The owner we're very attentive to our needs, excellent service and very accommodating to our request. The unit was every comfortable and the access to the pool and beach was perfect and it met our expectations. We were extremely pleased. I look forward to going back in the near future. The condo is in an excellent location, can walk to many things. It was very clean, and had everything we needed. Our favorite part, was sitting on the balcony, looking at the beautiful view. We had a problem with one of the tv’s, the owners were there within an hour. Thank you! We are hoping to return soon!

The condo was exactly as advertised. The beach is beautiful, perfect weather and we even saw rainbows twice. You’re right on the beach, you can walk to many restaurants and Old San Juan is a short cab ride away. Everything we were looking for.

From the second we came through the door we were happy. The condo was bright, airy, spacious and sparkling clean. It exceeded our expectations. Communication with Alice was easy and her responses always came quickly. We loved our stay and look forward to staying at Alice & Davis’ place again.

Alice's condo had everything you could want starting with a great beach view , comfortable bed , plenty of space and of course very clean. It is located in a very safe and secure property that is conveniently located near stores and restaurants. The property has direct beach access and a large pool as well. We will be back!

This location was perfect to get to all of the must see spots on the island. The neighborhood and building felt very safe and clean. It was awesome being able to have direct beach access as well. We would definitely come back!

The property is as described online. Alice and Davis were awesome hosts. We went to PR with another couple and we were literally across the street from each other(views from the balcony). The property was inviting and the bed was comfortable! The location is PERFECT walking distance to the best eatery on the strip 'Pizza City"! We plan to come back Summer of 2023, Thanks again Alice &Davis!

Never having used VBRO or been to San Juan, we really lucked out when we booked this property! It was in a super convenient location. Condo was exactly as described - nicely decorated with all the necessities, extremely clean and very secure. We did not cook but there was plenty of cookware available. The bed was quite comfortable and the bedroom had room darkening curtains. There were 2 large screen TVs (we could not get them to work properly .. but that is due to non- tech savvy sbikiri

My best friend and I really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive when I had questions about the impact of the recent hurricanes before our stay. The location to the beach, local dining and stores was great! There's lots of dining and bars to walk to and the location is no more than a 10 minute Uber ride from the Condado area, and other areas of interest. Also super close to the airport. We'll definitely stay again!

I liked the beautiful ocean beach view from the balcony an how roomy the place was definitely a nice stay for a couple. Only thing I didn't like was the cold water wouldn't last long to shower. Water would immediately turn hot but besides that everything was pretty good an I would stay here again.

We had a great time In San Juan, the place is really convenient, clean and right by the beach. The property offers you an easy access to beach and surrounding, the proper is has good security system, supermarket and place for foods just walking distance, You are basically in the middleman of the town. The host is very well communicating and promptly response for all your need. We were very happy and feeling just relaxing on vacation.

This place was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It had everything you would need to enjoy your stay at the beach. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful. The bed is comfortable, there is plenty of room to unpack and feel at home, and everything was super clean. The building had 24/7 security, which made my mom and myself feel very safe walking around. The view is beautiful from the balcony. There are supermarkets and restaurants around the condo, also it was super easy to have Uber eats deliver. It is about 5 to 10 mins away from the airport, making it super convenient. Then there is the access to the beach, which is amazing. The beach was large, beautiful, and there was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The water was amazing. My mom and I had a wonderful time here, and we will definitely be booking here again. Thank you again!

This is a lovely condo in a wonderful location. It was very clean and provided a great vacation stay for our first trip to Puerto Rico. Access to the beach, shopping and dining was convienent and able to walk to the local businesses. We were a little disappointed the pool was not open. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Overall we thoroghly enjoyed our visit and look forward to coming back again.

Everything was great except that the pool was broken and we were not told in advance so that we had the option to change to a different location - it was important to have the pool and the beach. The beach was beautiful and we appreciated the cooler and chairs. The area was great with alot in walking distance. Place was nice and bed was comfortable. Would definitely go back!

Look no further, this is the place to stay at!!! The pictures listed are very accurate. Everything you need whether inside the condo or in the surrounding area is available. We made breakfast every morning and sat in the patio to eat. Picture perfect views all day long. The complex pool unfortunately stopped working the day after we arrived. I notified the owner who immediately contacted the association to get an answer on when it would be fixed. Boohoo as it would take some time to fix but that didn't stop us from enjoying the beach which is right there. We got to neighboring towns via Uber (ranged between $5 - $20). We did two excursions and they picked us up right at the Fairmont Hotel which is a 5 minute walk. Trust me, look no further ... book your stay. I will again!!!

Beautiful views, affordable and clean. I would definitely return! Only thing is we weren’t made aware the pool is closed until further notice. Other residents said they’ve made no effort in a really long time to have it fixed. Beach is within walking distance so that was good enough. Loved my trip!

This is the second time that we’ve stayed in the same apartment And have had no problems or issues…

Overall we had a wonderful stay. There were a couple issues at the beginning but Alice and Davis worked with us to resolve what they could and were very responsive. Upon entry the condo was EXTREMELY humid to the point that everything was physically wet. Bed and couch included. This created a very musty smell that lingered for a few days. A dehumidifier in the unit may be a helpful addition for this reason. Some of this is unavoidable with the ocean front location and the rainy weather they had been having but it was still uncomfortable to sit on a wet couch and bed. If you have any breathing issues/sensitivities you should be aware of the possibilities here as the smell was pretty strong. There also was an issue with the pool the last couple days of our stay, so it was unusable. I’m not sure if owners had been made aware ahead of time but we didn’t know until we went to use the pool and were told no. They later added caution tape to block it off. A member of the front office came out and told my boyfriend that the repairs would likely take “weeks”. Might be worth double checking the status of repairs with the host before you book if pool access is important to you! Overall though we had a great trip and the condo was wonderful being so close to the beach. Also be sure to visit the Alambique Beach Lounge around the corner… it was great food and drinks! Super convenient location to the airport as well as short drives to popular destinations. We used Uber this trip and most of the rides were decently affordable but it may be worth renting a car for next time. A few Shops/restaurants/CVS all located nearby within walking distance. Security on property was nice for peace of mind as well. Despite any issues, the views and beautiful beach truly made it all worth it. We cannot wait to come back and explore beautiful Puerto Rico more!

This property is amazing. Very clean an the host Alice is very attentive. Restaurants and shopping is at walking distance. The beach is right across. The security is on point. This would be my first choice when I go back again.

Clean, spacious condo with fabulous balcony overlooking the beach. Sliding doors open fully to make a great open space. Couple of good restaurants / bars in walking distance. Beach minutes away. Beds comfortable.

This rental has huge patio sliders that open up to the most beautiful ocean view. Comfortable king bed and pillows, nice linens, and all kitchen essentials make it easy to prepare meals and dine in the comfort of your own indoor or outdoor space (restaurants are pricey). Location is so close to the airport and walkable to groceries and many restaurants. Ubers are easily accessible to take you to Condado, Old San Juan, and other attractions- plenty to see and do. Very kind, accommodating and responsive owners.
