Rustige en propere plek. Charmant huis.
Met de fiets naar Auvers-sur-Oise gereden om het dorp te bezoeken waar Van Gogh is overleden en waar hij veel heeft geschilderd. De moeite. Fietsroute vragen aan Pascal.

Location is near Andrésy station connect to Paris Gare Saint lazare Railway station.
From there easy to find metros to get around the city of Paris.
Urbar wouldn't take us to station because of short walking distance.
Dislike is not much. It is old wooden floors and doors which can not be avoid to make sound and that is pretty noisy in the evening.

Host Pascal was excellent. Our 2 daughters were on a bicycle tour and he provided bicycle storage in his garage and helped provide bicycle maintenance (oiling chain and gears etc.). The property was very well maintained and very elegant and clean - lovely. The breakfast that Pascal provided was superb continental style. We highly recommend Villa des Chats.

Pascal was very friendly and discreet. I arrived late that was no problem. The room was in perfect condition and quite large, also a very clean private bathroom. Pascal also helped me with my bike since he is a certified cyclist trainer. Overall I felt very welcome and comfortable in his home.
There is a slight smell of cats, which should be expected when you book in villa des chats, but it is not very disturbing.

good location and good breakfast. Host is very nice, well organised, polite and full of useful information when asked.
pretty furnitures and nice antiques, although the parquet and bed squeake.
Beautiful Old Wood stairs to bedroom in 1st floor are a bit difficult if you are over 65 and not very athletic.

It was beautiful house, gorgeous room, clean bathroom. The whole house was clean, smelling fresh, the garden it was all green, In beautiful neighbourhood and good location train station nearby.
The host was great, helpful and the breakfast delicious.
Whenever I decide to go back to France it will always be my first choice a place to stay.
Nothing, it was absolutely beautiful place!
