Bellissimo appartamento duplex con due camere da letto, un bagno e una grande terrazza privata sul tetto, molto luminoso, silenzioso e completamente rinnovato, nel cuore del quartiere più centrale e tipico di Lisbona: SANTA CATARINA.
Al 2 ° e 3 ° piano di un edificio tranquillo, il nostro appartamento offre splendide viste su Lisbona, la terrazza è ideale per condividere un drink o rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa a passeggiare e visitare la città.
Il 2 ° piano è composto da soggiorno, bagno e cucina completamente attrezzata con lavatrice e asciugatrice. Il 3 ° piano contiene due camere da letto mansardate e la bellissima terrazza.
C'è un letto da 160 cm, due letti da 80 cm, un bagno (doccia idromassaggio), una grande cucina attrezzata, internet wifi e TV via cavo internazionale.
L'appartamento si trova nella zona pedonale di Santa Catarina, l'accesso in auto non è possibile, è necessario utilizzare uno dei parcheggi pubblici a pagamento nelle vicinanze, quindi raggiungere a piedi l'appartamento.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the pictures, and everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. As is typical for Lisbon, the apartment is narrow and long, and the stairs leading to and within the apartment are correspondingly quite steep and narrow. We especially enjoyed spending the evenings on the terrace.The location is excellent. It is situated in a lovely neighborhood that is not yet overcrowded with tourists, while still being a great base for exploring the city. The famous Tram 28 stops just around the corner, and the metro as well as the Time Out Market are within easy walking distance (downhill).Communication with Ricardo and Guillaume was excellent. They were always friendly, responsive, and helpful.

This location is absolutely perfect. Just minutes from as many shops, restaurants, cafés, and squares as you can imagine. The walks are through the beautiful Lisbon streets.The host was very responsive and met us at the front door, which was great as it was our first time in a new country let alone city. I would highly recommend this rental. What sensitive part is the spacious outdoor terrace. Ending a night with a glass of wine Overlooking a lit up city is nothing short of magical.

The stairs are very steep but that's the nature of the older buildings you see in this area and around the older sections of any town in Portugal. The apartments are long and narrow. This one was very well furnished.
Do not rent a car. It would be a waste of money and hard to park on those narrow cobble stone streets. Taxis are not expensive, buses and old style trams are easy to find.
The views from the terrace were great especially at night. The harbor area was about a 15 minute walk away.
We took the recommendation of the owner to eat at his father and mother's restaurant. It was beyond great. I can't recall the name but it was restaurant #1 in his listing book. It across the street from the British Consulate. The owner is a great guy and loves to talk with his customers.
Take a taxi from the airport. It costs about 12 - 15 euros. When we left the owner arranged for our taxi to leave, made life a lot easier.
