Questo condominio ha un grande, proiettati in balcone che si affaccia sulla spiaggia e sul Golfo del Messico. L'arredamento è tradizionale e confortevole. Il bagno principale è stato rinnovato con una grande doccia walk-in. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e si è a pochi passi da ristoranti, negozi e altre attività in spiaggia. Villa Madeira è un edificio fronte mare diretto nel mezzo della pittoresca spiaggia di Madeira, una piccola città sulla spiaggia lunga circa 2 miglia. Composto da 50 unità; tutte le unità sono rivolte verso ovest, quindi tutte avranno una vista diretta sul Golfo del Messico dai loro balconi privati, schermati. Troverete John's Pass Village a circa 1 miglio a sud che è pieno di negozi, ristoranti, attività acquatiche e intrattenimento per tutti. Hai voglia di cavalcare le montagne russe mentre sei in città? Busch Gardens a Tampa è a soli 45 minuti di auto, o colpire i parchi Disney e tutte le altre attrazioni di Orlando in sole 2 ore. L'Acquario della Florida a Tampa, l'Acquario di Clearwater (sede di Winter the Dolphin), l'Hard Rock Casino, i bellissimi parchi statali e le miglia di spiagge sono solo alcuni dei motivi per visitare le nostre spiagge della Contea di Pinellas !!! Direttamente dall'altra parte della strada rispetto a Villa Madeira è la famosa cucina di dolciumi per quelle serate che vuoi avere un dolce regalo! Ci sono ristoranti, caffè e caffetterie che sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi da questa posizione, quindi in realtà hai tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno proprio qui. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia, vicinanza alle principali attrazioni e chilometri di spiagge a portata di mano; questa è una vera vacanza al mare !!

The location of this unit was excellent. We loved how close we were to the beach and walkable John’s Pass. There’s not a better view either! As of May 2026, this unit does not have beach chairs that are suitable for hours on the beach day after day. Thankfully we found a service that delivered chairs. Like others have mentioned, the unit is equipped with the bare minimum. Plan on getting soap to wash your hands at the kitchen sink, paper towels, and toilet paper to name a few things. You may wish to consider plastic baggies, plastic wrap or tinfoil etc to deal with your leftovers. Living room set and dining set were comfortable. All appliances worked nicely.For us the biggest surprise was needing to go over a 1/2 mile off site to retrieve our keys and then to do that again for key drop off. We were unaware and did not have a car. It was not a big deal to do this walk for me, but it absolutely could be for families of small children trying to pack up or others without a car. This information should be included right on the VRBO site. We had friends who also stayed at Villa Madeira with the easiest check in and check out process. For the reason of needing to go off site to retrieve keys, I would not consider this unit again unless we had a car. Renters should also be aware there is no “main lobby” so once you check out, there’s no place for luggage if you have a later flight.

The location is great. The condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. We would suggest a comfortable chair in the living room. It only had a couch and love seat. We really enjoyed the large balcony, but it would be nice to have a lounge chair to lay on out there. Would definitely rent again.

Overall, we had a nice vacation despite the fact our condo was infested with bed bugs to which we found toward the end of our stay after we noticed bites on us. We documented it and reached out to the property manager. Resort Rentals had an employee (Mike) come to our room and inspect the situation. He simply stated “sorry”, and that we would be taken care of and he would be in touch. We have yet to hear back about the situation and were forced to stay another night a condo of bed bugs. There was no immediate action taken about the matter nor was anything ever done for us to suit our comfort, leaving us to decontaminate all of our belongings. I highly do not recommend this place for stay.
