We were a family of 13 age ranging from 6 years old - 70 years old. We had a fantastic stay, The villa was much bigger than we expected with lots of seating areas throughout the house. The swimming pool area was great. The house was in a lovely town however you need a car to get around. The host Carin was lovely showed us around the villa on arrival and even sorted out a vets appointment for the dog. Nothing was too much trouble.Fantastic week in a fantastic location. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Villa Roccia is great. Beach just across the road was fabulous for late evening walks…but the pool and hot tub area was the star of the holiday. The village has a couple of grocery shops with a wonderful boulangerie too. Everyone was friendly, especially the host, Carine. Wonderful holiday. Long drive from uk but French roads and drivers are so much calmer than uk, so it was stress free from Calais.

We have spent an amazing week last week in this wonderful home. The views are unbelievable, the house is located right opposite the sea, you literally cross the road and you are on the beach!! The location was great for us, quite retreated from the busy touristic areas but yet, still near some great places to visit (Ile Madame of course at walking distance, Rochefort, La Rochelle, Ile dOléron, Ile dAix, etc...).The house was so well equipped and the swimming-pool area was a paradise for the children....and I have to say, for the adults too!! We made great use of the facilities, even if we had a fantastic weather and spent most of the days out, it was blissful to come back top a warm bubbling jacuzzi after a long day out visiting the area. Karine, the hostess is so helpful and bubbly and she will make you feel at home from the word go. I am hoping that one day we will come back here.
