The Friendliness of the owners was exceptional
They made sure that we have everything we need & more. She even gave our 5yr old son sweets and a present to play with. Over and above what we expected. She gave us wine to enjoy and the house was already stocked with groceries and toiletries to get you started. A definite must stay. We are from South Africa and were absolutely delighted to book this cottage. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

It was very comfortable, clean, and had all the items needed to make our stay perfect. It was very close and within walking distance to the town, restaurants, bus depot and train station.

I was in the area on business . I took my wife with me to combine the business trip with a short break so , the cottage was perfect for what we wanted Aimee was there to welcome us and show us around , all basic necessities were there , tea , coffee , and store cupboard essentials . Although the cottage is close to the city centre it is very quiet

Great flat in a central location. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, very well equipped and exceptionally clean. Bed was big and comfy. Lovely little garden which gets the sun all afternoon, perfect for relaxing with a beer after a day sightseeing in Dunfermline, also close to transport for Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Location perfect for Dunfermline bus and train stations. Tesco supermarket within walking distance. Aimee was the perfect host, couldn't do enough for us. Genuinely wants her guests to be comfortable. Bed and pillows so comfy. Great little garden to relax in.

Really lovely accommodation, relaxing and comfortable! Clean & tidy with a really comfy bed and sofa bed. Able to use all equipment (washing machine / dishwasher etc.) if you want to. Lovely garden too.

Beautiful cottage, very high ceilings. You have everything you may need and even more. Incredibly well supplied and thoughtful. Felt like home far from home. Aimee was wonderful. Made our stay special. Agreed to an earlier check in and provided a baby cot and highchair. Location is perfect too and a beautiful park nearby for a little one. I cannot fault it.

The cottage was very comfortable and was perfect for our stay. We'd stayed in a hotel for a few days prior to getting to the cottage and for the same price, we had a bedroom, large living room, bathroom, kitchen and garden. The property was only 10 minutes walk from a supermarket and take-away places and 20 minutes to Dunfermline railway station. We were visiting the Edinburgh Fringe and tattoo and it was esy to get into Edinburgh from the property !

Lovely location. All the basics well stocked. Aimee was brilliant nothing to much trouble. Short walk into Dunfermline and Tesco. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great and cosy; the host was friendly and welcoming.
One extra bonus point for the cleanliness of the propriety.
Only comment or maybe improvement would be that given the bathroom layout maybe a walk-in shower would have been more suited instead of a shower over bath - for the bigger people :)

Aimee was a lovely host and kept in contact with us and was there waiting to welcome us when we arrived. We've never been to Dunfermline before and were pleasantly surprised with the area and would gladly visit the area again.
The cottage is in an an area that I was a little uncomfortable walking the dog on an evening. Unfortunately for us the previous guests over indulged in participating with a substance that left a very strong lingering smell for the entire duration of our stay.

Very comfortable and warm, close to the centre of town.
The only thing that wasnât great was the electric shower which was a little underpowered.

Aimiee goes above and beyond! Such a homely, cosy place! Had a great stay with my puppy! Highly recommend! Super comfy bed!!!

This is a wee diamond of a rental and was very impressed. The location was spot on, a quick 5min walk and youâre bang in the centre of town (the other side of Tescoâs) yet in a quiet street to be able to get a good nights sleep, which was amazing and I donât think Iâve had such a good nights sleep in a hotel/apartment ever...Aimee the owner we met in person who showed us around the cottage which had everything we need for a great nights stay. Aimee also gave us some recommendations for places to eat which we took her advice and had a lovely meal at Fabric
Only grumble is the shower pressure, but donât let it put you off as Iâve stayed in some high end hotel chains which had the same issue
