L'appartamento di 50 m2 è situato al 1 ° piano, sotto il tetto con ingresso indipendente; composto da cucina, soggiorno, ampia camera da letto, bagno e sanitari separati. Molto clarteux (finestre e lucernari), ha una splendida vista del Monte Bianco, il ghiacciaio dei Bossons e Brevent con Southwest balcone, parcheggio privato, deposito biciclette disponibili, TV TNT e WiFi, etc. ..Terrain completamente coltivata a prato davanti chalet. La zona è tranquilla, l'atmosfera familiare, i negozi nelle vicinanze (100m), asilo nido. Linee bus nelle vicinanze. Lake Station e 500m. Lovely quiet position with fantastic mountain views from the sunny balcony. A very short walk to all the necessary shops and an easy walk to the buses or train. Our host was very welcoming and always ready to help without being intrusive. I loved our conversations in genuine franglais!

Very close to shop, bakery, pizza restaurant and bus stop. Quiet residential neighbourhood. Jean Luc very helpful and welcoming host.

What a fantastic place to stay. We received a very warm welcome from Jean-Luc and Francine. They even provided an extra bed on request.The views from the three large Velux windows are the best we have seen. Never had a view of a mountain with cable car while brushing my teeth before. The balcony view is also spectacular of Aiguille du Midi. You have your own dedicated parking space and separate entrance. Would definitely recommend.

We spent just over a week staying in this apartment. It is a very clean, well-equipped, traditional alpine house in a convenient spot about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix and close to the bus stop which can transport you up and down the valley. Jean-Luc and his family are wonderful hosts. Very warm and friendly but they totally respect your privacy. The views from the apartment are breathtaking. We would thoroughly recommend a visit. Jean-Luc invited us for homemade blueberry tart and a beer. Very kind.

Me, my wife and son, stayed in this apartment form February to April. We were very satisfied both with the apartment it selves; clean and well disposed with lot of space for storage; and also with the helpful landlord who really made an effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Over all we can really recommend this apartment.
