All'ottavo piano di un palazzo di fronte al mare, attraversando Est / Ovest, si può vivere tranquillamente: Si sente solo il rumore delle onde e gabbiani intorno, mentre godendo il bel sole con una leggera brezza rinfrescante mezza estate.
Delimitato su ogni lato con ampi balconi (piscina terrazza lato), permette un / passeggiata lungomare / città lato Blanes est vista mare al sorgere del sole (con il famoso "Sa Palomera" e vista sul castello) e il mare / spiaggia / giardino + piscina lato ovest. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e tutto il giorno.
All'interno, consiste di:
- Da un grande ingresso,
- Sulla sinistra, una cucina completamente attrezzata abbastanza grande da mangiare,
- Sulla destra, un ampio soggiorno con un divano 3 posti "relax elettrico" e un divano a due posti sia in pelle bianca, un grande schermo piatto (107 cm, connessione satellitare) Sony e una zona pranzo. Il soggiorno e la stanza dei "genitori" si aprono su una terrazza dove si può mangiare guardando il mare, la piscina e il giardino.
- Davanti, un corridoio serve la parte notturna.
Questa parte è composta da due stanze:
- La camera dei bambini sulla sinistra (est) con letti estraibili per due persone, una scrivania e un armadio,
- La camera "genitori" a destra (ovest) con due letti "iper confort" elettrici (set relax in schiuma poliuretanica 2x80x200cm), uno spogliatoio, due comodini e una TV a schermo piatto, tutti con affaccio sul terrazzo con vasca di sole.
Le due camere sono separate da due bagni attrezzati per la prima di una doccia, lavandino e wc e il secondo un grande cabina doccia con idromassaggio, un lavabo, bidet e wc.
Finemente ristrutturato, vi permetterà di godere di servizi di qualità: aria condizionata, doccia idromassaggio, TV satellitare Astra, elettrodomestici Bosch, piscina, garage ...
La residenza si trova contro la spiaggia (un po 'di strada da attraversare).
L'appartamento dispone di un garage sotto l'edificio chiuso da un cancello elettrico.
Questo garage ha una barra sigillata nel terreno dove è possibile allegare biciclette (possono anche accedere alla cantina). Dal rilascio del palazzo, a 10 metri si trova la spiaggia di sabbia. L'ampio giardino privato recintato (condominiale), prato e fiori, ha grandi alberi di pino per avere ombra, una grande piscina (25 m piscina per giri), una piscina per bambini per i bambini e doccia in privato. Una copertura svolta di una porta dà accesso diretto alla spiaggia (ideale per la doccia ritorno dalla spiaggia prima di entrare nell'appartamento).
Due punti importanti da notare:
1> L'accesso a internet è tramite una connessione Wi-Fi pubblica molto buono (tasso di circa 3 Mbps, con un segnale forte). Pago l'abbonamento sul periodo di noleggio, su richiesta, sulla base di un biglietto per soggiorno. È possibile connettere un solo dispositivo alla volta con il ticket.
2> La pulizia deve essere pagata direttamente alla donna delle pulizie (60 Euro). Questo costo non è incluso nel fresco di vendita al dettaglio, perché io faccio alcun margine su questo post e questo consente di risparmiare i costi associati con il sito di prenotazione.
Durante le giornate di sole tipici della Costa Brava, si può passeggiare attraverso il mercato di frutta e verdura (tutta la stagione mattina) ed acquistare i prodotti più saporiti, recentemente raccolti dagli agricoltori della città.
Dopo, si può fare un tuffo in una delle spiagge o calette di Blanes, dove si può anche partecipare alle attività in riva al mare proposto dal Club Kids. Dopo una buona mattinata in spiaggia con la famiglia, si può prendere una pausa per gustare i piatti tipici della cucina tradizionale della vasta gamma di piatti disponibili nel villaggio.
Dopo il pranzo si può prendere una crociera o fare un viaggio a bordo del treno lungo la spiaggia. Da qui si può ammirare il paesaggio di Blanes, come il Castello o la roccia di Sa Palomera, che segna l'inizio della Costa Brava. È anche possibile passeggiare attraverso uno dei migliori giardini botanici del Mediterraneo: il Marimurtra o Pinya de Rosa. Entrambi hanno una splendida offerta di fiori, con le piante in tutto il mondo e una vista eccezionale;
Per terminare la serata in grande stile, si può passeggiare al porto, dove si trova l'attività della sala di pescatori, una delle poche sale che sono sempre attivi sulla Costa Brava. E per finire la giornata, un centro di ghiaccio. Tuttavia, se avete ancora energia, è possibile giocare a bowling, dove ci sono anche una serie di attività per i bambini, divertirsi al Mini Park Garbí, con mini golf e molte attività per tutta la famiglia se amate popcorn, si può andare a mangiare durante la visione di un film in 3D al cinema Lauren. Si può anche andare Karting Blanes a vivere l'emozione di un circuito.
Gli amanti dello sport potranno trovare anche la famiglia infinite possibilità, come, un giro in bicicletta attraverso il delta del Tordera, o parte o paddle tennis.
A pochi chilometri di distanza, il villaggio di Lloret de Mar offre una varietà di attività alla fine della notte.

Location of apartment was great. Unfortunately everything else a bit disappointing.

Lovely apartment in established block. Huge pool that always had plenty of room, beach over the road via the gate, beach bar, 5 minute walk to older town along the beach. Owner very helpful when we needed to call to sort shutter issue.
We had 2 older teenagers (15 and 17) with us and Blanes was great for a mix for the whole family. Would suit any age as it's a lovely town. You can choose whatever level of restuarant / bar you want as Blanes has everything from budget to high end. Cocktails and food at Coconut bar was our favourite.

Good beach location - great views
Very good location close to the beach with two balconies with great sea views. Easy walk into the centre of Blanes including the botanical gardens. Good restaurants nearby with one across the road to which we went regularly. Only issue we had was the access to the public wifi system had changed and was no longer ticket based so we did not use it as we didnt want to enter our credit card details online on a public site.

Superbe séjour
Un appartement où l'on se sent comme chez soi. Très agréable. Spacieux bien équipé. Et très bien placé avec vue mer et une route à traverser pour être sur la plage de Blanes. J y reviendrai avec plaisir. Un propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeant.

Sehr schöne Lage....
Wir sind ursprünglich für 10 Tage gereist,da uns aber einiges an der Wohnung gestört hat ist der der Vermieter mit 2 extra gratis Nächten entgegengekommen was nicht üblich ist.Die Lage ist perfekt vor allem für Familien,jedeglich die angepriese gehobene Ausstattung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen,die Stühle blättern förmlich ab.Eine hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der sich wirklich ständig erkundigt hat.Das WLAN war allerdings nicht so gut da immer nur einer sich verbinden konnte was bei einem Teenager nicht so toll war,da hätten wir uns eine bessere Lösung gewünscht.Alles in einem war es aber eine empfehlungswerte Unterkunft.Vielleicht irgendwann wieder...

Godt utstyrt leilighet ved stranden.
Stor leilighet, godt utstyrt med god air condition, med god beliggenhet ved stranden. Satte stor pris på utsikten fra balkongen mot basseng. Satte også stor pris på egen plass i lukket garasje.

The apartment is very nice, big and has a great views from the windows.
The pool area outside is also very nice and well maintained. The building itself is now very new and modern but the apartment has a nice finishing and is well equipped.
There were two negative things:
1. Communication with the owner: regarding the check-in we were only told where we can the keys. It is a small shop nearby. We came 6 minutes before the break – but it was already closed and the whole family had to wait two hours. You should understand that on Saturday it is impossible to park somewhere within 10 minutes walk. So we were searching 20 minutes for a free park slot, found one 15 minutes away from the apartment, had to walk back, wait 1,5 hours, and walk back to the car again. The description provided before check-in was not very detailed – we were the first time there and it was not clear in which building the apartment is and where is the parking. We tried to call the owner to get some hints – all the calls were unanswered. I have written several messages through the HomeAway-App – no answer. He did not even call back during our stay and sent no answer to me. I understand that the owner wants to be involved as less as possible (using the App and the local helpers), but at least on the day of arrival within the timeframe of arrival the owner could be more interested in what's going on.
After 1 week went after the check-out there was still no re-imbursement of the deposit/caution, so I had to ask about that. Then I get the answer “it will be paid back in 5 days” although it should be paid back in 7 days after departure.
All that is not SO important but I have seen other owners, helpful and interested in their visitors.
2. The big bed had a dirty bedsheet. It was obviously used and dirty. We could not find a new one in apartment so we had to cover the bed with towels and two persons sleep dressed the first night. Next day we addressed to the owner of that small shop – his wife is cleaning lady of the apartment. He confirmed the problem and fixed it very fast but when departing we nevertheless had to pay the full cleaning price without any discount even after we asked about it.
Will we return here? No, I do not think so.
But if you look for a nice apartment in Blanes – it is one of them. The apartment and the location are very good.

Great flat in a great setting
Light and airy property on the 8th floor with views up and down the coast. Not in the centre of town but close to the beach, a quiet location with a short walk along the promenade to the town centre.
Around the block are shopping and leisure facilities to mak this an easy place to have a holiday.
Well equipped property with all that you need to prepare meals at home an live in a home (rather than a holiday let).
Lots of room and the luxury of 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms.
The parking space is a great help (especially at the weekend) as even though we were there out of season, parking spaces were is short supply. In June- September parking around the block is charged.
All in all, just a lovely flat in which to have a holiday in Blanes.

Schöne Wohnung mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer
Die Wohnung zeigt zwar schon ein wenig Abnutzung, aber das ist völlig normal und verständlich. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und hat viel Zubehör, was wir in anderen Ferienwohnungen nicht vorgefunden haben. Im Klartext, die Wohnung können wir ohne weiteres empfehlen.

... mit Tiefgaragenplatz. Komplett eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermarkt etc. fußläufig erreichbar. Perfekt zum Entspannen.

Lovely appartement very close to the beach
We spent 10 nights in this nice appartement with our two kids. The appartement is very well equiped with two balconies, 3 tv's, 2 bathrooms, 2 sofas, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing/dryer combination. Everything looked well maintained. From your windows you have a nice view over Blanes, the beach and the see.
We were there in April/May and unfortunatelly a lot of shops and restaurants wee still closed. But there are some convenience stores nearby. And we also found a nice
bakery in the city.
The railway station has a large free parking. From there you can take the train which brings you to the heart of Barcelona.
We appreciated the communcation with the owner and the host on site very much.

Superbe semaine dans un appartement en très bon état, bien aménagé et bien meublé.
Tout était parfait, excepté des voisins bruyants avec une mauvaise isolation...
Le garage est très appréciable en cette semaine de vacances de Pâques.

High standard equipment. Excellent interior design. Very good location. Quiet. You can only hear the sound of the sea on the terrace. Good location for exploring the Costa Brava and Catalonia. Blanes also recommendable. We remember most pleasant restaurants with regional cuisine.

Spitze!
Diese Wohnung ist ein Garant für einen tollen Urlaub. Sie ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand und bestens ausgestattet. Und der Blick.... unbezahlbar!
Einzig der Parkplatz in der Garage ist für größere Fahrzeuge nur schwer zu benutzen, gerade bei einer stärkeren Auslastung in der Hochsaison ist dies schwer vorstellbar.
Blanes selbst ist ein angenehmer Ort, gerade auch weil sich die Einheimischen das Zentrum erhalten haben. Die touristischen Bezirke waren jetzt Mitte Oktober fast ausgestorben, was uns nicht gestört hat.

Schöner Urlaub!
Wir haben mit 2 Kinder wundervollen Urlaub in Blanes in der tollen Wohnung verbracht! Der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam, hat uns immer alle Fragen sofort beantwortet. Es verlief vor Ort alles unkompliziert, danke auch an Joana und ihren Mann. Die Wohnung ist genauso, sogar noch schöner als in der Beschreibung, Pool sauber, das Meer nur 20 m entfernt, man hat aus allen Zimmer wunderschönen Meerblick.
Man kann tolle Ausflüge nach Barcelona, Girona u. a. machen.

Lovely Apartment, Quiet Holiday
Stayed here for 10 nights. Booking process easy & the owner was lovely (contact via emails) & always responded the same day and very helpful.
Once we had the keys & figured out which door it was to enter we found our way to the 8th floor apartment. First impressions were wow, this is great! It was clean, spacious and airy.
The kitchen had everything you need and more - except couldn't find a kettle, but I think there was a coffee filter pot. My husband is now complaining because I want a new 'bosch' kitchen!! :) We did use the kitchen for some evening meals, the oven, hob, fridge etc were spot on & there was more than enough plates & utensils.
The Lounge was comfortable & tv had many channels although English was limited. We were able to find a few channels other than news which made a change. Spacious dining area as well as kitchen.
The bedrooms were both adequate & the beds were very very nice, no complaints there. Plenty of cupboard/drawer space. My 21 yr old stayed in the 2nd bedroom and said his bed was so comfy too.
Bathrooms small but vanity units were nice & having 2 bathrooms made it a pleasure not having to queue for a shower! Only downfall here is there isn't a bath, not that it affected us but families with small children may prefer a bath for them.
Hallway spacious & light, big useful mirror.
Loved balconies on both sides and be nice to sit outside. The views from both sides of the apartment are wonderful. On a good day from the kitchen side you can see the mountains behind as well as the town and beach.
Loved that there was a garage because even though parking was free on the roads (for the time of year) we felt the hire car safer in the garage had damage problems in the past and having responsibility of a hire car makes me nervous.
Unfortunately the week we were in Blanes the weather wasn't too good & as the season hadn't started many places were still closed. We wandered into town every day, takes about 20/30 minutes to walk up to the rock at a steady pace. Blanes is a lovely town to walk round. We took a bus into Lloret de Mar one afternoon and a train to Barcelona another, and spent the weekend at the Grand Prix. Got on the beach for a few hours too that was nice as very few people were on it.
All in all it was a relaxing holiday. Would I recommend this apartment? YES, Will we go back? If we are ever staying in the area DEFINATELY!

Had a nice vacation! Very comfortable appartement, well equipped! Beds are as good as at home :) The place is very good and just few steps from the sea. Blanes is a nice town, not so many turists and turist traps. Thank you for a nice week!

We are widely travelled, and have stayed in many apartments, villas and houses over the years. I have to say that this beautiful apartment ranks as probably the best we have experienced! It is a spacious, airy apartment with commanding views on two aspects...the photos don't really do it justice. The spec is first class, and is extremely well equipped. The beds are extremely comfortable (rise & recline), and the sofas in the lounge are equally so. A well equipped kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, top quality oven, hob & fridge freezer are complimented by a vast array of all that is necessary for a hassle free holiday.
The apartment is located just a short (10 minute walk) from Blanes old town with it's many eateries and shops. However, the immediate area has plenty of restaurants, bars & shops to keep you entertained. Indeed, just by the entrance are a couple of really nice bar/cafés.
On arrival, the apartment was spotlessly clean and in top order, The booking experience was excellent with great communication from the owner Jean-Dominique who was pleased to answer any questions. Another big plus is the fact that the apartment has an allocated underground parking place-during summer months all street parking is paid (not a problem for us, as parking fees were suspended as we were late holiday makers!). There are plenty of places to explore around Blanes, and this part of Spain is very green and lush.

A bright and airy apartment with glorious views!
We are widely travelled, and have stayed in many apartments, villas and houses over the years. I have to say that this beautiful apartment ranks as probably the best we have experienced! It is a spacious, airy apartment with commanding views on two aspects...the photos don't really do it justice. The spec is first class, and is extremely well equipped. The beds are extremely comfortable (rise & recline), and the sofas in the lounge are equally so. A well equipped kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, top quality oven, hob & fridge freezer are complimented by a vast array of all that is necessary for a hassle free holiday.
The apartment is located just a short (10 minute walk) from Blanes old town with it's many eateries and shops. However, the immediate area has plenty of restaurants, bars & shops to keep you entertained. Indeed, just by the entrance are a couple of really nice bar/cafés.
On arrival, the apartment was spotlessly clean and in top order, The booking experience was excellent with great communication from the owner Jean-Dominique who was pleased to answer any questions. Another big plus is the fact that the apartment has an allocated underground parking place-during summer months all street parking is paid (not a problem for us, as parking fees were suspended as we were late holiday makers!). There are plenty of places to explore around Blanes, and this part of Spain is very green and lush.
So, in closing, would I recommend this property.......in a word...yes! It is excellent in every way. Thank you Jean-Dominique In allowing us to share your lovely apartment.

We rented this apartment for two weeks in July 2015, and had a fantastic stay. The location of this apartment in my opinion is one of the best in Blanes. It is situated on the 8th floor, and has two balconies; one facing the pool and the sea, and the other situated above the entrance providing a stunning view of the coast of Blanes. Due to its location, the apartment is breezy and cool all the time. Both air-conditions worked well, but there really was not much need for them.
The pool is private, well kept, and can be either entered from an entrance beside the main entrance of the building or from the street across the seaside. The pool area has a shower, which one can also use after a trip to the beach to avoid dragging the sand into the building and elevator. The beach is a 2-minute walk across the (little) main street and is very clean, not crowded and well serviced. The sea is deep and very clean.
As a family of four, including 2 teenagers, we found the sleeping arrangements flexible and good. The apartment is well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and functional, and having 2 bathrooms is an advantage. It is of course a good idea to talk to the owner if one has particular needs. We called the owners to ask about several things including towels and were advised to bring beach towels with us, as there are only a couple in the apartment.
Everything you need is around the corner; the tourist information office, a clinic, a pharmacy, a bakery, many shops with everything you need for the beach, supermarkets, and dining options. And although the apartment is situated in the southern tip of Blanes, and in an area with many camping sites and hotels, it is relatively quiet. The area is exceptionally clean and safe, and our kids could roam freely even late at night.
We highly recommend renting this apartment for its location, facilities, and cleanliness. It does not get much better than this in Blanes.

Lovely Modern Apartment with Great Sea Views
We stayed in this apartment at Easter. The apartment was easy to find and the images on the website do not do it justice. It was spotlessly clean and was just like home from home, the beds the softest I have ever known - couldn't have been more perfect, everything we needed was there. The weather was good and we were able to sit out on the balcony to have lunch overlooking the sea.
Blanes is a lovely town, felt safe and was very clean with a lovely beach. We walked up to the botanical gardens one day which was well worth the walk and also took the train into Barcelona. Overall a great time and hopefully we will return again sometime soon. Thanks again for sharing your home with us
