Ocean Pearl è stata completata nel 1999, e come il suo quasi identico vicino di casa, Aqua Gem, che si trova appena al di sopra del Westin Resort, che si affaccia sulle acque turchesi del Great Cruz Bay. La casa si affaccia a sud-sud-ovest e diventa sole a bordo piscina tutto il giorno. La vista pittoresca comprende le isole di Piccolo e del Gran San Giacomo e alla fine a sud di St. Thomas, oltre le scintillanti acque del Great Cruz Bay e dei Caraibi, così come vista tramonti di fuoco e luci lontane dell'isola di notte.
Si tratta di una posizione molto comoda che è a meno di cinque minuti a ristoranti, bar sulla spiaggia, alimentari e shopping nella deliziosa cittadina di Cruz Bay. Sei anche a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal ristoranti, centro benessere, spiaggia e taxi al Westin Resort, quindi questo è uno dei pochi ville che offriamo in cui si poteva fare a meno di una jeep, ma abbiamo ancora consiglia che si noleggiare una jeep.
Si tratta di un livello 2, Villa 2 camere da letto in cui entrambe le camere climatizzate, una piscina piede 20 x 12 e un mazzo di 700 piedi quadrati sono al livello più basso, mentre le aree soggiorno / pranzo / cucina, un bagno e mezzo, e un involucro deck -around sono al livello superiore. Si parcheggia al piano superiore e si agita interni ed esterni conducono alle camere da letto al piano inferiore.

Beds are wonderful. Great spaces for dining and lounging in or out--beach chairs, cooler for taking drinks to the beach, Weber grill. Easy communication with management folks. Good location.

I filtered my search for properties with whole house AC, I checked this several times, but somehow missed the fact that only the bedrooms have AC. (Our rental last year did not have whole house AC and it was miserable. So that was very important to us.) My fault for not checking thoroughly. Ceiling fans, a fan, and "the caribbean breeze" is not enough to make it comfortable in the living areas, esp if you plan to cook...pack a cooler, apply sunscreen, etc. "Beautiful Views overlooking Cruz Bay Harbor" is a stretch. There is one area of the house and deck where you can get a glimpse of the ocean. It is well landscaped, which creates privacy. But it is nice to have an unobstructed "Beautiful view" of the Caribbean. The spiral staircase was kind of fun, but precariously steep. Better than having to use the outside staircase to access bedrooms. Not for children, or adults with any mobility issues. The shower in one of the bedrooms has rust stain, which looks like blood. It definitely has not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. There was a nice layer of dust/grime on most surfaces, along w/an ant farm in Kitchen. It is minimal; but convenient & well priced. Property Managment was very responsive & helpful. There were only 2 beach chairs, for 3 of us, they bought another & got it to me. They also accepted a FedEx delivery, for me, and brought it to the house. I, personally, would not choose to stay here again; but it served it's purpose and we had a great stay.
