bellissimo appartamento di 92 m2 con terrazza privata, nel cuore di Parigi, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana Le sale o Pont Neuf. Piccolo paradiso tranquillo nel centro di Parigi, nel 1 ° distretto. Siete 5 minuti a piedi dal quartiere latino e il quartiere Montorgueil. A dieci minuti a piedi dal Centro Pompidou e il Louvre. 5 linee della metropolitana e 2 pass RER entro 5 minuti da casa, si può attraversare tutta Parigi con molta facilità. L'appartamento dà solo corsi rimane sereno e tranquillo lontano dal trambusto di Parigi. Oasi di pace nel cuore di Parigi. C'è il sole sulla terrazza dalle 11h alle 17h, se si vuole avere il pranzo con il suono degli uccelli o semplicemente fare un pisolino dopo una passeggiata. L'appartamento viene affittato tutto con la mia camera e l'ingresso che serve come il mio ufficio in seconda camera da letto. C'è un bagno con doccia e servizi igienici sono separati. Posso fare un tasso preferenziale se affitti 2 settimane durante il mese di luglio e agosto.

Great apartment in an amazing location! We decided to rent an apartment over staying in a hotel, and I’m so glad we did. Having the extra space to spread out and access to a full kitchen for our week in Paris was so preferable to being stuck in one room. The location is amazing - close to shopping, restaurants, a mall, metro stations and next door to a supermarket (which we shopped in several times). The private terrace was a nice bonus! Highly recommend!

This location is absolutely perfect! We walked to the Louvre, St Chappelle, Notre Dame, the Concierge, The Marche de'Emphants Rouges, Musee d L'Orangerie, Rodin and Orsay, Musee Carnevalet and Picasso. We took the Metro everywhere else mostly using the Chatelet stop. Just outside her place to the left is an award winning Boulangerie and a little further is an award winning coffee shop9Motors Coffee) . If you keep going there is a whole area with food off of Saint Dennis. To the right of her place is shopping galore!Her bed, couch and outdoor furniture were incredibly comfortable! It was super easy getting up to her place with the elevator and we just took the stairs down. I would highly recommend this place and the host was attentive! We never needed anything. The terrace was absolutely lovely! After sightseeing and before going out for the evening we would rest up there. We saw 3 Jazz shows that were incredible! The locations were all walking distance!!!

The unit was large, the terrace was a nice peaceful
haven. There are several quirks that may or may not be an issue. There is no real TV so to speak, just a 30 year old TV you could see a video on. The floors were uneven and not good for 2 people with back issues. The unit was smoky and dusty. On the plus side the kitchen was fully equippwd, location is convenient to Notre Dame, the Louvre,
a grocery store and countless restaurants and cafes. Considering the cost for a small hotel room, its a good value
haven.
