Unique property in the middle of The Golden Circle with a large beautiful garden
A 140 mq. casa e 60 mq. garage nel centro della zona Golden Circle (Geysir e Gullfoss 20 minuti). Un'occasione unica per vivere la parte meridionale dell'Islanda in un quartiere accogliente calmo e figlio.
Una bella casa recentemente rinnovata in un piccolo villaggio in serra, Laugarás, nel centro della zona del Golden Circle.
Culla e seggiolone per un bambino sono disponibili. Ampio soggiorno e zona pranzo, cucina completamente attrezzata (lavastoviglie), due bagni con doccia. Un grande 60 mq. garage con tavolo da ping pong, freccette, palla confusione e altro ancora. Anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice.
Ampio spazio esterno con un piccolo campo da calcio, trampolino, altalene e una vasca idromassaggio. Molto terrazza coperta con barbecue e mobili da giardino.
E 'aperto tutto l'anno per i viaggiatori. Offriamo internet Wi-Fi gratuito. Una TV a schermo piatto. Ci sono posti auto per 2-3 auto. Incluso nel nostro prezzo sono lenzuola, asciugamani, tasse e pulizia finale.
La casa è anche ideale per escursioni a Reykjavík, dal momento che è così comoda solo circa 1 ora di macchina dalla capitale.

This is a well kept property with a nice yard, hot tub, recreation room and ideal location.

This was an amazing property in a great location to see a number of attractions around The Golden Circle. The property was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for our family to relax and recharge, and had all we needed to do so. This is our first time visiting Iceland, and I would absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

Overall, our three generations of family enjoyed our stay at this property. There was plenty of room for the eight of us to spread out or be together, as desired. Everyone raved about the comfortable beds and bedding. We found the kitchen to be very well stocked. It was a pleasure to cook meals for a big crowd. The large dining table was perfect for family dinners and games. The common seating area was ideal. There were several beautiful books about Iceland to enjoy while relaxing on the lovely oversized couch. The house is located in a picturesque agricultural area with small farms and we enjoyed visiting with the horses and buying fresh tomatoes, herbs, and lettuce from a farm stand. While not a far drive to some of the sites on the Golden Circle, it was a bit of a drive to Selfoss to buy groceries and even more so to/from Reykjavík. While we were surprised to find that the hot tub was more of a warm soaking bath, our only regret was that we didn’t leave more time to relax around the house and local area. We all had a lot of fun during after dinner games of table tennis/ping-pong!

When we booked our trip to Iceland, the original plan was to change hotels every couple of nights but that seemed tedious. This VRBO is located right in the center of the south of Iceland and is the perfect home base to explore the Golden Circle, Highlands, Vik and so much more. The weather was not very cooperative so we did not use the outdoor hot tub but I peeked in and it looked invitingly warm. Just not under the rain. The house was warm and inviting. The kitchen fully furnished. Operating the cook top took all four of us but we did eventually figure it out. We were fortunate because we were two couples and there are five rooms. We used the extra rooms for our luggage. There is a lack of space in most of the rooms to unpack so be aware of this if you are planning to use all the rooms. The other minor drawback was that the laundry was in the separate garage. As it was raining this meant going back and forth under the rain. From the pictures it was not clear that the laundry and ping-pong were in a separate garage. Maybe a house plan could be added to the listing.
Overall we enjoyed the house very much and would consider going back if we ever go back to Iceland.
