Great location, right on the free shuttle line. Walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Had air conditioning units to help beat the heat. Included some baby items like a high chair that were incredibly useful to us.

One of the beds was very uncomfortable, and the shower was kind of confusing, but other than that it was a pretty great place to stay on our visit!

Good location for walking everywhere. Good coffee shop across the street. Trolly near if you want it.

Just two nights so all was well. It is an older home so there is morning traffic noise but we were okay with it.

No breakfast was served at this location, but we made a great breakfast....lol

First aid kit needs to be restocked. No pots for boiling or preparing a meal. Had to use a pan to make macaroni and cheese. No broom for sweeping up spills.

We loved the charm and decorations of the condo. Also the location. We used and appreciated the kitchen and laundry facilities. The entry and code locking system was very convenient and worked well. When I called the number given for problems, the hosts were very polite and efficient.

One light was out in the green bedroom. We were not able to get one of the showers to turn on at first. It was not as well marked (hot/cold) as the other. With the help of the hosts, we did get it on. We did not know to pull out one of the faucets and then got the wrong one. A sign with instructions would help.

Both beds were terribly uncomfortable. Too soft with no support. The street noise (traffic and drunk people) and next door party that went on until 2:30am.

We loved the location by the park. It was so beautiful and a great place to walk.

The house was lovely, but the 20 steps to the unit were brutal. It's not a good unit for anyone with lots of luggage or who can not handle steps.

House is beautiful and bed was comfortable. There is a staircase of about 20 steps but didn’t bother us.

Dirty. No one is cleaning this house. Dusty and floors are filthy. Parking is in dark alleyway but couldn’t park there because house next to us parked in every spot. Parked in park across the street and worried all night about vehicle. Park was pitch black and many homeless people in the park.

We loved the location across from the park. Also enjoyed having so much space for our family. We had everything we needed and the home was beautiful!

The traffic noise at night was very loud. the house is right on the street and the traffic goes by fast on a busy street until we’ll after midnight. The beds were very uncomfortable. It wasn’t cleaned very well. Inside the door was a used mask. The kitchen had milk spilled all over the floor which was sour and we cleaned up. The toilet in one bath leaked when anyone sat down and the tile in the bathroom was dirty where the toilet had leaked before. We weren’t expecting to have to do dishes pull trash and put towels in the wash with paying $120 cleaning fee.

There was no breakfast. This was advertised as a B and B at least a complimentary pack of coffee would have been nice. We came in the evening and woke up early to drive to grocery store to get coffee.

20 steps to climb, no mattress pad on beds, stained mattress, dirty trash can on bottom, dusty, broken blind slats, no bath soap in either bathroom, water did not work at all in master bathroom, DVDs available but no DVD player, not as clean as I like, bath wash cloths need to be replaced, no bathmats only shower mats on wood floors...I could go on....left a day early.

The location was great. Accommodations great. The stairs are a serious challenge and I did not know about them at booking. If I had most likely I would have sought another place.

Property manager was great. The washer was leaking and when I called he sent someone right away. The property wasn't very clean. The beds were very comfortable though. The apartment was beautiful. I think if I stayed here again I would try to get the bottom floor apartment though because the stairs were very steep but that is to be expected in a older home

I just feel like you pay a lot for a cleaning fee but it was not that clean.

Location was good and it was convenient for the family. Loved that there was a washer and dryer.

The mattress in the room with the glass table need to be changed.

The house was clean and stayed cool. The towels were new (but had never been washed, so they left a lot of lint and didn’t dry well). The washer/dryer was convenient and the house supplied laundry detergent and dish detergent.

The mattress in the purple room is old, very stained, and very uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and there weren’t any extra (we had 2 adults and 4 kids). The toilets barely flush, the shower leaks and the water temp controls are all switched. The coffee pot is old with mildew/build-up in the water chamber. The location is ok, but too far for us to walk to River Street with kids and pretty sketchy at night. Oh, and there is no wine opener! 😬

The only thing I did like was location and how clean the house was.

The accommodations state a king bed in one room, another king bed in the other room with a sofa bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. The house had 1 king in one bedroom, a queen in the other and 2 couches in the living room which only one was a sofa bed. I opened up the sofa bed for my son and the sofa bed appeared to be broken (proof of picture) and when I told the staff they said they will inform maintenance and they could provide an air mattress. Now this was the first night we were staying there and we were staying there 6 nights. We finally got the air mattress and the next day when my son woke up he was on the ground. The air mattress had a slit in it. If I would have known that this house did not have 2 kings and 2 pulls out couches, I wouldn't have reserved this for our whole family. Even if the pull out couch was not broken there were no sheets anywhere inside the house so we had to request them as well. I would not pay to stay here again. The couches were also very uncomfortable to sit on. Oh and the wifi did not work the entire time we were there. It just said no internet. I would definitely do your research before booking.
