Staff were really helpful especially as i use a wheelchair. Thwy carried things for me at beakfast when using crutches.
I loved the choice of pillows and pillow menu.
The restaurant choices.
That we couldnt buy a pair of chopsticks.

Le personnel sympathique, la chambre et ses équipements très bon particulièrement la salle de bain. Le personnels aimable et serviable.
La localisation n'est pas la meilleur mais ça va quand même.
La localisation, le manque de commerce très proche.

Excellent restaurant, clean room and comfy bed. Very helpful staff too, especially Rick Wu at the Concierge - we are very grateful for his assistance during our stay.

Das Zimmer war super - groß sauber bequeme Matratzen und Bettwäsche Badewanne
Im Hotel alle in Winterjacke, da nicht geheizt wird
Vorauskasse + Kaution
Ewige Diskussion wegen des letztlich nicht benötigten Visums war sehr unangenehm nach der langen Anreise
