Situato nel cuore del quartiere di Graça, sopra l'Alfama e di fronte al Miradouro de Graça e al Castelo Sao Jorge. Quartiere autentico e vivace in cima alla collina di Graça. L'appartamento si affaccia su un parco. Ristrutturato, completamente attrezzato. Composto da due camere da letto, bagno, cucina, sala da pranzo, terrazza.
- Camera 1: letto matrimoniale (160), due finestre, una con un balcone con vista sulla città e sul Ponte 25 aprile.
- Camera 2: 2 letti a castello (90) + 1 letto aggiunto
- Bagno con vasca
- Sala da pranzo con vista sul Convento Graça
- Divano (Sistema Rapido) per 2 comodi letti supplementari
- Cucina completamente attrezzata con piatto - lavatrice, forno - forno a microonde, macchina per caffè espresso, lavatrice - macchina, frigorifero, piano cottura a induzione
- Terrazza con barbecue - plancha, tabella 4 a 6 persone.
L'appartamento non ha vis-à-vis terrazza lato, la proprietà si affaccia sul Parco Graça. Molto tranquillo, una vista spettacolare sui quartieri storici (il Convento di Graça, la collina di Alfama, Castelo Sao Jorge), il Tago e il Ponte 25 aprile.

L'appartamento è idealmente situato nel cuore del quartiere di Graça, a 200 m dal capolinea del tram 28. Il quartiere è rimasto autentico, Graça è ben fornita in ristoranti, negozi locali, (5 panetterie pasticcerie, 3 macellerie, 1 supermercato, diversi negozi di alimentari ...) e servizi (lavanderia, cyber café, gas, banche, giornali ...) .
L'appartamento è completamente attrezzato: stoviglie, asciugamani, lenzuola.
Si trova al terzo piano di un edificio storico con una facciata ricoperta di azulejos, completamente restaurata nel 2013.
Ci vogliono 10 minuti. a 15 minuti raggiungere l'aeroporto in taxi, 30 min. in metro. Una fermata dei taxi dista 200 m, la metropolitana è raggiungibile a piedi o con il tram 28. Se siete con la propria auto, è facile da parcheggiare ai piedi del palazzo, che è eccezionale a Lisbona.

Lovely flat with a great view. We were met to get into flat and given great information on neighborhood. Coffee maker broke but someone came immediately to fix it. Beds good and flat comfortable. I’d stay again.

Had the best experience visiting Lisbon for the first time. Nothing is gonna beat the sunrise from the balcony. Everyone we interacted with booking the rental was timely and professional and made sure we were set!

A truly wonderful apartment well located within the center of Lisbon. However, it cannot be emphasized enough about the steepness of the street and the 3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. The views, once there, are fantastic and the unit is well equipped. Perhaps some extra bath towels would be appreciated but other than that, everything was great.

The property was in a less desirable area. Too many hills to go anywhere near the condo. Did not like the limited amount of towels as well.

The apartment is the perfect size for my husband and I. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the dogs play in the park below. Most mornings, we were awakened at 8am by the nearby church's bells...much nicer than an alarm clock.
Be aware that the apartment is on a very steep and tight street, and you need to climb 3 flights of stairs without an elevator.

Felt like the locals staying here. We enjoyed sipping our wine on the balcony while soaking in the fantastic view. Be aware that there is no air conditioner. We stayed in early Oct and it was quite warm but the fans provided was enough to cool us at night time. Not sure how it would be in the summer. Metro is a 10min walk downhill (which means walking up the hill coming back). Because of this, skip taking the metro from the airport since it will be challenging dragging your luggage uphill. Just hop in a taxi. We scheduled an Uber ride back to the airport 3 hours before our international flight to cover time sitting in traffic. Overall, a great stay!

The location for this place is perfect. It’s right in old town and even though it’s on a hill it’s well worth the climb. Check-in was easy and we had no issues. All of us really enjoyed the stay. Balcony was great and watching all the activities in the park was delightful. Close to grocery store, restaurants, and all things that you would like to see in Lisbon.

We had an amazing time on our first visit to Portugal. Our stay in your lovely apartment with it's views of the castle and Miradouro Da Graca was fabulous. Clean and super helpful hosts and convenient access to trams, restaurants and markets made for a great time in the city! Thanks so much!

We really enjoyed our stay!! The climb was steep and then there were a lot of steps to the apartment but it was still fine. The view was spectacular from the back porch and we saw something really fun every night in the park that we could watch from the balcony ( there was a band, a juggling show...) The place was very nice and very clean and the owner as well as the caretakers were very helpful and pleasant. we would stay here again or recommend it to other people!

We loved the location. It is in one of the coolest spots in the city. Of course, it’s hilly but what isn’t in Lisbon. At the top of the hill from the apartment is the Berta area. Excellent restaurants and views. The apartment is clean and overlooks a park with a view of the castle. The number 28 tram drops you at the top of the hill.

Wonderful property. So relaxing to sit on balcony overlooking a park filled with children playing and dogs being happy. The views morning and evening were spectacular. Property is roomy, beds comfortable, wonderful espresso maker. Do note as prior people do mention that is is on a very steep hill and then on 3rd (actually4th) floor. We achieved our stair goal by 9 am.

4 adults on a weekend break to Lisbon… perfect apartment overlooking the park and with views of the castle. Apartment was spotless and was perfect for our needs. Close to all the centre/ metro but it is up a steep hill ( as is most of Lisbon!) and on the third floor so may not be suitable for everyone. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely, very quiet apartment building overlooking a beautiful and active park. We loved watching daily yoga & sunbathers and enjoyed guitars and parties, but were pleased that quiet time was well honored at bedtime. Very steep hill and lots of stairs but we were advised of this and learned when to walk up or down depending on which neighborhood we were heading to. Short walk to Metro (downhill) or taxi stand (up hill) made getting around easy. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, good shower, and 2nd bedroom (bunk beds) if you need to spread out or have kids.

This is an extremely comfortable apartment in a fantastic location. The views of the park and city from the balcony cannot be overstated. It was such a wonderful place to relax in at the end of busy days of touring around. Thank you Erland and Simone for the excellent communication for check in.

Excellent Flat with Great Views
My daughter and I spent many hours just sitting on the deck/patio admiring the park below and the many vistas. The flat is an excellent place from which to conveniently tour Lisbon and its many neighborhoods. We plan on returning for more sights and sounds of friendly Lisbon. Thank you for hosting.

Everything was convenient in a non tourist neighborhood overlooking an off-leash dog park with the happiest dogs in the world. Loved hanging out on the terrace and watching the people, the castle and gorgeous views. We found the location pretty convenient to everything and enjoyed a fabulous 5 days in Lisbon. 😊

Lisbon visit
Excellent location in hilly Graça area of Lisbon. This apartment is well located and well equipped with a good kitchen, a wonderful balcony and BBQ overlooking a large community park. Graça neighborhood up the hill has lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops. If you love to walk and don’t mind steep hills, this is the place for you. Recommend that you take a taxi if you have luggage. Owner and property manager are very helpful and responsive.

Wohnung mit Aussicht
Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung im Stadtviertel Graça. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist schon den Preis wert. Oberhalb der Wohnung ist die Hauptstraße von Graça mit Bäckereien, einem kleinen Supermarkt und Restaurants, unterhalb die Mouraria, die chinesisch, indisch und afrikanisch geprägt ist. Man ist schnell überall in der Stadt, ohne zu sehr im touristischen Zentrum zu sein. Es gibt allerdings auch einen steilen Anstieg zu bewältigen - aber das macht ja mit den Reiz der Stadt aus.

Excellent emplacement et vue incroyable
Nous revenons d’un séjour d’une semaine à Lisbonne et nous avons beaucoup appréciés les lieux.
Le propriétaire est tres flexible et vous aurez même une personne ressource sur les lieux si nécessaire.
Le condo est impeccable, le lit très confortable.
Nous avions apportés quelques petites serviettes à mains ce qui fut très pratique ( vous recevrez une serviette de bain pour une semaine) finalement je recommande ce condo qui a une vue imprenable sur le château et le grand parc.
Aussi le grand balcon permet de sassoir à l’extérieur et d’y admirer la vue tout en sirotant un bon verre de Porto.
