nice quiet area, within walking distance to the beach. Close to lots of shops and about 10 minutes away from the malecón and downtown restaurants and clubs.
bed was uncomfortable and noisy when you moved. No central air tho they did have a ceiling fan over the bed and stand alone fans.

Location
Shower didn't work properly, faucets were clogged water didn't flow properly mattress and bed linen were dirty had yellow marks on them

The studio was very clean and like the privacy. The area was quite and calm and like that they had a security guard in the neighborhood 24/7 .

It was very convenient to all necessities nearby.
The only thing I didn’t really care for was that there was no AC and the bed was a little low. Only reason this is a concern was because I had surgery if it were not for the surgery it would be perfect.

Great view and location
No water pressure at all when taking a shower or using sink. No curtains on side windows. Broken window wouldn’t close and broken light on ceiling fan.

Liked the distance to the beach..though we can't stay long due to covid, was great. Loved the silence! It was a very good get away ..could have been perfect if it was allllll clean!
Well..floor had dust bunnies and picked up 2 small scraps of paper..kitchen, small frige, freezer reeked of 🐟! We didn't want to open it. Pillows smelled dirty of hair oils..blanket had few small hairs and lipstick stains. Towels also had hairs, shower curtain had lots of white in color drips, not sure of shampoo or toothpaste caused these but that made me wear my sandals in the shower..We had brought blankets, pillows abd towels from home so we were able to sleep. Hope they get on the ball and start cleaning properly after each guest :/ the narrow and steep staircase is dangerous.. No railing. Be careful!!!!!
