Questa casa contemporanea in stile Cape con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni è stata costruita nel 2004 e si trova su una collina in un piccolo quartiere residenziale sul lato dell'oceano della Route 6, tra Gross Hill Road e Gull Pond Road. L'interno è luminoso e aperto e c'è una veranda e un ponte fuori dalla zona pranzo. C'è una camera da letto con una regina al primo piano insieme a cucina, sala da pranzo e zona giorno. Ci sono due camere da letto al secondo piano, una con un re e una con tre gemelli. Si trova a circa mezzo miglio dal Wellfleet Center attraverso Briar Lane, a circa 5 minuti in auto da Gull Pond e un po 'più lontano dalle spiagge dell'oceano. Non rimborsabile $ 185. 00 Commissione amministrativa / di sicurezza più tasse statali e locali applicabili. Just the right size house for an extended family vacation, in great shape and clean as a whistle...great location also

This was a lovely comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated home with all the amenities. We particularly enjoyed the covered porch in front, as well as the side deck with a large umbrella; we were always able to find shade outside.

Great location, clean, and property was listed accurately. Perfect distance from beach and town in a great neighborhood. Only thing to improve was communication with the realtor. And thinking about having window ACs in some of the bedrooms. Fans were available, but the weather was very muggy so the rooms didn’t cool down much at night even with the fans going. The realtor instructions were different from the house instructions which was confusing, especially finding the correct internet password and what needed to be done at checkout. Other than that, we throughly enjoyed ourselves!

This place was great. Very close to the beaches. It had everything we needed. The photos do not do it justice.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is perfectly situated, close to the beaches and ponds, and just a short walk into the center of Wellfleet. The house was well stocked with supplies when we arrived, and the property manager was very attentive to a couple of requests that we made. I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a getaway in Cape Cod.
