The staff are helpful, cheeky and friendly. They contributed towards a pleasant stay and their service was outstanding. Could not fault staff on anything.
The ponds were beautiful and the resort looked lush with lots of aquatic plants and green gardens, however, the mosquitoes were relentless and overwhelming. I have been eaten alive at every corner of this resort.

Nice resort with good rooms and good pricing in Green Season. The staff were very friendly and welcoming both in reception and restaurant. Beds, shower towels, etc all good and 3 large swimming pools too!
Breakfast was by shuttle to another villa. Get there early, the food is not replenished quickly. Renovations underway so some exterior parts were a bit unsightly, not a major issue. There is a return shuttle to Ao Nang but not much else close to Cha Cha except beach bar/restaurant, Joy Beach, which is good.

Nice location and a clean tide room
The reception was poor the room that was give was not what was booked and the only alternative that was available was lower grade , the pool sides were very slippery and there was no notice to warn and myself and others slipped also only cheap margarine was available at breakfast.
