Fifth Floor Condo With Great Views of the Atlantic Ocean!
Sii il primo a goderti i nuovi aggiornamenti di Cucina e Soggiorno! La cucina si trova sulla destra entrando in questo condominio a livello attico e presenta ripiani in granito, nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e mobili personalizzati! La camera da letto principale è composta da un letto king size con TV a schermo piatto. C'è anche una vanità bonus, oltre al bagno principale en-suite. Il bagno principale è dotato di tutti i comfort moderni, tra cui una vasca piastrellata e una combinazione doccia. La camera degli ospiti a tema nautico è composta da due letti singoli e una TV a schermo piatto. Il bagno per gli ospiti è simile nello stile al bagno principale. Le aree soggiorno e pranzo sono state rinnovate con nuova vernice, un nuovo divano e un nuovo tavolo e sedie per la sala da pranzo. Il soggiorno ha accesso a scorrimento sul balcone privato con vista sull'oceano. Barrington Court Community ha la sua piscina riscaldata e vasca idromassaggio tutto l'anno, insieme a griglie a carbone per gli ospiti. Barrington Court comprende anche un parcheggio coperto. Sarai giù per l'ascensore e uscirai in spiaggia in meno di 5 minuti!

Overall good. The carpet in the master bedroom was pretty nasty but everything else in the villa was nice. Couldn’t get the master bedroom TV to work properly. The under building parking was good with spaces easy to park in and always available.We did like the towel package they left for us. Overall would recommend it.

516 Barrington Court was exactly as shown. Very nice, plenty of space for four adults, very clean, lovely beach view, and had everything we needed. Barrington is toward the back of the resort but no problem getting in and out. This was our first time at Palmetto Dunes and we loved it. The only thing we did not like was the pool - the area was nice but the pool itself was very warm and not refreshing at all. Growing up in Florida, I know how hot weather can make pools warmer but I never felt a pool that hot. We went primarily for the beach but would have liked to enjoy the pool too. Other than that, a perfect stay. Always an available space in the garage which was great and we had two cars. Overall Palmetto Dunes was beautiful with great amenities. My husband and son thoroughly enjoyed the golf courses. We will be back!

While the view was great, and some updating had been done, there were no safety bars, or grab bars in either of the older jacuzzi tubs. There is a non skid surface on the bottom of the tubs, but it is old and the tubs can be slippery with nothing to hold on to. The chair at the desk is wobbly and we felt we could not use it. The master bedroom carpet really needs to be replaced.
