The beaches are beautiful and the surrounding area is nice.

The whole booking was a massive let down. The pictures are not updated. All the umbrellas are broken and mouldy. The apartment was right at the back with no view, and is actually a single property owned by an individual, so this is not a complex, but an Airbnb style booking. The host was unhelpful with our communication, as we mentioned the umbrellas are all broken, but we were not provided help. There is no reception, just a security guard. There was no toilet paper, or any standard supplies you would expect in an apartment. We are very, very disappointed. You can see I travel a lot and my reviews are fair. This was not what it promised to be at all.

Apartment is in second row of Complex and have No sea view. Water in pool is not heated.

I liked the location. Perfect location to get out and enjoy the water activities. Apartment was clean and a lot of space. We were 3 travelers and I think easily we could have been 6 with two on the futon couch. Quiet area with 2-3 restaurants just across from the property.

I didn't like that the apartment is not actually a beach or sea view. It only faces another apartment. The pictures are deceiving. Only a sea view from the pool deck but even then the beach is feet away. Also lack of communication as the owner failed to communicate about the cleaner and what time they would show. On holiday we slept in and when we woke we were trying to have breakfast as the cleaner showed very early to do their job. It was very uncomfortable trying to have breakfast and allowing the cleaner to do their job. Was not happy about that at all.

There was a demolition going on right next to us which made it most unpleasant and most definitely not relaxing.We were woken up before 9 am with jack hammers and excavators . Even our beds shook . Guillaume said he was only notified a week before however it is my opinion that he could have informed us or even offers us alternative Accomadation. My daughters asthma was exacerbated due to the dust .My husband had a few zoom meetings which were a disaster because of the noise .The dust dirtied the clean washing and towels.All in all it was unpleasant and we could not wait to leave . I really feel we should have been made aware .On Monday th et started way before 9 and continued until after 5 .So I ask you how could one have rest and relaxation under those circumstances. When I requested the letter to verify dates guillaume stopped responding to my messages. this has left a bitter taste in my mouth because of the money spent and the non disclosure.I am really disappointed in the whole system . I do feel you need to address the issue with and at least refund us partially because we really did not enjoy that experience

- good wifi - great equipment in kitchen ( even gas barbecue grill ) - security personnel 24/7 - apartments situated in well maintained garden - supermarket and several OK restaurants in 5 mins walking distance. - parking spot for each appartment

- swimming pool could be cleaner - In the beach in front of apartments are parking many boats so swimming there is little bit difficult ( though this is not really accommodation fault) as well as lot of seaweed but this is problem of whole trou aux biches beach even resort ones.

Great location clean and with all the cooking facilities you need.
