Amadeus 9 - Direct Waterfront Views in top location!
Questo condominio fronte mare splendidamente rinnovato, 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni, è semplicemente stupendo! Ben attrezzato con tutti i comfort di casa, soggiorno e zona pranzo aperti e viste meravigliose sulla baia di Boca Ciega dal balcone privato, dal soggiorno, dalla cucina e dalla zona pranzo, è meraviglioso! Probabilmente vedrai i delfini nuotare attraverso, i navigatori che passano e alcuni addirittura sono abbastanza fortunati da vedere un lamantino o 2! La proprietà Amadeus ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo in una posizione centrale perfetta che ti consente di raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia, il negozio di alimentari, i ristoranti, i negozi e molte altre attività. NOTA BENE: non c'è ascensore in questa struttura, solo scale per l'accesso.

Treasure Island si trova a circa 2 miglia a sud del John's Pass Boardwalk sulla spiaggia di Madeira, ricca di negozi, ristoranti, attività acquatiche e intrattenimento per tutti. Hai voglia di andare sulle montagne russe mentre sei in città? Busch Gardens a Tampa è a circa un'ora di auto o colpire i parchi Disney e tutte le altre attrazioni di Orlando in 2 ore. L'acquario della Florida a Tampa, l'Acquario di Clearwater (casa dell'inverno il delfino), l'Hard Rock Casino, i bellissimi parchi statali e le miglia di spiagge sono solo alcuni dei motivi per visitare le spiagge della Contea di Pinellas !!! We were allowed to check in early which was very helpful. Location is perfect for walking to the beach, grocery store and many places to eat. Would recommend

This is a very nice unit. The living room is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are all nice and well equipped. It also has a nice dining table. We loved the view of the bay from the spacious decks and saw dolphins on many occasions. Nice private swimming pool as well and great parking under the building. There is a word of caution about this unit. It is on the top floor of a two-story building so there are 2 sets of stairs to get to the unit from the parking area. If you are older or have any issues navigating stairs you should probably look elsewhere. There were a couple of minor issues when we checked in but they were immediately taken care of even though it was the day after a tropical storm. That said, we love the Treasure Island area and this was our second visit to the area. Publix is about a block away from this unit and the beach is about 3 blocks away. There’s a variety of very good restaurants nearby. It always feels safe here day or night

Great place to stay at the heart of treasure island. Seeing dolphins from the balcony and pool. Stork visiting the fishing pier regularly. Great sunrises this side and lovely places like St. John pass to watch sunsets. Lovely holiday

We’ve stayed at other Amadeus units & #9 was a bit lack luster in comparison. We were welcomed by the smell of cigarette smoke-enough to affect everyone’s clothes. There was a dirty sponge & empty hand soap in kitchen. Why?? Dishwasher had stagnant sitting water inside when we arrived. Several small things like no ice maker, old dirty furniture, sticky sliding doors, horrible fans, dingy vibe all around brought down our comfort & excitement level of being in the unit. A/C works & great relaxing views helped. Address those things, maybe upgrade some finishings while adding small conveniences like a keypad door lock would be nice. Umbrellas or more shade on the pool & deck area would also be tremendous.
