We had a great time and have stayed in this condo a few times now. The view from the balcony is magnificent and perfect for watching sunsets. It could have been a little cleaner but overall we enjoyed ourselves and would come again.

We've stayed at Lands End previously. We like the secluded beach but noted it was much busier this year. We always fly so do not have space to bring larger items. Each condo is under different ownership so we never know if there will be beach chairs or a beach umbrella. Unfortunately, this time there was a single beach chair. We bought one and left it behind. Considering the price of gas, more people are flying. Each condo should have at least two beach chairs (and probably more). The cleaning crew missed the coffee filter holder and the clothes dryer which was full of dirt and lint. I spent about 30 minutes cleaning the dryer and washer. There were gum wrappers and lots of dust behind the bedside table in the twin bedroom. The vertical blind slats kept falling off. On-site staffers (gate and office) were friendly and helpful. We may stay at Lands End again but not in this condo.

Lands End is a beautiful complex. It has 24 hr guard at main gate, beach is clean and pool is clean and big. Overall a 4 out of 5 stars. When we first got there oringal room we booked was under renovation and Resort Rentals didn't know. We showed up at room with keys and it was a disaster inside. However Resort Rentals took immediate action and provided us with a nice room and credited our bill a little bit for inconvenice. Unit very nice but lots of Palmetto bugs in and around units in buildings. Carpet in main hallway was soaking wet and stained and stunk. Overall nice resort and Resort rentals people took care of issues right a way.

This condo is large and well equipped. Everything was very clean. The top floor location gave a great view of the Gulf. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated very nicely. The Lands End complex is our favorite.

This was our 10th or so visit to a Lands' End unit for a July vacation, but our first time in this particular unit. The recent upgrades and finishes made it easily the top one or two units we've ever rented. There were just a couple of things that would have made it better: as others have noted, the mattresses were miserable. Our 21-yr old daughter slept on the sofa rather than in either of the twin beds, and I could only sleep about 4-5 hours a night in the king bed before having to get up due to back pain. And other than the dining room table chairs, there were no chairs in this unit! The family room has a nice leather sofa and an old, rather uncomfortable rattan loveseat - sized more like a futon than a sofa. No occasional chairs anywhere else in the unit. Other than that, this is a beautifully-updated condo, was exceptionally clean and the location on the Lands' End property is ideal.

We have have stayed at Land's End in Treasure Island many times. Most of the condos in here are very nice.This unit was nicely appointed but could use just a few extra finishing touches. The owners need to get softer mattresses and put headboards on the beds. Also, there are no beach items (like sand chairs or an umbrella). The air worked great, and there were lots of white fluffy towels. Good TV. Nice kitchen. Faces the beach for beautiful views but can get pretty hot in the afternoon.

We were happy with everything BUT would have enjoyed the shower more with more light, up-to-date taps, and replacement of the shower door. The energy efficient bulbs were dull which prompted us to turn all the lights on in the condo. Therefore, they are not efficient!!!

Had a fantastic time, the facility was in great shape, our condo was in great shape and after a trip to the local spirits store.... I was in great shape. The only thing I could have asked for was more sunshine, as the rain was heavy and frequent during our stay. We will be back and I have recomended this place to several friends. The security staff could se some work, I had an encounter with and elderly security person who just had a nasty disposition in general. He came over to me to complain about children in the hot tub... They were not my kids I explained and yet he continued to talk down to me. I can let this go, I did meet Lonnie of the security staff and the man was a gentlemen and very friendly and had a great positive point of view that was advantageous to anyone he talked to. Whatever yo are paying Lonnie... Pay him more and have him give the older fellas soem leasons on how to talk to potential retunr clients. Bottom line we will be back for a fifth year next year.

I was there for 3 weeks. Everything was great.....except for the beds. The King bed wes passable...but the 2 singles were terrible. They were both very hard and uncomfortable. I would not rent that unit again,if the beds were not changed.Otherwise, all was great.

Unit 407-11 was great, overall grounds were great, Resort Rentals was great to deal with as the management company. There was 5 of us (2 adults, 3 grade school children). Plenty of room in unit, nice upgrades, great view of Gulf. Excellent place to stay.

We have no complaints about the condo itself. We had a wonderful stay and everything was very nice and clean. This is our second time staying in one of these condos And we will return again soon. The only thing that we thought that needed looking into was that the door dint unlock easily at all. A couple of times we were locked out for awhile until one of us was able to jiggle the lock enough for it to open.

Previously we have stayed at a resort on St. Pete that was fun but very expensive. As a family of 5, with 3 kids ranging from teen to 6 years old, we needed an option that was more affordable, clean, oceanfront, and close to fun activities for all. This condo met all the marks and EVERYONE had a great stay. The condo was very clean, spacious enough given we didn't spend a lot of time inside, updated, and was a great location. The pool and beach were both easily accessible and the gate house had tennis rackets and volleyballs for the kids to borrow. Treasure island is close to the busy St. Pete oceanfront area so you can easily drive there for shopping and restaurants, but not nearly as crowded and an amazing alternative with the same gorgeous beach. Jonathan's Pass, grocery stores, beach water slides, restaurants, and tons of shops are within a short drive. I do think you need a rental car if you have flown as there isn't a lot in walking distance. We spent one afternoon down the street at Caddy's in one of their cabana rentals. While pricey and mediocre food, it was fun for all ages and if you split with family members, the prices is worth a fun afternoon there. We all agreed that we will never go back to staying at the fancy resort on St. Pete as this condo will be our go-to spot next year. The only draw back was construction at the complex right next to the unit but I'm sure that's not common and it wasn't a major problem other than no sleeping in.

We love Lands End, it is beautiful there and everything on the grounds was nicely maintained. The condo has great views of the ocean being a corner unit and we loved that. We stayed in this same condo 2 years ago and had hoped they had gotten a new king bed in the master bedroom but it was still the same one, not very comfortable and any time you move while in it the headboard bangs against the wall. The living room couches were pretty beat up and worn but other than needing new furniture and a new bed it was very nice.

Beautiful location

Excellent location and clean unit. However, it needs quite a bit of maintenance, including a new dishwasher, couch and entryway tile work as the tile is elevated above the surrounding flooring, creating a trip hazard. Resort Rentals was very responsive about this latter issue, but the fix did not last due to the height elevation. Importantly, none of these issues impaired our enjoyment of the unit. Just something the owners should probably undertake.

WE HAD SUCH A GREAT VIEW, HOWEVER, THE BED WAS DESCRIBED AS SLEEP NUMBER AND DIDNT WORK A FORM PIECE WAS PUT ON THE BED, IT WAS BETTER THAN NOTHING, VERY DISAPPOINTED BY THAT AS I HAVE A VERY VERY BAD BACK AND SLEEPING WAS VERY DIFFICULT,THERE NEVER WAS AN OFFER OF GIVING A DISCOUNT ON OUR PRICE DUE TO THE ****** BED. IT DIFFENTLY NEEDS A GOOD UPDATE FOR THE CHARGE OF THE DIFFENTLY WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE AN EXTRA TRASH BAG OR TWO, SOME DISH SOAP AND MAYBE ALITTLE BIT MORE DISHWASHER DETERGENT, IT WOULD ALSO BE NICE TO KNOW IF THEY WERE GOING TO BE CONSTRUCTION WHEN WE ARE THERE. KAITLYN WAS SUPPER CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUT MAUREEN NEEDS MORE TRAINING. SHE WAS ACTUALLY VERY SNOTTY ABOUT THE BED.

Our family rented 6 condos from Resort Rentals. Our daughter ended up with a condo (Unit 207 Bldg 11) that was WHOLLY UNACCEPTABLE in every way so that our vacation experience was negatively affected by her unhappiness & stress. Our grandson cut his foot on a rusted piece of sliding door metal in that unit, mouse feces everywhere, smelly rusted frig, mold, uncleanliness...very disturbing! She called Resort Rentals multiple times but could get no one to return her calls. When they checked in she talked to "Dawn" who was extremely RUDE! No excuse for that - this is after all YOUR business.

The Condo was perfect. My husband and I, and our 2 young boys rented the condo for a week and could not have been more pleased! The condo was in pristine condition – clean, well kept, etc. The pictures actually make the condo look smaller than it actually is. There were beach chairs, and a cooler, and the beds were super comfy! The back deck was great – it was a busy week in Florida and while other parts of the beach we visited felt crowded we felt like we had our own private beach at Lands End!
The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, wine glasses etc! The only critique was that the kitchen ware was almost too nice – we could have used some plastic glasses for the back deck/pool.
Speaking of pool – big pool, right off the beach. A super friendly “life guard”/pool attendant that was there to make sure everyone behaved without making our kids feel like there weren’t welcome.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our plane was delayed and we unexpected arrived in the middle of the night, in the middle of a thunderstorm, and key pick up through resort rental was easy, and the guard at Lands End let us right in and helped us to our parking spot and condo.

Great location and the beach was just 100 yards away which saved this property from a really poor review.. Unfortunately, this condo was under construction for a remodel that had not been completed yet well before we arrived. It was advertised and we were told the remodel was complete. Some of the flooring was not completely done yet, nor did any of the closets throughout the entire condo have any closet doors on them. It looked terrible exposed in that manner. In addition this unit had been booked the week prior to us, so after waiting 3 hours for the cleaning crew to get there stuff done, we finally got the keys only to walk into a condo that still hadn't been cleaned nor had it been started yet. It was trashed from the previous tenants and we had to drop our bags and leave for two hours while we waited for it to be cleaned. For the money we paid, we expected a much better experience than what we received.
