This was perfect for our quick stay!

This property is good for a anyone looking to stay a few nights near a beach but not right in the middle of the action. This was about 5 blocks from the few restaurants and shops (you do have to walk up & down a hill). Good for 2 people. It is connected to a house, so you might hear them occasionally during your stay, but we weren't there most of the time so it wasn't too bad. Hot shower, full kitchen, & laundry.

This home is a great location to downtown Saugatuck (very walkable). Lovely older home with a very interesting history. Very clean and comfortable, and well appointed. A delightful place to stay and would reserve again if in the area. Thank you to the owners and managers for the use of the property : - )

Overall I had a great time! There are many puzzles and dvds for free and everything was clean. Of course the property is a bit older but also cozy ☺️ The only thing was the sound level at night but I'm probably a but sensitive to that! 5 Stars!

Everything was very nice and as advertised. The front door lock was a bit sticky and if there's anyone in the adjoining property, you can hear them pretty clearly through the connecting door but I didn't have any real issues. Would stay there again.

Located a few blocks from center the cottage is large but cozy, view to large backyard from kitchen, and is in very nice quiet neighborhood. It has every convenience including loads of DVD movies. Super clean. Manager next door in attached house and really nice and helpful. Definitely great place to stay.

My husband and I had a great 2 night stay. The place was exactly what it looked like in the pics and very clean. We loved to be within walking distance to the downtown area. Very quiet neighborhood.

The place was perfect for our needs. The on line listing failed to inform there was no cable in the unit. A TV with DVD and netflix, but no access to a news channel. The coffee pot was in need of replacement. It would make one pot, but didn't keep the completed coffee warm, nor would it make a second pot. I called about it, but received no response from the property manager. Overall a great stay! Thank you.

This apartment was extremely clean and very cozy. It was in beautiful neighborhood just a few steps from downtown Saugutuck. The pictures shown with the listing are very accurate. Would stay there again.

Frank's Place is very clean, up-to-date and spacious, certainly better than I was expecting. The queen bed is comfortable and doesn't take up the entire bedroom. The kitchen is large and stocked with whatever utensils you would need to cook and even to bake. We used the large Weber grill, since no one was staying at the big house. It works fine, but the grill itself is getting very thin and should be replaced. Using the TV is rather complicated, but it is Nancy's Firestick. All in all, a nice 3 night stay at Frank's Place.

This home is conveniently located close to town and served every purpose we needed. Great accommodations and very clean.

Pros: A great location. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to everything. Super clean. Has everything you need. Well appointed in every way. Good Wifi too. Cons: only one. It is a shared house. Common walls means you will hear kids running up and down the stairs like elephants, loud TV and conversations long after midnite. I would stay again, but only if it gets soundproofed.

Went for a girls weekend and had a great stay. Loved how casual the owners are and how nice the apartment was.

Felt like summer at my grandmothers cottage. Very welcoming and extremely comfortable. Frank’s apartment was thoughtfully created. The kitchen area is a delight! Nice and airy with a great view of the garden. I can’t tell you how many times my husband and I had to fit ourselves into a microscopic VRBO lodging so this was a nice change. We were able to move about freely without getting in each others way. The appliances are in good condition and are full sized. The only small problems were those that seem to happen at every VRBO we rent no matter how much we spend: The cookware shows signs of wear and should be replaced. ( For this reason I always travel with my own nonstick pans. ) There was also the inevitable cabinet which contained expired coffees, teas, and spices. Trust me, the last thing I want to do on vacation is to have to clean out yet another cupboard! The bathroom was well organized, and nicely updated. It has both a regular and a handheld shower. Great water pressure and plentiful hot water. Plenty of towel racks in both the bathroom and the kitchen, something so simple yet so necessary! The bedroom was compact and had the furniture arranged so that it was comfortable. We loved the side room; which is actually a small room with two roomy dressers, nice shelving, and plenty of space to hang clothing. It also includes a full-size ironing board and iron as well as a fan. The bed was comfortable. The location is supreme and best of all very, very quiet. We spent many hours just sitting on the small porch drinking coffee and listening to the wind in the trees. Property is very charming and nicely landscaped. There were a few small glitches but the property manager was extremely helpful, and very easy to reach by text. We will definitely be booking again.

We had a wonderful stay. It is an easy walk to the downtown area. We also appreciated how well stocked it was. This location was perfect for a our quick getaway with our two year old. The bedroom was large enough to set up the pack n play so she could sleep while we able to use the rest of the property. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we are in the area.

Very accommodating in all ways. Sent a message thru the site asking for one day earlier stay but it was missed. Some neighbor noise experienced, additional sound proofing would help.
