We could not have asked for a better place to stay while in Paris. The property is located near many restaurants and shops - a perfect combination but tucked away in a quiet location. The apartment had plenty of room and has most everything you would want. Arnaude welcomed us and he and Lucile were very responsive to our questions during our stay always available. When we return to Paris, we will definitely stay at this property again.

Absolutely amazing stay. The flat is exactly as pictured — we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Communication was easy and prompt. It’s super-close to so much public transportation, and Uber drivers found the location very easily. It’s a quiet refuge in a residential neighborhood, which we loved. Close to grocery stores, coffee shops, bakeries, you name it. Our 8-year-old slept soundly in the loft, and the beds were very comfy. The kitchen is perfectly stocked with the tools you need to cook your own meals. The skylights (with blinds) keep the flat full of light during the mornings, but it was wonderfully dark at night. If you’re a small family (like the three of us), do not hesitate to book this gem of a property!!

We had an amazing stay we loved the apartment, it had everything we needed.It was in such a perfect location close to so many restaurants and beautiful patisseries. Metro is at the door would definitely stay again . Thank you so much Lucile we will take home so many special memories we spent with our adult kids. 😊

We took our Fifteen year old to Paris for the first time. This gorgeous property provided the perfect base to move around mostly via metro. Restaurants, mini market, metro station and boulangerie/patisserie all a couple hundred yards from the property. This loft/mini house is secluded in a private cul De sac. So when you are in, you are away from street noise yet everything is close by. Regarding amenities and comfort, you will have everything you can imagine. Your little Parisian home. We will repeat when we comeback to Paris.

We had a great stay at this apartment. With two tweenaged children in tow, we were attracted to it by the opportunity to bed them separately. This apartment was roomy enough for the four of us and our luggage.
The apartment was quiet and felt secure, set back from the street by a cute little lane hidden behind a gate.
The location is excellent, with the Liège metro stop steps away and Gare St Lazaar a less than ten minutes walk away. Lots of little shops and restaurants around in every direction.
We’re an active family and were able to walk to attractions such as the Louvre and Sacre Coeur, each maybe a half hour stroll away.
I would seek out this apartment again if returning to Paris.

This was a wonderful place to stay! The location was perfect. It was very close to the city and metro but in a quiet street. Arnaud met us near the metro stop. He helped to orient us to the property and answered all our questions. The place had everything that we needed and thing we didn’t even think of (a metro map, a guide with suggestions for local stores/restaurants, washing detergent, Paris guide books, a fan, dishes, a guide to using the washer, etc).

Quiet, well equipped Paris apartment in central, busy Opera district. Authentic Parisian neighbourhood which only enhanced our experience staying here. Well equiped property all in working order. Host was exceptional to deal with and Arnaud a delight to meet.

The apartment is terrific! It's modern, clean, well-stocked, quiet, well-managed and in a great location. Working with Lucile and Arnaud couldn't have been easier. For many years, when we've visited Paris we have stayed at the Hilton Paris Opera, which is only a few blocks from the apartment. Staying at this apartment was a much better experience. You won't get room service, but you'll get a much more authentic, rewarding and enjoyable experience than staying at a hotel.

A quiet street in Paris that’s 30m from the Metro…if that doesn’t sell you on this property then nothing will!! I can’t say enough good things about this property! The owners were very easy to communicate with and the apartment was perfect for our needs. The area around the apartment had everything you would need yet it was a very short Metro ride to all the highlights of Paris

We had a wonderful time in Paris and at this apartment! From the beginning, our communication with the owner and host was quick, helpful, and easy. The apartment was convenient to the Metro, close to many restaurants and grocery stores, and very comfortable for our family of four. Having the toilet and shower in different rooms was like having two bathrooms - a nice plus with four adults! The portable air conditioner kept us cool at night, the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and appliances, and the apartment was clean and attractive. The area was quiet and we felt safe walking at night. We highly recommend staying here!

This apartment was so well designed to make the most of every space. Our kids LOVED the loft and sometimes asked if we could leave what we were doing around Paris to go back and spend time in it. We were very comfortable and felt secure behind the gated community.

This was a great place to stay. In the heart of Paris and yet in a quiet and secure place. There were so many bakeries, shops and a variety of restraints within walking distance from the flat. I had my wife and two adult children with me and it was a very nice setup. Having the washer/dryer was a big help. It was close to the Metro and we Ubered a few times and that were very affordable.
Arnaud met us at the gate and gave us a nice tour of the flat and told us about the neighborhood. He was a very pleasant man.

Met our adult daughter for 4 days after 8 day Seine tour. Much larger than expected. Great location for the Metro and St Lazare station. One toilet separate by the front door and shower off the main bedroom. Small load clothes washer worked well. Great instructions .

The location was the best!! Just steps from the metro! Amazing! Arnaud was right there to greet us and show us around. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and enjoyed all amenities! The full kitchen and laundry were both nice to have! The building is quite secure, safe and quiet… a true Parisienne setting… beautiful! Thank you for sharing this home with us.

The apartment provided everything we wanted and needed, accommodating four of us in a quiet neighborhood - a wonderful retreat at the end of busy days seeing Paris. Close to neighborhood restaurants and grocery stores, steps from the Metro. Lucile and Armand made the rental process easy, from beginning to end. Merci!

This apartment is a very special place - not only the apartment which is delightful, with every modern convenience, but the location is rare, private and super quiet (at the end of a private alleyway). The mezzanine bedroom above the living room was perfect for our 18 yr-old son, who could have a private space (not sound-isolated). My lifelong friend was very comfortable for a couple nights on the sofa bed, that has an actual mattress. The main bed is equally comfortable. There's every appliance one needs for cooking, and many thoughtful touches (Paris info, spices, espresso pods, basics for tea and coffee). Elegant design! Both the owner and gentleman who met us with the key were gracious and available to answer any questions. It's a magical modern apartment in a classic Parisian building, but very rare setting (kind of a carriage house with skylights!). We'd be thrilled to stay there again.

This apartment was very comfortable for the two of us, and located in a quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe and it was walking distance to a local market (one block). Easy access to Uber allowed us to come and go flawlessly.

Our family (2 parents + 3 teens) loved our stay in this apartment. It had everything we needed, was clean, and such a great location.
We loved that it was behind a security gate and down a quaint little alley way. We felt very safe there and in the neighborhood. There was great shopping and food nearby. We stopped at the bakery every morning and evening. Having the metro so close was such a plus.
We would highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Paris!

Cet appartement est très fonctionnel. La propriétaire a fait un usage optimal de l'espace qui est parfait pour un couple. La cuisine est parfaitement aménagée et ne manque de rien pour permettre de cuisiner. Les appareils sont modernes, en parfait état de fonctionnement et de qualité. La chambre est très confortable et la salle de bains absolument superbe et très pratique. L'endroit est très calme et bien situé à 50 mètres d'une station de métro. On peut trouver de tout dans les environs.

We loved this apartment. It is "exactly" as advertised and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you will need. The beds are comfy and we chose to sleep in the cute little loft area. It is very quiet with no street noise and has a nice view out the window. The check-in process was smooth and we appreciated that Lucile connected with us ahead of time and answered all our questions. The neighbourhood is quite safe and has a great bakery minutes away which we went to every morning. We would highly recommend this apartment.

My third time staying here - great location on a quiet courtyard, but only steps away from the metro and a very lively neighborhood. Perfect place for a business stay, or a small family, given the loft bed. Will certainly be back.

My family of five just recently stayed here. I would say it was a little tight for all 5 of us, but we made it work. A family of 4 would fit great!
I was extremely pleased with how well equipped the apartment was. They had everything! I especially loved having my espresso every morning :)
There were a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. We were a ways from the large attractions such as the Eiffel Tower, Louvre, etc., but close to Montmarte, which we absolutely loved.
A few things to be prepared for:
Everything was extremely crowded (I wasn’t sure if it’s because of the holiday month of august or it’s always like that.).
The neighborhood bistros all had the same menu, which was a little disappointing. We wanted to try French cuisine, but it seemed like they were catering to tourists.
Other than just a couple of things, we really enjoyed staying here. It seems like a more personal experience when staying at a VRBO rather than a hotel room.

We travelled with 5 people (3 adults, 2 teenagers) and found Lucile's place perfect for all of us. It is in a great location, walking distance to many of the main sites of Paris, bakeries, and cafe's. The metro (Liege) is only steps away and made getting around very easy. Check-in was a piece of cake with Arnauld greeting us and showing us how to use the various appliances. The portable A/C unit was great for this time of year. A/C in Europe is not popular so this was a real blessing.

Perfect apartment
This well-designed apartment met our family's needs perfectly. Quiet and air conditioned. Warm and helpful check-in and check-out. Beautiful space conveniently located near several metro stations, grocery stores, cafes, and bakeries. I would book here again if I'm fortunate enough to go back to Paris with friends or family.

Perfect Apartment & Excellent Location!
My husband and I stayed for 7 nights in July. We had excellent communication with Lucile prior to our stay, and Arnaud greeted us at the gate & showed us the apartment features. The accommodations were as described, with a very comfortable bed & a/c that we used at night. It had everything we needed. The Liege metro stop was steps away, along with others to help get around with ease. We took a taxi to/from the airport so that luggage was not an issue (the metro can be quite crowded). There were many restaurants, bakeries, and small grocery stores within short walks. Safe neighborhood & we were very comfortable walking around. The apartment itself has gated access, and very few steps (which can be hard to find in Paris). Very central location to all Paris sights. We highly recommend this apartment & would happily stay again! Thank you Lucile & Arnaud for making our stay in Paris exceptional!

Perfect Paris vacation!
First time visiting Paris and we were a bit unsure as to where to stay. So glad we found this location! Both hosts were wonderful to communicate with and made the check in/check out process easy and stress – free. The apartment was as advertised in a wonderful location. Wonderful stay!
Overall we had a wonderful great stay!
We were greeted by Armound who gave us a thorough overview of the apartment: how to use the washer/dryer, air conditioning unit, TV.
The location close to the metro stop Liege was very convenient. We went to the French Open at Roland Garros - and it took about 40 minutes total travel time (switch in trains, walk to Stadium). Also, it was easy metro access to other sites in Paris. We did a lot of walking too - walked to the Louvre, Arch, River - all pretty far but lots of shops, restaurants, parks along the way..
The apartment is located in an area where there are many restaurants, cafes, Patisseries. The apartment itself was well maintained and clean. Plenty of outlets and places to plug in all of our devices. We used the kitchen facilities for breakfast (need my coffee first thing before embarking out) and reheating of leftovers. It was nice to have the air conditioning unit - used it only once on a really hot night.
This is the second time I rented from Lucille- several years ago I rented the Ecrin à Bijoux unit. I tried to rent again but it wasn't available. Lucille suggested this unit - I am so happy she did. I have already recommended both units to friends who I know will be traveling to Paris in the future. If I ever have the fortune of returning to Paris I will absolutely rent from Lucille again.

The apartment was in excellent condition, spotlessly clean, and exactly as advertised. Modern well functioning appliances and excellent bathroom facilities. It even has AC which is very rare for a Paris apartment. On a quiet private road with easy access. No street noice despite being in a vibrant neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Gare St Lazare a 5-10 minute walk and the Opera Garnier a 15 minute walk. The beautiful Parc Monseau is also within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and would return in the future.
