Nani Kai Hale 307 ha una pianta aperta che dispone di una moderna cucina in stile cucina e un ampio soggiorno decorato con un tocco tropicale e con un divano letto queen-size e un grande schermo TV a schermo piatto. Sistema AC split installato in soggiorno e camera da letto. Ci sono due bagni luminosi e ariosi, tutti aggiornati e con ripiani in granito. La camera da letto è completa con un comodo letto king size e tv a schermo piatto. C'è la connessione internet wi-fi gratuita. Il lanai ha una bella vista sull'oceano e cancelli scorrevoli di alta qualità a cancellazione di rumore. Rilassati e goditi questo pezzo di paradiso di Maui.

Property description was accurate regarding location, layout and amenities. It was clean and in good shape. It was a great bonus to find beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella and a cooler were provided. Our only complaints are the metal lanai furniture was horribly uncomfortable and there were not enough wash/bath cloths provided. We loved Kihei and Sugar Beach!

The location was delightful. The on-site building manager was wonderful. Listening to the waves, the beach, the pool, the utensils and dishes etc, wonderful. We stayed for 10 nights. Both my husband and I were so sore from the bed. It has massive lumps. I notified property management several days before we left, no response. The unit is a bit outdated and well used. They want you to keep excessive sand out and we rinsed off whenever returning from the beach but for a 10 night stay, in which we cooked and ate in the unit, we weren’t provided with a broom or dustpan. We also were told to take the trash out daily and weren’t given enough trash bags. The biggest issue was the bed. All in all, we love the location but for a longer stay, we recommend getting a comfortable bed.
