Un duplex per vacanze a St Martin nella nostra Guest House Le Shamrock, a 2 minuti da una delle spiagge più belle delle Piccole Antille (Orient Bay), in una residenza privata recentemente rinnovata e un ambiente sicuro con il suo giardino tropicale e la sua bellissima piscina verde smeraldo.
Scoprirai un appartamento climatizzato (mobili e aria condizionata cambiati nel 2018) di circa 60 m2, che può ospitare fino a 2/3 persone. Ciò include al piano terra un salotto / sala da pranzo (con un comodo divano convertibile), cassaforte, connessione wifi gratuita), un angolo cottura attrezzato, ampi armadi e un bagno (doccia delle Indie occidentali , lavandino e wc).
Come estensione del soggiorno, la grande finestra panoramica si apre su una terrazza privata coperta con mobili da giardino. Un cancello dà accesso diretto al giardino tropicale.
E sul mezzanino, la camera da letto spaziosa e climatizzata con letto matrimoniale (160x200 cm).
Sono disponibili diversi duplex disposti nello stesso modo.
Per gli affitti settimanali vengono fornite biancheria e teli mare.

Nice location, looks just like the online pictures. 10 minute walk to beaches. We rented a car for the week to explore the Island so just drive to the beach every day. Recommend!

We loved staying at this beautiful condo. Nice salt water pool in back. Very private backyard. Interior was modern with nice bathroom and large tiled shower. Downstairs had clean white tile floor and kitchenette furnished with pots, pans, dishes, glasses etc. fridge was stocked with still water and carbonated water. Comfortable patio in back leading to pool. Bedroom upstairs in loft area. Hostess was very friendly and helpful with information and touring info. Plus info on all the best beaches and restaurants. There is a 7 minute walk to the beach or a 3 minute drive. Private parking in front of condo. Excellent place to stay.

The shared pool area is well maintained and very nice. The unit is a short 5 minute drive to the beach and Village. The TV had 2 English channels, wish it was a Smart TV...other than that you will have everything you need. Communication with the manager/ owner was seamless.

It was a quiet complex, very clean and well-appointed unit. Everything was in excellent condition! It felt like our private retreat! The garden area out back and around the pool was lovely—lots of birds and butterflies. We loved the saltwater pool! Chantal was so helpful and always available! So nice to have use of the washing machine. Easy walking distance to Orient Bay Beach and all the excellent restaurants there, (and an adequate grocery store as well).. We did not want to leave and are already planning for next year there!

The location of the property is perfect. Orient Bay is gorgeous with walkable restaurants. There is a big supermarket close by and the second airport only a matter of minutes by car.
The property was perfect. Not too small, not too big. It had all necessities, and was very comfortable.
The site was perfect. Nice setting with parking and secure. The pool was a nice size.
The hosts were fantastic. Both Chantal and Stephen are wonderful hosts.
Very much enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it.

The mattress was so bad that I do not believe it is even possible to buy such a bad product here in Canada; that made it impossible to have a really good night sleep and since we were there for 20 days , it really affected our stay . We used the fold out couch in the main floor, which was actually more comfortable than the bed mattress! There is also no oven to do any cooking. We thought we were renting an actual apartment with a functional kitchen . The sound insulation between the units is so poor that by paying attention you can actually understand next door's conversation. A reasonable quality mattress and a simple toaster oven would actually have gone a long way to improve the place, which is actually in a beautiful location and overall cute, with a beautiful new pool ( although I would assume most guests like us would go to the beach instead).

Our stay at the Shamrock residence was just wonderful. The house is new, clean, in perfect condition, and equipped with everything you need to enjoy yourself - we felt at home, including my 4-month-old baby. Lots of space in the duplex, a great swimming pool and only 7 minutes walk away from the beach - and you get all that for half of the price the other owners set. It seemed almost too good to be true when I booked it, and it surpassed all my expectations.
Chantal was always available, always very helpful and sweet.
I wish there was a phone, although if it weren't for our friends staying at a different place, we would not need one.

We spent three wonderful weeks at Shamrock. It is a little paradise. The Studio was absolutely clean (cleaner than many vacation rentals here in the NL). The service was excellent and Chantal, Stéphane were more than friendly just as Fabienne and her family. Their heart and soul is "in it" and you can feel that. It was wonderful to see that it is possible to find accomodation at a good rate with excellent service. Just a bit down the road, Esmeralda Resort or La Plantation charge between 300 to 500 USD a day in high season. The Shamrock team organized a barbecue for those interested one evening. Again it was obvious that they really care trying to make their guests feel at home. Shamrock's location is really excellent: Orient Bay is in walking distance - 5 minutes. A supermarket as well as other stores can be reached by car in less than 5 minutes. Apart from that, a smaller supermarket on the way to Bikini Beach (on Orient Bay) caters to your daily needs as well. Shamrock lies within Orient Bay Park which means it is guarded night and day. If you are looking for nice, clean accomodation with excellent service, Shamrock should be your choice. On Orient Bay, visit the Ladies at Noodlekini: She makes the best cocktails on Orient Bay and the Quesadillas are also excellent. For a "more complete" meal, go to Palm Beach. In our opinion the best food on Orient Bay. We are very greatful for a wonderful, wonderful time at Shamrock. Thank you Chantal, Stéphane.
