Lovely Oceanfront Cottage Plus 1BR Cabin on Beautiful, Pristine Beach
Splendidamente curato casa a due piani con molte finestre e una grande terrazza dove è possibile rilassarsi e godere guardando l'oceano e la spiaggia a Point of Breakers. Una breve 200 piedi passeggiata attraverso la brughiera si arriva alla cima alle scale che portano verso il basso per il proprio tratto di spiaggia praticamente privata. Questa spiaggia offre un buon nuoto e, se voi portate il vostro asta, un buon pesce dimensioni può essere catturato ovunque lungo questo tratto.
C'è una grande veranda di fronte al cottage con un sacco di posti a sedere e un'amaca autoportante. È un ottimo posto per gustare il caffè del mattino e immergersi nella vista.
La casa principale ha due camere da letto al piano superiore con un bagno completo in comune. Una delle camere ha due letti singoli e l'altra ha una regina. Entrambe le camere al piano superiore hanno una splendida vista sul mare e si addormentano al suono delle onde. Il piano principale ha una cucina completa, una zona pranzo con un vecchio tavolo da pranzo in legno e un luminoso, luminoso soggiorno con casuale, comodi posti a sedere. C'è anche una grande camera da letto con due letti singoli e un mezzo bagno al piano principale. Una doccia esterno privato è fornito sul ponte posteriore ed è un favorito nei giorni caldi e dopo una nuotata.
Basta attraversare la strada è un pittoresco cottage con una camera con un letto matrimoniale, un proprio mezzo bagno e una doccia esterna. Questo è un ottimo posto se volete un po 'più di privacy. Essa ha anche un ponte con una vista sul mare e la sua veranda coperta, ideale per la lettura e relax fuori del sole. L'intera struttura offre pace e tranquillità lontano dalle folle in città.
La spiaggia di fronte la casa è bellissima e si estende fuori in entrambe le direzioni per quanto si può vedere. Dopo le tempeste, le grandi pettinatrici roll in e schianto sulla spiaggia, ma quando si ottiene un periodo di calma, l'oceano può essere abbastanza piatta con quasi un'onda. La maggior parte delle volte le onde sono appena a destra per body surfing.
Downtown Nantucket è a circa 15 minuti di macchina e il mercato è un po 'più vicino.
Il cottage è disponibile per un soggiorno minimo di una settimana, e la cabina ospiti, non possono essere affittati separatamente.

We had a mixed group of friends & family with a 2 year-old toddler. House had a comfortable & non-fussy layout. All had ample space inside & outside. We appreciated the games/toys in the garage. Location is a bit remote but that’s a nice change of pace from the main town (which is what we wanted). Truly enjoyed the beach! We rented bikes from town & had no problem riding on the dirt road to the house. Very quiet nights and you can hear the ocean from every bedroom. We brought our own travel projector to stream movies at night. Good wifi. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Owner was very responsive & helpful. We all enjoyed the stay!

We have been vacationing on Nantucket for 10+ years, we typically have moved around the island in rentals for different reasons. We have stayed in town, Polpis, Sankaty head – mid Island. I personally like to be away from the hustle and bustle of town. My son, and I like to fish and my wife and daughters like to sit on the beach and read, this year we decided to look at renting in Madaquecham. Ocean ready not only was the perfect rental for us, but it was the most fulfilling and peaceful vacation that we have ever had on Nantucket. It was close to Sconset. It was just steps away from the beach and the perfect fishing spot. It was a quick ride into town to the Stop & Shop or to grab some bait at Nantucket tackle. It was very convenient to ride into town and see a comedy show or concert. Five minutes from our favorite eatery for breakfast or dinner. Patricia was friendly and accommodating. Her home was clean and comfortable. At first, I was concerned about no air conditioning, but within minutes of being in the house with the windows open I understood why you don’t need air-conditioning on the beach. My oldest daughter, who is married with a six year old found grandmas house to be the perfect refuge, for her husband and daughter. We would definitely vacation again at Ocean ready. Great family oriented property located steps from private beach. Charming and rustic, but has all the essentials. Very responsive & attentive owner and property manager. We’ll be back again next year!

I have rented the cottage for the past five years, counting the months between each return visit. The cottage is clean, comfortable and very well equipped, with everything you need for outdoors - including bbq, beach chairs and towels, and for indoors - including enough dishes to serve a large group and a wide array of cooking utensils, serving dishes etc. A wide range of books and games mean you will never run short of activities. There is a little cabin for additional guests or guests who would prefer a bit of distance! The views of the ocean are beautiful, and the sunsets are some of the most perfect you will ever see. The bench at the top of the stairs leading to the beach provides the perfect place to sit and stare at the ocean, contributing to the incredible sense of peace and serenity I feel when I am there. Whether you want to frolic in the ocean with your family, cycle around the island or lie motionless on the beach, this is the perfect base for you. The island is gorgeous, with great beaches (including the fabulous, quiet beach at the house), restaurants, shops. The owners are helpful and keen that others enjoy the island as much as they do. The road into the cottage can be bumpy, but is very manageable.
