Nuova cucina completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare un arrosto o friggere un piatto di formaggio durante il vostro soggiorno.
Doccia sul bagno nel nostro bagno rinnovato e servizi igienici separati.
Al di fuori abbiamo un cortile sicuro con attrezzature per il barbecue e un sollevatore di colline per assistere con il lavaggio durante soggiorni più estesi.

The kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were all clean, but when you looked up there were cobwebs everywhere that looked like they’d been there some time. Having the walls painted dark probably hid many of the issues, but made it the place very dark. The large crack in the living area made it seem like we were in an old rundown student share house again. I don’t think you’d be allowed to rent this place as a standard long term lease now. It was unseasonably warm when we were in Wagga which was a bonus. It think this old, uninsulated and drafty place would be freezing in the colder months, even with all the heating on. Please note that there is a reason they showed the front exterior of the house in low light in the ads. When you pull up to the place, we both exclaimed that this must be the wrong address it looked so run down.

Had everything we needed, great yard for our dog to play in and the renovations so far are wonderful. We'll definitely stay here again , cant wait to see how it all looks when its finished.

Beautiful house plenty of history and everything was there that my family needed.

We did not like that there was no soap provided for personal washing. Also the pots and pans provided were filthy with food scraps baked onto them. There were no appropriate cleaning items to clean them.
We also thought that the lack of any basic beverage items (tea bags & coffee sachets) was very disappointing.

It looked good online, but it looked better in person! Lots of Wagga charm in this beautifully renovated house.
The water in the fridge on arrival was much appreciated on a hot Christmas Eve.

Perfect base for a Wagga stay. Property undergoing renovation, flyscreens would be next on my list due to excessive mosquitoes in the Wagga area. A grab handle for those with mobility issues would be welcome for the bath / shower. Tea & coffee would also be a welcome addition

Half way between Melbourne and Sydney so great spot to meet up with our Sydney family.
Although we had a great time our accommodation was a little disappointing. Lacked the little things like dish cloth (we did find it in a tree outside), Christmas tree still up in October, personal family photos in the lounge, no kitchen hand towel, no door knob on lounge room door. More accurate details on the condition of the back rooms would make the renter aware of the poor condition of the back room, laundry, toilet area.
Loved the coffee and meals at Trail St coffee shop.

Lovely old property but a little on the coolish side as the air conditioning didn't appear to be working as efficiently as possible. Kitchen very good, very dog friendly!

We loved our stay, very conveniently located within Wagga. The cottage is being renovated beautifully and is very clean given its age. The new kitchen is superb, the main bathroom is pleasant, separate toilet very convenient and the beds were cosy.
The high ceilings are beautiful, every room is spacious with reverse cycle aircon to warm up our room.

Gorgeous Ivanhoe
We loved our stay, very conveniently located within Wagga. The cottage is being renovated beautifully and is very clean given its age. The new kitchen is superb, the main bathroom is pleasant, separate toilet very convenient and the beds were cosy.
The high ceilings are beautiful, every room is spacious with reverse cycle aircon to warm up our room.

Ivanhoe is a quiet and quaint cottage in a great location. It's close to the Murrumbidgee, Lost Lanes, great cafes, food, and pubs in an older part of town surrounded by great architecture. The bed was comfy and everything worked as advertised!

This house is well furnished and located close to Wagga's main street. It will be nicer when the renovations are complete.

Comfy bed, lounge and great location
Whilst the property is still being renovated, the bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and loungeroom is done. The bed was super comfy. The lounges were also super comfy and great for stretching out on. It's a lovely old house walking distance to main street and also Sportsman's Hotel for good casual meals.

Rooms well appointed and facilities really clean.
It’s a home that is nearly fully restored and will really beautiful when complete.

Great place close to Everything
This is cottage is in a fabulous location, quiet but just a few minutes walk/drive to Fitzmaurice street, the Racecourse , coffee shops etc. The cottage is partly renovated and will be amazing when it is finished. Bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and dining area are so well done so it is easy to see what the rest of the house will look like when it finished. Perfect though for us and our dog. Great yard, fenced front & back and yes there is a neighbours' dog, who sometimes barks, but generally at our dog, both just checking one another out so we were fine.

Christmas Break
We travelled to Wagga for xmas and needed accommodation. The house is perfectly situated, only a short walk to cafes and shops. Our child enjoyed the park across the road and air-conditioning units in every room kept us cool during the heat of the day. Would stay here again.

Disappointing. Shower had massive leak. Kitchen tap falls off. Outside unusable due to being overrun and covered in dirt and very old cobwebs. Felt like leaving dirty dishes in sink as had to go and buy our own detergent and sponges

Fantastic little house. Still working on a renovation but the bedrooms and bathrooms do the trick. We needed somewhere we could have our dogs as old and on medication. It was perfect for our needs. Great place to start a nice walk, close to everything

Fabulous
The cottage was gorgeous and the renovations that have been done were high quality. The beds were more comfortable than my bed at home! I would definitely recommend this property for your stay in Wagga.

Atmosphere with modern amenities
We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, spaciousness and more than ample storage in this older, renovated home. The kitchen is a joy to behold: all fixtures and fittings are first class. Jamie Oliver would love this kitchen! The lounge room is more "period" but very inviting and comfortable. Likewise the bathroom and bedrooms are well appointed. Everything works, including the heating.

Spacious and homely
I have stayed in a different house owned by the same person and loved it - but this house was even better. It feels very cosy, yet spacious. Lovely, well equipped large kitchen and everything was spotless. The house is within walking distance to shops, cafes, bars, and beautiful river. . Big garden for my two dogs to play in. I can’t fault it.
