The pillow is too soft and the room temperature is too high

I quite enjoy the design of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable to stay. The staff were super friendly and sweet, and delivered quality service.
The drawers in the bathroom can be renovated and further enhanced.

I live in China and have stayed at various hotels over the year. Indigo provided a personalized, professional touch that I have never come across before. I was blown away and look forward to returning.

The food. Breakfast was great and not too overpriced.
The bed. Too hard and for the money I paid I would have expected better. Hotel Indigo on the Bund was far better.

The concept, the comfort, the cleanliness and the service offered by the staff. Everything was perfect! The rooms are huge and an epitome of luxury. The metro is within walking distance and there are a lot of restaurants around.
The deposit required was quite a lot and we were not prepared for it. It would be nice to stress this before a guest arrives.
