests should be ready for that with ear plugs if needed.
I will recommend this location and others owned by the same individual!

I was unsure of the location initially but the property pictures and maps along with communication with property owners were reassuring.
We were in walking distance of Bourbon and the French Quarter. It was nice to have parking avaliable to us along with several different security measures.
It was a great experience and the bride enjoyed herself! It was a win 🙂

Our family of six adults and three children stayed over Christmas. There was plenty of secure parking and we enjoyed easy walks into all areas of the French Quarter. The property had all the facilities we needed except a laundry. We felt comfortable and secure. The property manager was very responsive even on Christmas Day. We couldn't be happier with our stay.

We were just a short walk away from Bourbon street. The place was comfortable with a nice living room and dining room for us to eat and relax in.

This unit was amazing, beautiful decor, great for a large group. The property manager was wonderful, he met us at the unit, had stocked us with bags of ice, and toiletries, I would definitely book again! The unit was also within walking distance of everything, which was a huge bonus!

My group and I definitely made the right choice staying at the property. We loved the proximity to Bourbon street and the amount of beds and bathrooms made it nice for the whole group. We felt secure with the entrance being off of the street while it was equally easy to get in and out of the unit. Would recommend for large groups looking to enjoy Bourbon Street and the rest of New Orleans.

GREAT rental! Mike is super responsive and set us up The location is close to Bourbon Street, French Market, and Canal Street. (Even BETTER once streetcar is running again).
One note on the property - to get to the 4-bedroom suite, you need to use outdoor stairs to 2nd floor, there's no elevator service - anyone with limited mobility will have an issue with that, most likely. Our group includes 3 seniors who didn't have an issue with it, but we don't have any real limiting health conditions.
The courtyard is lovely, the bedrooms are great, kitchen and dining area perfect for a group. We would recommend this to anyone visiting New Orleans with a big group.

We rented the property for NOLA Jazzfest. The location was perfect for us, an easy walk to the Quarter and Frenchman Street. Plenty of room for 6 adults although we didn't stay in the house for long during our stay. Mike as an excellent host - checked on us shortly after we arrived to ensure all was good.

Our middle sister just died in March so we all needed a getaway and we liked the fact that there is so much to do in NOLA. We could walk everywhere there is a lot of history here so the properties are older. We all loved the balcony at the house, the tours, cruise and the food.

The house had an issue with some of the plugs they did not work
One of the bathroom drains was slow. Other then that we were very pleased with the property. We would recommend you to our friends!!

We walked to many of our events for my wife's 40th birthday -- from Frenchman's Street to the French Quarter. The space accommodated our group of 10 comfortably. Check-in and check-out were straightforward. Mike went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

We had a large group of people in town for a bachelor party and this was exactly what we needed. There’s cool bars right down the street and you are an easy walk from bourbon and the river. The property manager Mike was very accommodating and even overnighted back some things we accidentally left. Overall very happy with our stay!

The property was very nice and clean. Very walkable to the French quarter. No washer /dryer. It is on a busy street and can be a little noisy. Nice balcony to cool off on. The court yard with a grill is nice. Overall a great place to stay.

This house was perfect for our group of 10 for a bachelorette party. It was a short, safe, walk to Bourbon Street. The home was very clean with plenty of towels, shampoo, soaps, etc. The balcony was perfect to watch a parade go by the day we got there. The furniture was a little dated but served it’s purpose. I would recommend staying here

Its a perfect location. We were able to walk every where we wanted to go. We met friends in the French Quarter, and went to a show at the Saenger, and it was the perfect location for both. Had some New Orleans charm! The secure parking was a bonus! We had 8 people 2 nights, and 12 people 1 night, and we felt like we had plenty room.

Great experience staying here. Listing was as advertised and the property manager was fantastic. He accommodated an early checkin for us and an early checkout as well. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of showers stocked with shampoo, soap, and fresh towels.
Convenient store located a block away.
Within walking distance to Bourbon St. and French Quarters and even the casino.
Highly recommend. We’ll be stopping back soon!

Beautiful property in an excellent location. Far enough from Bourbon to be quiet at night but close enough to everything to be walkable. Came here for a bachelorette party with 10 girls and everyone slept very comfortably. Couldn't be happier!

You really can’t beat the location of this place! Walking distance to everything. Very comfortable and nice. Mike was very helpful and accommodating. Would 100% stay here again!
