Completamente rimodernato e completamente arredato situato a pochi passi dal centro storico di Fort Collins e Colorado State University. Situato in una bella, ambiente tranquillo, questa cantina rinnovato di recente vanta un bagno completo, letto queen size, Wi-Fi, schermo piatto, cavo di base, comodo angolo cottura, tinello, guardaroba e molto altro ancora. Meglio di tutti, si apre ad un gigante, cortile ombreggiato con un quadrato Giardino 1000 piedi di verdure, Green House, Grill a gas, salotto e persino un pollaio. Non c'è niente come svegliarsi per una mattina fresca di campagna nel cuore del centro! Trascorrete le vostre giornate e le notti esplorare la nostra splendida città, i suoi ristoranti sorprendente, famosi Birrerie, Montagne Rocciose, e tutti gli altri servizi che rendono Fort Collins uno dei migliori posti al U. S. di vivere.

The apartment is very cozy. The temps got pretty high but the apartment stayed wonderfully cool at all times. it was very clean and the bed was super comfy! Also, what a back yard!! My daughters(3 and 11) were with me and absolutely loved the chickens and the bunnies. The owners let the girls hold the bunnies whenever the pen was out, they even got to feed them. The owners keep an awesome garden as well. They never made us to feel awkward or anything when we were hanging out in the yard, they were very welcoming and friendly. The owners were also very helpful!! I had terrible acid reflux and they offered me some Pepto(huge help!!), Travis insisted on carrying our suitcases because I have a bad knee. Our children played together beautifully(their children are SO well-mannered and well-behaved) and that was a huge help in itself because my girls had two new playmates to help keep them busy.
The property is close to Walmart, gas stations, really nice parks, fast food and right down the street is a FABULOUS view of the mountains!! This place has it all: friendly, warm and accommodating owners, accessibility to shops and activities and you’re a three minute walk from a view that you’ll see when you close your eyes long after you’re home.

This property was very clean, and easy to work with.
Anytime I had a question, the owner would respond almost immediately. One of the best spots I’ve ever stayed at!

Travis and his family are super nice and made me feel welcomed. I appreciated their friendliness. The apartment had everything I needed and Travis was very helpful if anything came up.
